Milford Town Hall is the historic town hall at 52 Main Street in Milford, Massachusetts. The two story wood frame building was completed in 1854; in addition to its role in housing town offices for over a century, it is a distinctive local example of Italianate architecture, with pilasters articulating the building bays above a quoined basement level, a modillioned cornice, and alternating gabled and segmented-arch pediments above its windows. It is unusual among Milford's public buildings in not being built out of locally quarried granite.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.

The Thom Block is an historic mixed-used commercial and residential building at 83-89 Main Street in Milford, Massachusetts. It is distinctive as being Milford's only building to be built out of locally quarried granite. The four story building was built in 1891; its interior was gutted by fire shortly before its construction was completed. It originally housed three retail spaces on the ground floors, and two residential units on each of the upper floors.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Memorial Hall is an historic hall located at 30 School Street in Milford, Massachusetts. It was built as a Civil War tribute. Designed by Milford architect Frederick Swasey in the Richardsonian Romanesque style, the hall was built in 1884 from local Milford granite and Longmeadow brownstone. The building features carved brownstone figures and panels inscribed "Grant" and "Farragut". On the front of the hall, there is a bronze plaque inscribed with Lincoln's Gettysburg Address. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. It underwent a restoration in 2001–2002. It is now home to the Milford Historical Commission, whose museum is open to visitors Thursdays from 1-4 pm or by appointment.

WMRC (1490 AM, "MyFM 101.3") is a radio station licensed to serve Milford, Massachusetts, United States. The station is owned by the MyFM Media Corporation. It airs a full-service classic hits music format. At 10:13 am ET on January 12, 2017, FM translator, 101.3 W267CD was added and the station's former "First Class Radio" branding was replaced with its current "MyFM 101.3" branding (referring to the translator frequency). In addition to its usual music programming, WMRC broadcasts local high school and American Legion sports play-by-play. WMRC is an affiliate of the Boston Bruins, Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots Radio Networks.The station signed on October 6, 1956, as WMOO. It was assigned the WMRC call letters by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on March 18, 1958.Notable on-air personalities have included Program and News Director Ed Thompson, who joined the station in 1967. In 1993 the Milford Highlanders Brothers and Belles organization honored Thompson at their 10th annual Outstanding Citizens Ball for his service to the community.The call letters were assigned to a station in Greenville, South Carolina, until the mid 1950s. A notable personality on that station was Bob Poole.

Gillon Block is an historic commercial building at 189 Main Street in Milford, Massachusetts. The four story brick building was built in 1888 by Patrick Gillon, the owner of a bottle manufacturing company. It has a complex facade, divided into seven sections, with a central projecting section topped by a tower with a coppered onion dome. Matching sections at the center sections of the three on either side are articulated by piers and topped by gabled parapets. The building houses stores on the first floor and offices on the upper floors.The block was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Milford Regional Medical Center (also known as Milford Regional), is a full-service, community and regional non-profit, teaching hospital located in Milford, Massachusetts. Milford Regional has 149 beds in the main hospital and runs a comprehensive healthcare system that includes the VNA and Hospice of Greater Milford and Tri-County Medical Associates, a physician practice group. The service area for hospital covers 20-plus towns in Worcester, Middlesex, and Norfolk counties.

Prospect Heights Historic District is a historic district roughly bounded by Prospect Heights, Prospect, and Water Streets in Milford, Massachusetts. It encompasses a neighborhood that was created by the Draper Corporation of Hopedale, Massachusetts for its immigrant workers. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. The community has a mix of different nationalities. Every year a new mayor is chosen to represent the community. There has been a mayor for every year starting in 1962, with a different background being represented each year: Portuguese, Irish, Italian, Greek, Armenian or Polish. The Heights contains a World War II Memorial honoring local veterans who served in the war. The monument contains 184 names including one female, a nurse. There is also the Portuguese Club, a soccer field, basketball courts, and a playground for children. Every year the annual Portuguese Picnic is held drawing thousands every year. The new mayor also starts on the same day. The motto of the heights is "No matter where you roam, Prospect Heights is still your home." Milford High School (MHS) is the secondary school for the district of Milford, Massachusetts, Milford Public Schools. Its principal is Joshua Otlin and Sissela Tucker (House A) is associate principal. Christine Ravesi Weinstein (House A) and Richard Piergustavo (House B) are assistant principals.

The Hopedale Village Historic District encompasses much of the historic 19th century industrial village center of Hopedale, Massachusetts. Its main focus is the mill complex of the Draper Company at Hopedale and Freedom Streets; the district includes much of northern Hopedale, extending along Dutcher and Freedom Streets, and including the mill pond. It extends to the south just beyond Mendon Street, including properties on that street from the Milford line west to Hopedale Cemetery. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002. The district has been included as part of the Blackstone River Valley National Historical Park.

Hopedale Junior Senior High School is a public middle and high school located at 25 Adin Street in Hopedale, Massachusetts, United States. It is part of the Hopedale Public School District, which includes three other schools.
