Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hall is home to the Indiana University Herron School of Art and is located on the south side of the Indiana University Indianapolis campus. To its north lies the Wood Plaza and University Library, to the east is Military Park, and to its West is the Indiana University Natatorium. The academic building contains three public art galleries for Indianapolis artists and students to display various pieces and exhibits, and a large art library containing a huge collection of literature on art, architecture, design, and creative technologies.

Job is a bronze sculpture, created by American artist Judith Shea. It is located on the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) campus in Indianapolis, Indiana. The piece was created in 2005 and placed on loan at Herron School of Art and Design for the school's first Public Sculpture Invitational, held between May 2005 and August 2006. In 2008, Herron acquired Job, with financial support from Jane Fortune, Dr. Robert Hesse, William Fortune Jr., and Joseph Blakley.

Herron School of Art and Design, officially IU Herron School of Art and Design, is a public art school at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in Indianapolis, Indiana. It is a professional art school and has been accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design since 1952.The art school was founded in 1902 as the John Herron Art Institute, operating as an independent institution until its acquisition by Indiana University in 1967. In 2005, Herron relocated to Eskenazi Hall on the IUPUI campus after more than 100 years in the Herron–Morton Place neighborhood of Indianapolis.Herron includes five galleries that exhibit contemporary works of art by national and international contemporary artists and designers, as well as the work of Herron faculty, alumni, and students; and the Basile Center for Art, Design, and Public Life, which enriches educational and interdisciplinary activities through civic engagement and community partnerships. and was ranked 73rd overall by U.S. News & World Report among graduate schools of fine arts in 2022.

The National Institute for Sports and Fitness (NIFS) building was constructed in 1987. The building works with the IU School of Physical Education and Tourism Management. The building is located on the IUPUI campus and in White River State Park. The fitness center was constructed alongside the Michael A. Carroll Track & Soccer Stadium and the Natatorium to position IUPUI as a major physical education and sports leader for the city. The Indianapolis Tennis Center and the other facilities would host a series of events, competitions, and programs in conjunction with the city of Indianapolis and IUPUI.

Portrait of History, a public sculpture by Chinese American artists Zhou Brothers, is located on the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis campus, which is near downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. The sculpture is located at the Blackford Street entrance to the Herron School of Art and Design. This piece is one of four public artworks on loan from the Indianapolis Museum of Art to IUPUI. The artworks were moved to the campus on March 22, 2009. Portrait of History is a bronze sculpture measuring 100 x 24 x 30 in and is mounted on an oval cement base.

The Wood Fountain is an outdoor public architectural sitework on Indiana University-Purdue University's campus. The campus is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Wood Fountain is commissioned by IUPUI (Indianapolis University - Purdue University) and completed in 1995. Singh Associates in New York City designed the sculpture, while Tom Fansler III manages the fountain. The purpose of this artwork, according to the Smock Fansler website, was to provide "better places to live," and bring "spaces between buildings and the elements that tie them together..."

The South Tower is a stainless steel outdoor sculpture depicting the South Tower of the World Trade Center the moment before it collapsed during the attacks on September 11, 2001. Created as a tribute to the victims of the attack and designed by American artist Don Gummer, it is located on the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) campus, near downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, and owned by the artist. The sculpture is made of frosted stainless steel aluminum.

McCormick Cabin Site is a historic site located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It is the site of the cabin John Wesley McCormick (1754–1837) built in 1820. It was at the cabin that commissioners appointed by the Indiana legislature met in June 1820 to select the site for the permanent seat of state government at Indianapolis. The site is commemorated by a granite boulder in White River State Park with plaque erected in 1924.: 2–3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981.

Indiana Tower was the proposed centerpiece of White River State Park in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. Designed by César Pelli in 1980, the plan was ultimately scrapped.

IUPUI Gymnasium, nicknamed the Jungle, is a 1,215-seat multi-purpose arena on the campus of Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in Indianapolis. From 1982 until 2014 it was home to the IUPUI Jaguars men's basketball team, and continues to host the IUPUI women's basketball and volleyball teams. It also holds various sports classes for the Indiana University School of Physical Education.

Indiana University Natatorium is a swimming complex on the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis campus in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. It also serves as the home of the IUPUI School of Health & Human Sciences (including physical education, tourism management, pre-physical and pre-occupational therapy) with its offices on the second level and the Polaris Fitness Center on the first level. The Human Performance Lab is housed in the basement of the Natatorium building. The Natatorium has hosted hundreds of NCAA Division I Men's Swimming and Diving Championships, NCAA Division I Women's Swimming and Diving Championships, Big East Conference Swimming & Diving Championships, USA Swimming, USA Diving, and USA Synchronized Swimming Championships, local/regional meets, as well 11 Olympic Trials in swimming, diving, and synchronized swimming. The Natatorium has the largest seating capacity of any indoor pool in the United States; it can hold up to 4,700 spectators.

The Peirce Geodetic Monument is a marker honoring the late American philosopher Charles Sanders Peirce (pronounced "purse"). It is located on Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) campus in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, and was installed by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the U.S. National Geodetic Survey.
