Notre Place Monument, also known as Notre place (English: Our Home), is a monument in Toronto's Queen's Park, in Ontario, Canada. Unveiled in 2018, the monument features a public space and a series of columns.

The Intact Centre is an office building located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada that serves as the head offices of Ontario Power Generation and Intact Financial. It was originally built in 1975 for Ontario Hydro (of which OPG is a successor company) and has been previously known as Hydro Place, Ontario Hydro Building and Ontario Power Building. It was designed by the architect Kenneth Raymond Cooper with Consulting Architect Kenneth H. Candy, Chief Architect of Ontario Hydro, and Adamson Associates. Located at 700 University Avenue at the intersection of College Street in Downtown Toronto, the International Style building stands at 80.0 m and 19 floors with 113,898 m2 (1,225,990 sq ft) of space.The building is served by Queen's Park station on the Toronto subway.

The Toronto Athletic Club, also known as the Stewart Building, is a historic building located at 149 College Street in Toronto, Ontario. It was designed by E. J. Lennox and built in 1894 to support the activities of the club; it included the first indoor pool in Toronto. A similarly-named but unaffiliated Toronto Athletic Club now exists in the Toronto-Dominion Centre.

The Ontario Cancer Institute (OCI) is the research division of Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, affiliated to the University Health Network of the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. As Canada's first dedicated cancer hospital, it opened officially and began to receive patients in 1958, although its research divisions had begun work a year earlier. Because, at that time, a stigma was associated with the word "cancer", the hospital was soon renamed the Princess Margaret Hospital, although the whole operation was called the Ontario Cancer Institute incorporating the Princess Margaret Hospital, or OCI/PMH. Clinicians usually preferred the hospital name, while the scientists used OCI. The original location of the OCI/PMH was at 500 Sherbourne Street in Toronto. In 1995, the whole operation moved to a new building at 610 University Avenue, and the new Princess Margaret Hospital became part of the University Health Network. The OCI continued as the research arm of the PMH, that in 2012 changed its name in Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.

The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre (previously, Princess Margaret Hospital) is a scientific research centre and a teaching hospital in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, affiliated with the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine as part of the University Health Network. The hospital now stands as the largest cancer centre in Canada and one of the five largest cancer centres in the world. Along with the Odette Cancer Centre, which is also associated with University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine and is independently the sixth largest cancer centre in North America, it forms one of the largest cluster of cancer hospitals in the world.The hospital is situated near the intersection of University Avenue and College Street within the Discovery District of downtown Toronto, an area with high concentration of biomedical research institutions. Named for Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon, the hospital is under the royal patronage of Anne, Princess Royal. The hospital specializes in the treatment of cancer, and offers the majority of its services to residents of the Greater Toronto Area. The hospital offers expertise in the fields of surgical oncology, medical oncology, hematology including bone marrow transplantation, radiation oncology, psychosocial oncology, medical imaging, and radiation therapy. The hospital houses 17 radiation treatment machines, all of which are equipped with the latest technologies including IMRT and VMAT, a superficial orthovoltage machine, and operates a Gamma Knife (Perfexion) stereotactic radiosurgery machine in collaboration with Toronto Western Hospital.

Ontario Veterans' War Memorial is a 30-metre-long (98 ft) granite wall located on the front south lawn of Queen's Park in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The wall was designed by Allan Harding MacKay and landscape architectural firm Phillips Farevaag Smallenberg. Besides images (mostly photographic) laser-etched into the granite, the wall also includes inscriptions from author Jane Urquhart and military historian Jack Granatstein on the bronze centre- and end-pieces respectively. The wall was advocated for by the Veterans’ Memorial Advisory Committee under the leadership of retired Lieutenant-general Richard Rohmer, former Minister of Government Services, Gerry Phillips and public art consultant Karen Mills of Public Art Management. The wall was completed in 2006 and was officially unveiled on September 16, 2006. It depicts scenes of the Canadian military's role in times of peace and war since 1867 starting with the Fenian raids. The most recent conflict listed is "The Campaign Against Terror".

The Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing is the nursing school of the University of Toronto. It is based in the Health Sciences Building in the Discovery District of downtown Toronto, and hosts programs on both the university's St. George and Mississauga campuses.
