Shell Point is an unincorporated community in Wakulla County, Florida, United States. Shell Point is located on the northern edge of Apalachee Bay, approximately 30 miles south of Tallahassee. Most notable for its family-oriented beach, Shell Point Beach was previously privately owned. After a petition by local groups to the state of Florida in 1995, the beach is funded by grants from the state and managed by the Wakulla County Department of Parks and Recreation services. Shell Point Beach is located in an Opportunity Zone, which is a federal tax incentive for investment in such designated areas.

Bayshore Christian School is a private Christian school in central Tampa, Florida, United States, providing education for children from pre-kindergarten to grade 12. The school was founded as a middle school in 1971 as a segregation academy when the court ordered racial integration of public schools required white middle school children to be bused to formerly black schools. According to the National Center for Education Statistics, the school reported a diversity rate of approximately 40% during the 2017–2018 school year.As of 2012, the school served 226 students, 62 of whom were at the high school level. The student-teacher ratio was 11.6.

Colonnade Restaurant was a historic restaurant in Tampa, Florida established in 1935. It was operated for at least three generations by the Whiteside family. The restaurant was known for its water views (on Bayshore Boulevard) and its seafood.The Colonnade Restaurant was closed in the spring of 2016 when it was sold for $6.2 million to Ascentia Development Group and Batson-Cook Development Co.

Britton Plaza Shopping Center is a 522,689-square-foot (48,559.4 m2) [1] open-air shopping plaza in the Fair Oaks - Manhattan Manor neighborhood of Tampa, Florida (on the corner of Dale Mabry Highway and Euclid Avenue). The plaza was built in 1956 and includes these anchors: Publix Super Market, Bealls Outlet, Tuesday Morning, Stein Mart, Burlington Coat Factory, Marshall's, Michaels, and Big Lots, as well as a GNC, Taco Bell, and a variety of local stores including The Perfect Gift which opened in 2011. The plaza also has an eight-screen theater, operated by Five Star Cinemas, which reopened in August 2009.[2]. The theater was previously operated by Regal Entertainment in the mid-1990s and later Zota Theatres during the early and mid-2000s. Additionally, Fashion Bug closed its Britton Plaza store in March 2009, and China Garden Super Buffet closed its doors in June to prepare for an expansion. It reopened as the Tampa Buffet on November 29, 2009 and includes expanded dining facilities and buffet selection. In February 2011, Walgreens moved across the street; (Pet Supermarket will occupy the former space during the first quarter of 2012), and in April 2011, Plato's Closet opened in the old Fashion Bug storefront (the other half of the former Fashion Bug storefront has been occupied by Five Dollar Fashions since 2009).

Fred Ball Park, also previously called Palma Ceia Spring Park, is a small park off Bayshore Blvd in Tampa, FL. The park has benches, a fountain, and a view of Tampa Bay. The Park is named after Fred Ball who served Tampa and Hillsborough County for 24 years in local government. Ball was also Executive Secretary of the West Coast Inland Waterway Commission. In the mid-1800s, Palma Ceia Spring was known for its healing powers, and people came to bathe in its waters. A fountain was erected on the current grounds of the park in 1906 and is supplied by the Palma Ceia Spring. What remains of the spring can be found at Fred Ball Park. In 1926 Thomas Palmer was recorded as owning Palma Ceia Springs. The City constructed a large pool in 1928. A streetcar stop was part of the Port Tampa to Ballast Point line. In 1947, Ball persuaded Hillsborough County to purchase the spring for $15,000 from the estate of Thomas Palmer. The County converted the area to a public park and enlarged the pool.After World War II, the pool fell into disuse due to pollution. The City filled the pool in 1959, pushing out a five-foot alligator.The park was renovated in 1988 by the Rose Circle Garden Club. The renovation cost $31,000 and renovated one of three springs on the site.In 2006, a proposal to install a 42 by 52 foot angel memorial on a 82 by 82 foot brick area in the small park was rejected by the City Parks Department.A small memorial to local Victoria Jane Pollyea is located at the spring in the park.
