Physicians and Dentists Building, also known as the Professional Building, is a historic office building located in the Rittenhouse Square West neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was designed by the architectural firm of Wilson Brothers & Company and built in 1896. It is a 10-story with attic, "T"-shaped steel framed building. It has a limestone faced front facade and brick sides. It features a projecting entrance portico with Corinthian order columns and shallow projecting, three-sided bays.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

The Oliver H. Bair Funeral Home is a historic building in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The five-story building, built in 1907 from the designs of architect John T. Windrim, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. It was added to the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places on February 8, 1995.The building is now occupied by luxury department clothing store Boyds Philadelphia. The funeral home company has moved to Upper Darby, Pennsylvania.

The Boyd Theatre was a 1920s era movie palace in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. It operated as a movie theater for 74 years, operating under the name Sameric as part of the United Artists theater chain, before closing in 2002. The theater was the last of its kind in downtown Philadelphia, a remnant of an era of theaters and movie palaces that stretched along Market and Chestnut Streets. The Boyd's auditorium was demolished in the Spring of 2015 by its current owner Pearl Properties, which plans to replace it with a 24 story residential tower.

1818 Market Street (also known as 1818 WSFS Bank Place) is a 40-story skyscraper in downtown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The building was designed by the firm Ewing Cole Cherry Brott (now EwingCole). Construction began on the property in 1972. The developer, Walters Associates, which also developed the Holiday Inn at 1800 Market (now the Sonesta Philadelphia), planned a construction budget of $50 million for the property. It was the tallest building erected in Philadelphia between the completion of City Hall in 1901 and the completion of One Liberty Place in 1987, during the period of the "gentlemen's agreement", the observation of an unofficial height restriction of the top of the hat of the statue of William Penn atop City Hall that stood for 86 years. The building is the eleventh-tallest in Philadelphia.The building contains over 981,000 square feet (91,100 m2) of office space over 37 floors with six levels of parking. Its major tenants include ABN Amro, the American College of Radiology, WSFS Bank, Booz Allen Hamilton, eResearch Technology, Five Below, Merrill Lynch, Mitchell & Titus, Metrocorp, Northwestern Mutual, Swiss Re, and STV Incorporated. The building, currently the tallest reinforced-concrete structure in the city, underwent major renovations in 2003, more than a decade after its facade was treated resulting in its signature white color. In May 2015, the building was purchased by Shorenstein Properties for $184.8 million. In August 2019, WSFS Bank added their logo to the top of the building after completion of their acquisition and rebranding of Beneficial Bank, which had previously been headquartered in the building.

19th Street station is a subway station in Philadelphia. It is located underneath Market Street in Center City Philadelphia, and serves all routes of the SEPTA subway–surface trolley lines. The station was opened by the Philadelphia Transportation Company in 1907. Touches of the original 1907 station, such as columns and railings, still remain. The station lies in the heart of Philadelphia's financial district, steps away from the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and two blocks north of Rittenhouse Square.

The Love is an American restaurant located in Philadelphia. It is the third collaboration between Philadelphia-based restaurateurs Stephen Starr and Aimee Olexy, and Starr's twentieth restaurant in the city. The interior was designed by Roman and Williams. The firm also designed Starr's restaurants Upland and Le Coucou. The location formerly housed Starr restaurant Serafina. The restaurant is priced to appeal to locals, rather than serve as a destination.

Goldie is a Philadelphia based restaurant serving vegan Israeli food. The restaurant was created by Michael Solomonov under his CookNSolo restaurant group, and it has multiple locations throughout Philadelphia. The restaurant's venue "Lilah" is named after the Hebrew word for night. The restaurant serves food that is kosher and vegan, including falafel dishes and tehini shakes. The restaurant's head chef is Caitlin McMillan.

Her Place Supper Club, or simply Her Place, is a Michelin-starred restaurant in Philadelphia founded in 2021 by Amanda Schulman. Schulman also serves as the restaurant's head chef. In November 2025, it became one of the first restaurants in Philadelphia to receive a Michelin star, along with Friday Saturday Sunday and Provenance.

1835 Market Street, formerly known as Eleven Penn Center (or 11 Penn Center), is a high-rise building located in the Market West region of Philadelphia. The building stands at 425 feet (130 meters) with 29 floors . Radnor Corp. the real estate arm of Sun Co. began development of the property in 1984. It opened in 1986 and Colonial Penn was one of the anchor tenants. The architectural firm who designed the building was the Kling Lindquist Partnership. 1835 Market Street is a part of Penn Center complex, which includes several notable skyscrapers such as the Mellon Bank Center and Five Penn Center. It is currently the 24th-tallest building in Philadelphia.

The Mutual Benefit Life Building is a 25-floor high rise office building at 1845 Walnut Street on Rittenhouse Square in Center City Philadelphia, 19103. It was designed by Eggers & Higgins and completed in 1972. The building was originally built by the now defunct Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company of Newark, New Jersey. It is built over a former Philadelphia Parking Authority parking garage now operated by Parkway Corporation. The building was placed on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places in 1995.

The G. Fred DiBona Jr. Building, formerly known as the Blue Cross-Blue Shield Tower or IBX Tower, is a skyscraper in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania housing the headquarters of Independence Blue Cross (the Blue Cross-Blue Shield affiliated organization in the five-county Philadelphia area). The tower, built between 1988 and 1990, was designed by WZMH Architects, who also designed the CN Tower in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was renamed in 2005 after the company's president and CEO, who died of a brain tumor. Construction of the building consists of a steel skeleton surrounding a reinforced concrete core, similar to the construction of the new Comcast Center. The exterior is all blue glass except for granite accents at the base on the eastern and western facades and granite columns at the main entrance. It is currently the eighth-tallest building in Philadelphia. The building was originally intended to have a twin tower just to its west but the office-space requirements of the company ultimately ended plans for it. That lot remained vacant until an apartment building was built on it around 2015–2016. Alain Robert, the famous "French Spider-Man", scaled the building to the 44th floor in 1997, two years after the back-lit Blue Cross logo was added to the building's pediment.
