Honda Marysville Auto Plant (MAP) is a Honda manufacturing facility located approximately six miles northwest of Marysville, Ohio, and 42 miles northwest of Columbus, Ohio, near the intersection of US 33 and State Route 739. It is one of the most integrated and flexible auto plants in North America. Operations include stamping, plastics injection molding, welding, painting, sub-assembly and assembly. The assembly plant opened in 1982.

The Marysville Motorcycle Plant was a Honda manufacturing facility located eight miles northwest of Marysville, Ohio. The assembly plant opened in 1979 as American Honda Motor Company's first production facility in the United States. It was on the original U.S. Route 33, renamed Honda Parkway when the Route was moved, at the site of an abandoned Pure Oil gas station and a long since razed "lubritorium," and the former rail crossing of the abandoned Erie Lackawanna Marion-Springfield spur. Honda of America Manufacturing began motorcycle production at the Marysville Motorcycle Plant in 1979 with the CR250M Elsinore. All-terrain vehicles as well as the Gold Wing and Magna motorcycles, among others, were made there. The 500,000th vehicle produced at the plant was a Gold Wing Aspencade motorcycle in 1991, and the one-millionth vehicle in 1996 was another Gold Wing Aspencade. Annual output peaked at 174,000 vehicles in 1997. Production of ATVs at the plant ceased in 2005. In June 2009, the Marysville Motorcycle Plant ceased production after almost 30 years, as Honda consolidated global production of specific large motorcycles at a new factory in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan.Some employees there were moved to the Marysville Auto Plant, located at the same facility, or took early retirement.Honda consolidated suspension sub-assembly for its vehicles including: Honda Accord, Acura TL and Acura RDX at the old motorcycle plant to free up space at Honda's auto plants in order to add flexibility and increase production.This facility is now used to receive parts and sequence them for consumption at the line at the Marysville Auto Plant.

Liggett Lake Dam is a dam located in Allen Township, Union County, Ohio, United States, about 2.5 miles (4.0 km) north of North Lewisburg, at 40°15′21″N 83°31′49″W. It was built privately by L. Liggett in 1968 on a small tributary to the Big Darby Creek, and the reservoir created is called Liggett Lake.

The Transportation Research Center (TRC) is North America's largest multi-user automotive proving ground. It is operated by TRC Inc. The center occupies 4,500 acres in East Liberty, Ohio, about 40 miles northwest of Columbus, Ohio. These 4,500 acres are split between the main TRC property and a rural road/ATV course located approximately 2.5 miles from the main property. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has its Vehicle Research and Test Center (VRTC) on TRC property. TRC is the only North American proving ground with a government research and test center on site.

The Fort is a prominent historic house in the central portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Located northeast of the village of North Lewisburg in Union County, this two-story brick building is a local landmark. Built in 1877, it is a square structure, measuring five bays wide on each of its sides. Its foundation is built of ashlar stone, while the hip roof is constructed of imbricated slates of multiple colors. The house's hilltop location makes it visible from a vast distance in all directions. Many of its impressive Italianate architectural elements, such as the ornamental cornice and carven stone lintels, can be distinguished from far away, especially as the house is surrounded by farmland rather than woods. Porches are located on both sides of the house's front of the house, with a two-story bay window placed in the middle of the facade. Chimneys stand at the tops of both side walls.In 1982, The Fort was listed on the National Register of Historic Places due to its well-preserved historic architecture, for it has been rated as one of the best Italianate buildings in rural Union County. It also qualified for its place in local history, for it was home to horse breeder Shepard Clark. The son of one of the earliest settlers in Allen Township, Clark was regarded highly throughout Ohio for his breeding operation.

Peoria is an unincorporated community in Liberty Township, Union County, Ohio, United States. It is located at 40°18′50″N 83°26′45″W, along Raymond Road, about 1.75 miles south of Raymond and 6.5 miles northwest of Marysville.A post office was established in Peoria on September 26, 1872; it was closed on August 11, 1967. The mail service is now sent through the Columbus regional mail sorting facility, and distributed through the Marysville and Raymond local post offices.

East Liberty Auto Plant is a Honda automobile factory in East Liberty, Ohio, United States. The assembly plant opened in 1989. East Liberty is about 45 minutes northwest of Columbus, Ohio. It was the first plant in North America to implement Honda’s 'New Manufacturing System' in 2000. Today, the plant produces the Honda CR-V and the Acura RDX and MDX. The East Liberty Auto Plant was the first plant on the continent to employ low-emission, water-borne paint and the first to use laser welding in mass production.The East Liberty plant became the lead plant in global production of the CR-V in 2016. Engineers working in the plant are responsible for providing the first set of hard-tooled parts and complete body unit builds for nine other CR-V plants around the world to follow and replicate. The team have to perfect the parts and manufacturing processes. The plant's 200,000-square-foot welding shop was expanded and underwent a makeover with 200 new robots. The plant began to produce the 2017 CR-V in November 2016. The East Liberty plant exports vehicles to many countries including Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and Russia..The plant has around 2,800 employees.
