Oslo Central Station (Norwegian: Oslo sentralstasjon, abbreviated Oslo S) is the main railway station in Oslo, and the largest railway station within the entire Norwegian railway system. It connects with Jernbanetorget station. It's the terminus of Drammen Line, Gardermoen Line, Gjøvik Line, Hoved Line, Østfold Line and Follo Line. It serves express, regional and local rail services by four companies. The railway station is operated by Bane NOR while its real estate subsidiary, Bane NOR Eiendom owns the station, and was opened in 1980. Oslo Central Station was built on the site of the older Oslo East Station (Oslo Østbanestasjon, Oslo Ø), the combining of the former east and west stations being made possible by the opening of the Oslo Tunnel. Oslo Central Station has 19 tracks, 13 of which have connections through the Oslo Tunnel. The station has two buildings, the original Oslo East building and the newer main building for Oslo Central. Each building houses a large shopping centre. The square in front of the station is called Jernbanetorget.

The Oslo Central Station bombing (Norwegian: Bombeattentatet på Oslo S) was a bomb attack on the central train station of Oslo, the capital of Norway, on 2 July 1982. The homemade bomb was hidden in a locker at Østbanehallen and the explosion caused extensive damage to the station. A young woman, Elin Stoltenberg Dahl was killed.Eight days after the attack, another bomb was found in the station's ticket hall, which had 2 kg more explosives. It failed to detonate.An unnamed 18-year-old man from Nordstrand was arrested a month later after a shotgun was fired. His fingerprints matched identically with the station bombing incident, and he later admitted carrying out the attack. His motive for the bombing was to extort the Norwegian State Railways (NSB) for money. He was also convicted of 30 other criminal offences, including theft, vandalism, shootings and also a plan to bomb a train track at Ekeberg. He was jailed for eleven years.

Oslo City is one of the largest shopping centres in central Oslo, Norway. The shopping centre was built in 1988, and is visited by c. 50,000 people a day – 16 million a year. It generated gross revenues of 1,444 billion Norwegian kroner in 2005. It has 26,000 m² of commercial space, with 93 stores on five floors.

The Oslo Astrological Clock is located at Karl Johans gate 3 in Oslo, the capital city of Norway. The astrological clock was donated by Christian Ringnes and features artwork designed by artists Elena Engelsen and Per Ung. Ringnes explained during his unveiling speech, "we aim to actively contribute in making Oslo a beautiful and pleasant city."

The Norwegian Centre Against Racism or Anti-Racism Centre (Norwegian: Antirasistisk Senter; NCAR) is a non-governmental organization based in Oslo, Norway established in 1983. The organization’s main objective is to achieve a socially just society through the fight against racism and discrimination. The Centre works toward its objective through the documentation and prevention of racism, racism awareness, and the mobilization of the minority population in Norway.

Folketeateret is a theatre in Oslo, Norway. The building has been used as a movie theatre and as an opera house. The theatre has 1,400 seats.

Posthuset (known until 2000 as Postgirobygget) is a commercial building located at Biskop Gunnerus' gate 14 in the city center of Oslo, Norway. The building was designed by Norwegian architect Rolf Christian Krognes and first constructed in 1975. It has 26 floors and at 111 meter in height, is the second tallest building in Oslo. In 2003, the building was thoroughly revamped: seven floors were added and the building was split in two towers. After the revamp, Aftenposten newspaper moved into the building.Posthuset is the property of the Norwegian state-owned real estate company, Entra Eiendom AS. The building serves, among other things, as the home office for the Norwegian postal service, Posten Norge.

Livingroom Studios is a recording studio in Oslo, Norway.Started in 1999 by producer/songwriter Espen Berg, Livingroom Studios is one of Norway's main music studio facilities.The studio is home to the producer/songwriter team Espen Berg and Simen Eriksrud, as well as the mix engineer George Tandero.

The first fully professional company each for opera and ballet in Norway and the only such professional organisation in the country, it is currently resident at the Oslo Opera House, since the spring of 2008.
