The Bingen Booms (Norwegian: Bingen lenser) is a system of log booms on the Glomma River below Sørumsand in the municipality of Sørum, Norway. The first boom system at the site may have already been built in the 14th century, and was certainly in place by the 16th century. At the booms, timber was sorted and bundled before it was driven down the Glomma River and distributed to sawmills on the shore of Lake Øyeren.A railway bridge across the Glomma River in Fetsund was built in 1861. This created an obstacle for log driving, and the sorting infrastructure was moved downriver to Fetsund. At Bingen, catch booms were set up; this was a system of large stone piers and booms that held the timber back. From here, loose timber was released downriver to Fetsund.Log driving on the Glomma River came to an end in 1985, and for a long time the Bingen Booms were poorly maintained. The Bingen Booms Heritage Society was established in 2011.

Ullersmo Prison (Norwegian: Ullersmo fengsel) is a prison in Ullensaker, Akershus. It was opened in 1970. The prison was intended as a replacement for the Botsfengselet in Oslo. It is used for long term prisoners from the whole of Norway, and has room for 205 inmates. The prison contains a sick ward, mechanic and carpentry workshops as well as a school.

Ullensaker Church is a church in Ullensaker, Norway, located 10 km (6.21 mi) southeast of Oslo Airport, Gardermoen. It is the fourth church that has been located almost there since the 12th century. The present church was built in concrete in 1958 and has been given the nickname "Romeriksdomen" ("The Romerike Cathedral") locally because of its monumental character.

Ullensaker Church, built in 1958, lies just outside Kløfta. This church is often referred to as the "Romerike cathedral". Augustus "Gus" Halvorsen Hilton (1854-1919), the father of American hotelier Conrad Hilton and emigrant to the United States, was born at Kløfta Kløfta was, until 1995, the location of a longwave broadcasting station, which broadcast on 216 kHz.

Guttersrud Station (Norwegian: Guttersrud holdeplass) is a railway station located in Fetsund in Fet, Norway on the Kongsvinger Line. The station was built in 1932. The station is served hourly, with extra rush hour departures, by the Oslo Commuter Rail line R14 operated by Vy. 30. jul. 2012 - Guttersrud has been closed for several years. This is due to the construction of the new station at Roven. After building a new station at Roven, Guttersrud would be located between to signals in a way not allowed according to regulations. Many attempts from locals failed to save the station. Passengers are requested to use Sørumsand or Svingen.
