Pleasure Point, New South Wales

East Hills Hostel was a migrant hostel, outside of Liverpool, Australia, on the outskirts of Hammondville. It was operated by Commonwealth Hostels Ltd. It was built to house migrant intakes from countries all over the world, but in its early inception was predominantly filled with British migrants. The hostel was situated along Heathcote Road, approximately 2 km from East Hills, separated by the Georges River.

Voyager Point is a small suburb, in South Western Sydney in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Sandy Point has a Community Hall with squash courts and dancing classes, a Sandy Point Rural Fire Brigade Fire Station, local bus stop, and a park with a playground. The south-western Sydney suburb is surrounded by bushland in the National Park which is a popular destination for bushwalkers. Local residents worked together to create a community mural which is now on display at the Community Hall entrance.

East Hills Boys High School (abbreviated as EHBHS) known until 2011 as East Hills Boys Technology High School, is a boys school in Panania, a suburb in south-western Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, on Lucas Road. It is a single-sex boys' high school operated by the New South Wales Department of Education with students from years 7 to 12. The school was established in 1955.

Holsworthy is a suburb in south-western Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia 31 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Liverpool. Holsworthy is most notable for a large Australian Army reserve, Holsworthy Barracks, where training exercises are frequently carried out. The reserve is adjacent to Heathcote Road, which connects to Bankstown, Liverpool, Lucas Heights, Engadine and Heathcote. Signs on the perimeter warn potential trespassers of the use of laser-guided and conventional gunfire. The residential area is located north of the railway station. Anzac Village is a locality in the northern part of the suburb and the adjacent suburb of Wattle Grove. A new development called 'Mornington' has recently been built in this region. A shopping centre has also been built in this area.

The 4th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment (4 RAR) was an infantry battalion (later a special forces unit) of the Australian Army, forming part of the Royal Australian Regiment and eventually Special Operations Command. The battalion was formed on 1 February 1964, converted to a special forces unit on 01 February 1997, and was renamed the 2nd Commando Regiment on 19 June 2009.
