1 Princes Dock

Princes Dock was a railway station on the Liverpool Overhead Railway, adjacent to the dock of the same name. It was opened on 6 March 1893 by the Marquis of Salisbury. The station closed, on 13 March 1941, due to extensive damage during the World War II Blitz. No evidence of this station remains.

The Lexington is a 35-storey residential building at Princes Dock in Liverpool, England. Part of the larger Liverpool Waters re-generation project, it was completed in September 2021. Estimated to cost £90 million, the "New York style" building includes 325 apartments, a sky lounge, gym and rooftop garden. Upon completion, it became the third tallest building in Liverpool at 112.5 m (369 ft).

Shanghai Tower is a proposed 50-storey skyscraper, to be built as part of the multibillion-pound Liverpool Waters development in Liverpool, England. The proposal pays homage to Shanghai in China, which is a sister city of Liverpool. As of 2017 Shanghai tower was not included in the scheme central docks master plan.

Prince's Half-Tide Dock on the River Mersey, England, is a half tide dock and part of the Port of Liverpool. It is situated in the northern dock system in Vauxhall, connected to East Waterloo Dock and West Waterloo Dock to the north and Prince's Dock to the south.

Alexandra Tower is a residential tower located in the Prince's Dock area of Liverpool, England. It was constructed between 2005 and 2008 and upon completion became the sixth tallest building in Liverpool. The tower has a total 27 floors, with 201 apartments, reaching a height of 88 metres (290 ft).In March 2010, a 100 kilograms (220 lb) decorative glass panel shattered and fell from the building onto the ground below. The cause is not known, although it is thought that temperature fluctuations caused by overnight freezing and subsequent heating during the day may have been responsible. To date only some safety scaffolding remains in place to catch any falling debris.Following the issues with the glazing, the developer Millenium Estates Ltd went into administration and was taken over by Zolfo Cooper (Alix Partners). The building was deemed as unsafe and was applied with a Section 77 (dangerous buildings act) due to the issues with nickel sulphide inclusions in some of the glass. In 2015, the building was acquired by Colin Wright in a company called Mersey Investments ltd. (IOM). Colin who is a Dubai based developer (of Macintyre Asset Management / Macintyre Group) acquired the building and proceeded to resolve the glazing issues, removed the Section 77 and completed the unfinished works inside the building.

Prince's Dock is a dock on the River Mersey, England, and part of the Port of Liverpool. It is the most southerly of the docks situated in the northern part of the Liverpool dock system, connected to Prince's Half-Tide Dock to the north. The dock is now in the buffer zone to one of Liverpool's World Heritage Sites.

Panoramic 34 is a restaurant and bar located on the 34th floor of West Tower, Liverpool. It is 300 feet above ground and claims to be 'one of the UK's highest restaurants' with views as far away as North Wales.

Beetham Tower, Liverpool, is a residential apartment building in the British city of Liverpool. Its close neighbour and the tallest building in Liverpool, the West Tower, was also developed by the Beetham Organization. It is named after the developers, Beetham Organization, was built by Carillion and was completed in early 2004. It is 90 metres (295 ft) tall and has 29 floors. The tower abuts the Radisson Blu Hotel, Liverpool. It lies alongside the River Mersey and the upper floors offer views of the Welsh mountains.

West Tower is a 40-storey tall skyscraper in Liverpool, England. It is the tallest building in Liverpool. The building was the second tower to be built by Carillion in Liverpool for property developers Beetham, who now use the building as their headquarters.

The Malmaison Hotel Liverpool, England is an eleven-storey building located alongside Prince's Dock in the city centre. Part of the luxury hotel chain Malmaison, the Liverpool hotel is the chain's first purpose built location. Built between 2005 and 2006 at a cost of £24 million, the Malmaison Hotel stands at 32 metres (105 ft) tall and is inspired by a combination of Gothic and 'Manhattan'-like architecture.The hotel has three large suites - 'Love Suite Love', 'The Kop' and 'The Toffee Shop' - the latter two are themed around the city's two Premier League football teams; Liverpool and Everton respectively. The hotel contains 130 rooms, a brasserie, bar and gym.

Liverpool Riverside was a railway station owned by the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board and located at Liverpool's Pier Head ocean liner terminal.
