1818 Market Street

19th Street station is a subway station in Philadelphia. It is located underneath Market Street in Center City Philadelphia, and serves all routes of the SEPTA subway–surface trolley lines. The station was opened by the Philadelphia Transportation Company in 1907. Touches of the original 1907 station, such as columns and railings, still remain. The station lies in the heart of Philadelphia's financial district, steps away from the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and two blocks north of Rittenhouse Square.

The building stands at 425 feet (130 meters) with 29 floors . Radnor Corp. the real estate arm of Sun Co. began development of the property in 1984. It opened in 1986 and Colonial Penn was one of the anchor tenants. The architectural firm who designed the building was the Kling Lindquist Partnership. 1835 Market Street is a part of Penn Center complex, which includes several notable skyscrapers such as the Mellon Bank Center and Five Penn Center. It is currently the 24th-tallest building in Philadelphia.

It was listed on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places on June 3, 1982.The building was formerly the site of a hotel but has been developed into condominiums. Famous former residents include violist William Primrose and violinist Efrem Zimbalist.

The G. Fred DiBona Jr. Building, formerly known as the Blue Cross-Blue Shield Tower or IBX Tower, is a skyscraper in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania housing the headquarters of Independence Blue Cross (the Blue Cross-Blue Shield affiliated organization in the five-county Philadelphia area). The tower, built between 1988 and 1990, was designed by WZMH Architects, who also designed the CN Tower in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was renamed in 2005 after the company's president and CEO, who died of a brain tumor. Construction of the building consists of a steel skeleton surrounding a reinforced concrete core, similar to the construction of the new Comcast Center. The exterior is all blue glass except for granite accents at the base on the eastern and western facades and granite columns at the main entrance. It is currently the eighth-tallest building in Philadelphia. The building was originally intended to have a twin tower just to its west but the office-space requirements of the company ultimately ended plans for it. That lot remained vacant until an apartment building was built on it around 2015–2016. Alain Robert, the famous "French Spider-Man", scaled the building to the 44th floor in 1997, two years after the back-lit Blue Cross logo was added to the building's pediment.

Physicians and Dentists Building, also known as the Professional Building, is a historic office building located in the Rittenhouse Square West neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was designed by the architectural firm of Wilson Brothers & Company and built in 1896. It is a 10-story with attic, "T"-shaped steel framed building. It has a limestone faced front facade and brick sides. It features a projecting entrance portico with Corinthian order columns and shallow projecting, three-sided bays.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

BNY Mellon Center is a 54-story office skyscraper located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The height to its structural top is 792 ft (241 m). Construction was completed in 1990. The building was formerly called Mellon Bank Center until 2009, when it was renamed as part of a branding initiative for the newly formed Bank of New York Mellon. In early 2019, the building was sold for $451.6 million to Silverstein Properties, a record for a Philadelphia property.

It was added to the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places on February 8, 1995.The building is now occupied by luxury department clothing store Boyds Philadelphia. The funeral home company has moved to Upper Darby, Pennsylvania.

The Boyd Theatre was a 1920s era movie palace in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. It operated as a movie theater for 74 years, operating under the name Sameric as part of the United Artists theater chain, before closing in 2002. The theater was the last of its kind in downtown Philadelphia, a remnant of an era of theaters and movie palaces that stretched along Market and Chestnut Streets. The Boyd's auditorium was demolished in the Spring of 2015 by its current owner Pearl Properties, which plans to replace it with a 24 story residential tower.

The Comcast Technology Center is a supertall skyscraper in Center City, Philadelphia. The 60-floor building, with a height of 1,121 feet (342 m), is the tallest building in Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the fourteenth-tallest building in the United States and the tallest outside Manhattan and Chicago. The tower is located on the southwest corner of 18th and Arch Streets, one block west of the Comcast Center, the headquarters of Comcast Corporation. A hotel—the highest in the country—and restaurant are located on the top floors, while central floors contain offices for Comcast software developers and engineers, and the lowest floors have television studios and retail stores.Construction began in mid-2014 and topped out on November 27, 2017. The first personnel began moving into the building in late July 2018 and the tower was open to the public in October of that year.
