According to Skyscraperpage.com, it is the 26th tallest building in Denver.It was designed by William C. Muchow & Associates and built by the Al Cohen Construction Company.

Denver Financial Center I is a high-rise office building located at 1775 Sherman Street in Denver, Colorado. Built in 1981 as the Mellon Financial Center, the tower has 32 floors. At 374 feet (114 m), it is currently the 23rd tallest building in Denver. USAA Real Estate purchased the building for $84 million in 2008. In October 2018, the building was sold for $95.25 million to Lincoln Property Company.

Wells Fargo Center is a skyscraper located in Denver, Colorado, United States. The building is also known by its former name One Norwest Center. It is known colloquially as the Cash Register Building for the way its uppermost floors curve together resembling the shape of an antique cash register. At 52 stories tall, it is 698 feet (213 m) high and the third tallest building in Denver. It is shorter than the Republic Plaza building at 714 feet (218 m), and 1801 California Street at 709 feet (216 m). The building was designed by architect Philip Johnson, under a master plan by I. M. Pei, and was completed in 1983. As it was originally designed to be for a downtown area in Texas, a heated roof is necessary to prevent snow from accumulating and sliding dangerously off the curved crown. Located at 1700 Lincoln Street, a skybridge over Lincoln Street connects the Wells Fargo Center to the older Mile High Center at 1700 Broadway; which houses a food court, Starbucks, a small museum featuring artifacts, and memorabilia from Wells Fargo history, and the Downtown Denver branch of Wells Fargo Bank. Both buildings have large atria constructed in the same cash register style. The building has its own unique zip code, 80274.Building owners Beacon Capital Partners undertook a three-year renovation of the lobby which was completed in 2016. As part of the renovation, experience design firm ESI Design created an 8-story digital art installation in the building's glass atrium and added new furniture and lighting. New York artist Enoc Perez (Puerto Rican, born 1967) was commissioned to create 14 paintings and 5 sculptures for the site.

Central Presbyterian Church is a historic church located in downtown Denver, Colorado. Its building was built in 1891–92 and designed by Frank E. Edbrooke in the Richardsonian Romanesque style. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.The church was an offshoot of the First Presbyterian Church of Denver, which was organized in 1860. The Central Presbyterian Church congregation received its name in 1874.Its building was documented by the Historic American Buildings Survey in 1969. The building has been considered one of the three best buildings designed by Edbrooke, and was designed late in his career.It is described: "'The church is enormous, it is a nearly perfect square and is basically a four-tower type with crossing gables of equal height and length. The feeling of massiveness is derived from its great size and large windows and from the use of Colorado sandstone laid in horizontal bands like Richardson's later work. In the words of art historian Richard Brettell, the church is spare, simple and coloristically unified. The walls are sheer and relatively unadorned, rising with a thin and expansive grace. The thin stretched quality is almost exaggerated in the tower where there are long, thin lantern openings topped by ogee arches."

1670 Broadway, formerly Amoco Tower, is a 448 feet (137 m) tall skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. It was completed in 1980 and has 36 floors. Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates PC designed the building and it is the 11th tallest skyscraper in Denver.The 1670 Broadway building features, along with the tenants, a Starbucks coffee shop, a Russell's Convenient Store, and a UMB Bank. UBS purchased the building in 1990. In 2006, TIAA-CREF became one of the building's biggest tenants, and the company's symbol now adorns the top of the structure.In August 2018, Korean asset manager Hana Financial Group acquired the building for $238 million. The company received $78 million in CMBS financing from UBS and $64.8 million in mezzanine financing to fund the acquisition.

The Mosque of the El Jebel Shrine, which has also been known as the Rocky Mountain Consistory, and as the Scottish Rite Temple is a historic building in the North Capitol Hill neighborhood of downtown Denver. It was for a period known as Sherman Street Event CenterThe Moorish-inspired building was constructed in 1907, as a meeting hall for the El Jabel chapter of the Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine (the Shriners). It has never been a true mosque in the Islamic sense. In 1924, having outgrown the building, the Shriners sold it to the Scottish Rite Masons, who renamed it. In 1995, the Scottish Rite sold the building to Eulipions, Inc. who converted it into a catering and events facility. It was known as the Scottish Rite Temple despite the fact that it never served as a Scottish Rite meeting hall.

Trinity United Methodist Church (Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church) is a historic church at E. 18th Ave. and Broadway in Denver, Colorado. It was built in 1887 and was added to the National Register in 1970.Frederick Albert Hale (1855–1934) assisted architect Robert S. Roeschlaub (1843–1923) in its design.

The Brown Palace Hotel, now The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa, Autograph Collection, is a historic hotel in Denver, Colorado, United States. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is the second-longest operating hotel in Denver. It is one of the first atrium-style hotels ever built. It is now operated by HEI Hotels and Resorts, and joined Marriott's Autograph Collection Hotels in 2012. The hotel is located at 321 17th Street between 17th Street, Broadway and Tremont Place in downtown Denver behind the Republic Plaza. The main entrance door is on Tremont Place.

The tower stands at a height of 352 feet (107 m), and comprises 26 floors. The building was designed by architecture firm RNL Design, and its construction was completed in 1972. Upon its completion, 1600 Broadway stood as the seventh-tallest building in Denver. It is currently ranked as the 30th-tallest building in Denver. BOK Financial Corporation, formerly the Colorado State Bank, is located at the building. In January 2019, Nuveen Real Estate purchased the building for $111 million.

Emily Griffith Technical College is a public technical college in downtown Denver, Colorado, United States. Founded by Emily Griffith in 1916 as Opportunity School, it was renamed in her honor in 1933. The school is a part of Denver Public Schools, serving as the adult education arm of the district and is also a member of the Colorado Community College System. The original building is designated a Denver Landmark under the name of Emily Griffith Opportunity School. It is now a hotel in the Hilton Tapestry collection.
