Missouri River Township is a township in St. Louis County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. Its population was 34,992 as of the 2010 census.

St. Luke's Hospital is a general hospital serving West St. Louis County. St. Luke's Hospital is a 493 bed hospital with more than twenty-seven locations in the St. Louis area. St. Luke's has centers for brain, spine, cancer, pulmonary, maternity care and orthopedics, along with sixty other specialties.St. Luke's was ranked the seventh best hospital in Missouri and the fourth best in the St. Louis Area in 2018.

The United Hebrew Congregation (also Congregation Achdut Yisroel) is a Reform Jewish synagogue located at 13788 Conway Road in Chesterfield, a western suburb of St. Louis, Missouri, in the United States. It was the first Jewish Congregation established west of the Mississippi River.

Maryville University of St. Louis is a private university in Town and Country, Missouri. It was originally founded on April 6, 1872, by the Society of the Sacred Heart and offers more than 90 degrees at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels to students from 50 states and 47 countries. The school's name is derived from the shortening and altering of "Mary's Villa" when the school opened as an all women-school in the country outside of the order's original downtown St. Louis location in 1872 (an area that today is within the boundaries of the city of St. Louis). In 1961 it moved to suburban St. Louis and in 1968 began admitting men. Since 1972 the university has been governed by a board of trustees consisting mostly of members of the laity, although five of the trustees are always associated with the Society of the Sacred Heart. The school's athletic nickname is now the Saints.

Bellerive Country Club is a golf country club in the central United States, located in Town and Country, Missouri, a suburb west of St. Louis. With the Old Warson, Westwood, and St. Louis country clubs, it is considered one of the "big four" old-line elite St. Louis clubs. The course has hosted three major championships: the U.S. Open in 1965, and the PGA Championship in 1992 and 2018.

The 2018 PGA Championship was the 100th PGA Championship, held August 9–12 at Bellerive Country Club in Town and Country, Missouri, a suburb west of St. Louis. This was the second PGA Championship (1992) and third major (1965 U.S. Open) held at Bellerive. It was also scheduled to be the last held in the month of August (although the 2020 tournament would later be moved to August due to the COVID-19 pandemic). Just before the 2017 tournament, the PGA announced that the Championship would move to May in 2019.Brooks Koepka won his third career major title, finishing two strokes ahead of runner-up Tiger Woods. Koepka's 72-hole total of 264 set a PGA Championship record.

The 1992 PGA Championship was the 74th PGA Championship, held August 13–16 at Bellerive Country Club in Town and Country, Missouri, a suburb west of St. Louis. Nick Price won the first of his three major championships, three strokes ahead of runners-up John Cook, Nick Faldo, Jim Gallagher Jr., and Gene Sauers.This was the second major championship at Bellerive, which hosted the U.S. Open in 1965. The PGA Championship returned to the venue in 2018.

The 1965 U.S. Open was the 65th U.S. Open, held June 17–21 at Bellerive Country Club in Town and Country, Missouri, a suburb west of St. Louis. Gary Player of South Africa defeated Kel Nagle of Australia in an 18-hole playoff to win his only U.S. Open title. Player was the first foreign-born winner of the U.S. Open since 1927, and the win completed his career Grand Slam at age 29. It was the fourth of his nine major titles. The 1965 U.S. Open was the first U.S. Open broadcast on color television.The five-year-old course at Bellerive was the U.S. Open's longest to date at 7,191 yards (6,575 m), and had the potential to reach 7,500 yards (6,860 m). The quality of the young course's turf varied, with burned out or diseased areas which the USGA did not allow relief from. The field consisted of 136 professionals and 14 amateurs, with the top fifty and ties advancing after 36 holes. This was the first time that the U.S. Open was scheduled for four days, with the final round on Sunday. Previously the third and fourth rounds were both played on Saturday. The U.S. Women's Open also changed to this format, held two weeks later in early July.

The Old Stone Church in Chesterfield, Missouri is a historic church on Conway Road, across from Hoffman Road. It has also been known as Bonhomme Presbyterian Church and as Old Bonhomme Church. It was built in 1841 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. It is a rectangular, stone church about 30.25 by 40.4 feet (9.22 m × 12.31 m) in plan. It rises to 37.4 feet (11.4 m) above the ground level. It was deemed:significant as an architectural landmark in Missouri, especially in the St. Louis area. Its importance is due to its design and construction materials. The building is also noteworthy as a pioneer church, housing the second Presbyterian congregation organized west of the Mississippi River and the first in the St. Louis area. / The church, with its one-story, full-height basement design, is a rare, unusual example of 1840's church architecture in Missouri. The use of the full-height basement appears to be almost unknown outside St. Louis County, most of the churches being either set directly on the ground level or on very shallow basements. The only other similar example is the First St. Peter's Catholic Church with School in St. Charles, Missouri. (It is interesting to note that these two churches were located in close vicinity of each other). As there appears to be no specific eastern models, it seems that the design was developed out of the necessity for both church and school structures and combining them under one roof for economy reasons. The referenced St. Peter's Catholic Church is apparently the 1848-started church depicted in a sketch at the parish's history page, which was damaged in 1861 and replaced.It is located at a "no outlet" short roadway off Conway Road, across from (and perhaps also named) Hoffman Rd. At the time of NRHP listing, it was described as being on Conway Road at White Road, but since then a small development has been put in between it and White Road.

Westminster Christian Academy is an independent coeducational private Christian school in Town and Country, Missouri, serving students in grades 7–12. As of 2023, the school has an enrollment of 946 students. It was founded in 1976 and moved to its present campus in 2011.
