On January 22, 2016, Angelo Ingrassia, a local real estate developer who specializes in developing premier properties, purchased the center. On August 29, 2017, current owner Angelo Ingrassia announced a plan to construct an office park along with retail, a community center, as well as a large residential component. The development is named Skyview on the Ridge.On July 30, 2019, the Town of Irondequoit approved a referendum that would allow the town to move forward by borrowing $7.25 million to build a community center.

Its current principal is Timothy Heaphy. This is the main high school in the East Irondequoit Central School District. The school also features a marching band, indoor percussion ensemble and drama club for yearly shows. On May 7, 2015, Eastridge High School was named one of ten schools chosen as a School of Opportunity by the National Education Policy Center (NEPC). More than 80 schools applied and four were awarded “Gold Recognition” and six earned “Silver Recognition”. Eastridge is one of the schools awarded Silver Recognition.

Norton Village Historic District is a national historic district located in the northeast quadrant of Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The district consists of 144 contributing buildings. The garden apartment complex was originally built in 1949 as part of the Rochester Plan to provide quality, low-rent housing for veterans returning from World War II and their families. There are 144 two-story garden-style apartment buildings with a total of 288 two-story apartments, or two per building, with the buildings grouped in four main clusters. The buildings are in a vernacular Colonial Revival style. It is one of three complexes built as part of the Rochester Plan; the others are Fernwood Park and Ramona Park.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.
