The town is located in the southwestern corner of Ontario County. It is located in the Finger Lakes region of New York. The annual Naples Grape Festival is held in September, and the area is known for its wineries and grape pie.

Warner and Charles Coots. The town hall served as the center of the village and town's social and recreational activities until World War II. Between 1942 and 1972, the building was in private hands and served a variety of commercial and light industrial uses. In 1972, it was reacquired by the town and serves as a community center and host site for the annual Naples Grape Festival. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

The Naples Grape Festival is an annual festival in Naples, New York, United States, dedicated to grapes. The town of Naples is in the center of Finger Lakes American Viticultural Area (AVA), a region known for grape-growing and wine making in the Finger Lakes area of Upstate New York. Around 80,000 people attend the festival each year. The festival, which has been held since 1961, includes arts and crafts vendors, a wine-tasting tent, food, live music, and a grape pie contest. One festival casualty was in 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic caused it to be cancelled.

Ephraim Cleveland House is an American historic home in the town of Naples in Ontario County, New York. It was built in the vernacular Federal style around 1794, and was expanded in the 1840s and '50s. It is a two-story, five-bay dwelling, and possesses a distinctive Federal-style entrance, featuring a paneled door with half sidelights and a blind elliptical fanlight. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1994.

C. E. K. Mees Observatory is an astronomical observatory in Bristol, New York, owned and operated by the University of Rochester. The observatory is named after C. E. Kenneth Mees, "in honor of his pioneering work in the development of sensitive photographic emulsions for use in astronomy." The site possesses a 24 in (61 cm) Cassegrain telescope on an English-style telescope mount in a two-story dome in addition to a 12 in (31 cm) Orion SkyQuest Dobsonian, an inoperative 6 in (15 cm) Newtonian reflector on a German equatorial mount, and a 6 in refractor used as a guide telescope. The observatory is notable as a premier location for astronomical observation in Ontario county due to the low levels of light pollution and relative elevation, given that it is situated on the highest point in Ontario county. The observatory also boasts a vacation home run by the University of Rochester which is used for public outreach, University faculty retreats, and astronomers who stay the night. Presbyterian Church of Atlanta is a historic Presbyterian church located at Atlanta in Steuben County, New York, United States. It was built in 1895 and is a Queen Anne style building constructed of red pressed brick over a limestone basement. The architect was Otis Dockstader of Elmira. The interior is designed on the Akron Plan. Also on the property is a former horse shed that was converted in the 1920s for use as a Sunday School and Boy Scout facility. Founded after a devastating fire destroyed most of the downtown area of the village, the church has always served a broad cross section of the community. Having nearly closed the church is now experiencing a period of renewal. Services are at 11:00 AM on Sundays. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

Rowe House is a historic home located at Wayland in Steuben County, New York. It is a large three-by-seven-bay Tudor Revival– style residential building with an attached 1-story, three-bay garage wing at the rear. It was designed in 1926 by noted Rochester architect J. Foster Warner. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

South Bristol Grange Hall 1107 is a historic Grange hall located at Bristol Springs in Ontario County, New York. It is a large 2+1⁄2-story, gable-roofed, vernacular frame building built in 1923.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

Frost Hill is a mountain in the Finger Lakes Region of New York. It is located west of Bristol Springs in Ontario County. At an elevation of 2,284 feet (696 m), the mountain is the highest point in Ontario County. It is about 1.25 miles (2.01 km) southwest of the 2,150-foot (660 m) Worden Hill, where Bristol Mountain Ski Resort is.

The Cumming Nature Center (CNC) is a 900-acre environmental education facility located near Naples, New York. Owned by the Rochester Museum & Science Center (RMSC), the preserve features over fifteen miles of trails and offers educational programs and service-learning opportunities. Established in 1973 with a gift from the Cumming family to the Rochester Museum & Science Center, CNC's landscape is home to a diverse variety of habitats, including abandoned fields, conifer plantations, swamps, marshes, ponds, and upland forests. Visitors can also explore a Visitor Center featuring a variety of educational exhibits, interactive play areas, and classroom space.
