The Archdiocese of Milwaukee (Latin: Archidiœcesis Milvauchiensis) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory or archdiocese of the Catholic Church headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the United States. It encompasses the City of Milwaukee, as well as the counties of Dodge, Fond du Lac, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha, all located in Wisconsin. The Archdiocese of Milwaukee is the metropolitan see of the ecclesiastical province of Milwaukee, which includes the suffragan dioceses of Green Bay, La Crosse, Madison, and Superior. As of 2021, Jerome Edward Listecki is the metropolitan Archbishop of Milwaukee.

Erastus B. Wolcott is a public art work by American artist Francis Herman Packer, located in Lake Park on the east side of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The bronze equestrian commemorates a military officer and physician. It is located in the center of Lake Park, near Eight Stone Lions and the North Point Lighthouse. The inscription reads, "Gen. Erastus B. Wolcott. Surgeon General of Wisconsin in the Civil War for thirteen years afterward. He lived a blameless life. Eminent in his profession. A lover of humanity. Who delighted to serve his fellowmen, his city state and nation. Fraternity - Charity - Equality - Devotion." It is said that his wife wrote the epitaph.

The North Point Lighthouse Museum is a lighthouse built in 1888 in Lake Park on the East Side of Milwaukee in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States to mark the entrance to the Milwaukee River. The lighthouse was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. It was also added to the Library of Congress Historic American Buildings Survey as survey HABS WI-358.

Eight Stone Lions is a set of Bedford limestone or sandstone sculptures by Paul Kupper (?-1908) located in Lake Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States.

The Jessie and John F. Kern House is a German Renaissance Revival style mansion completed in 1900. The home was built for Wisconsin Industrialist John Kern. The home is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the Gilman’s Subdivision of Part of Lockwood’s Addition in the North Point North Historic District. The home was completed in 1900 and was listed in the Wisconsin state register July 16, 1999 and added to the National Register March 24, 2000.

The Wisconsin Institute for Torah Study (WITS), also known as Yeshivas Ohr Yechezkel, is an Orthodox Jewish school for boys (yeshiva) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and an affiliate of Yeshivas Chofetz Chaim.

Bradford Beach is a public beach in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The beach which was constructed in the 1920s is part of Lake Park, which is a mile-long park on a bluff above Lake Michigan. Lake Park was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April, 22, 1993.

The former Fourth Church of Christ, Scientist, built between 1929 and 1930, is an historic Christian Science church building located at 3069 North Downer Avenue / 2519 E. Kenwood Boulevard) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Designed in the Georgian Revival style of architecture by the noted Chicago-based architect Charles Draper Faulkner, the building features a redbrick exterior with Bedford limestone trim. The first services in the completed building were held on June 29, 1930. Sometime after 1996 Fourth Church relocated to 2011 East Capitol Drive in Shorewood, Wisconsin. The Frederick C. Bogk House is Frank Lloyd Wright's only single-family residential project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Bogk was an alderman and secretary-treasurer of the Ricketson Paint Works. This house embodies Wright's prairie style elements into a solid-looking structure that appears impregnable.

Wisconsin State College of Milwaukee was a predecessor institution of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Founded in 1885 as Wisconsin State Normal School, it became Wisconsin State Teachers College-Milwaukee in 1927, and Wisconsin State College–Milwaukee in 1951. Originally at a downtown site, the Normal School subsequently moved to the Lakeside campus. In 1956, it became part of the then University of Wisconsin, and subsequently the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee's primary (Eastside) campus.

The Helene Zelazo Center for the Performing Arts (more often referred to as the "Zelazo Center" or the "ZPAC") is a performing arts center located on the campus of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. It houses the 756-seat Helen Bader Concert Hall, large rehearsal spaces, meeting facilities, music offices, and dance studios for the UWM Peck School of the Arts. The Zelazo Center is one of many facilities maintained by the Peck School of the Arts, including the Fine Arts Building, as well as Kenilworth Square East.

The University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee School of Education is an academic division of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. It offers five undergraduate major, five master's, and 12 doctoral programs. It also offers the only four-year interpreter training degree in Wisconsin. The school was ranked 86th nationally by U.S. News & World Report in 2011.
