Ilinden (Bulgarian: Илинден [iˈlindɛn]) is a district of Sofia, located in the western parts of the city. As of 2006 it has 37,256 inhabitants. There are four neighbourhoods: "Zaharna Fabrika", "Gevgeliiski", "Sveta Troitsa" (Holy Trinity) and "Ilinden".

Konstantin Velichkov Metro Station (Bulgarian: Метростанция "Константин Величков") is a station on the Sofia Metro in Bulgaria. It is named after writer and politician Konstantin Velichkov and opened on 28 January 1998.

Zapaden Park Metro station (Bulgarian: Метростанция "Западен парк") is a station on the Sofia Metro in Bulgaria. It opened on 28 January 1998.

The Agricultural Academy (Bulgarian: Селскостопанска академия) is an organization with headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria, for scientific research, for applied, service and support activities in the field of agriculture, animal husbandry, food industry.It has the right to prepare doctoral students in the relevant scientific disciplines. In the past, from 1971 to 1975, the Academy was a higher school, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Mall of Sofia is a shopping centre in the centre of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. It was opened on 9 June 2006 and is located at the intersection of Aleksandar Stamboliyski Boulevard and Opalchenska Street in the centre of the city. Part of the complex is Sofia Tower, an office building located just above Mall of Sofia. The mall is four storeys tall and has a total of 70,000 m² of built-up area, of which 35,000 m² belong to the commercial and entertainment sector and 10,000 m² are offices, while the underground parking lot takes up 22,000 m² and has a capacity of 700 vehicles. The remainder of 8,000 m² is occupied by service and common areas. The complex was constructed after a project by MooreSpeakman International and boasts 130 stores, a supermarket, pharmacies, a beauty salon, an Internet café and DVD and video rentals, among others. Mall of Sofia also offers a number of restaurants and cafés (such as McDonald's, KFC, Subway), as well as Cinema City, a 12-screen multiplex cinema also featuring the first 3-D IMAX theatre in Southeastern Europe, M-Tel IMAX. Among the investors in the project are GE Commercial Finance Real Estate, Cinema City International, Aviv Construction and Public Works and Quinlan Private. Colliers International acted as the exclusive leasing agent of the project.

The National School for Ancient Languages and Cultures "Saint Constantine-Cyril the Philosopher" (Bulgarian: Национална гимназия за древни езици и култури "Свети Константин Кирил Φилософ"), abbreviated in Bulgarian НГДЕК (NGDEK), is a high school, located in Sofia, Bulgaria. It was founded in 1977 by Gergina Toncheva, who was the first principal of the school. The school was named after St. Constantine-Cyril "The Philosopher". The challenging curriculum includes Latin, Ancient Greek, Old Bulgarian known also as Old Church Slavonic and Cultural Studies of Antiquity, among others. Educational trips to Greece and Italy in the 9th and 10th grade are highlights of the comprehensive program.

Vazrazhdane (Bulgarian: Възраждане [vɐzˈraʒdɐnɛ]) is a district in the centre of Sofia. As of 2012 it has 49,158 inhabitants. The district's area is 3.16 km2 (1 sq mi) or 2,5% of the total capital area. It has several neighbourhoods: the Zones B-2, B-3, B-4, B-5, B-18 and B-19 as well as Serdika. The territory of the regions is divided as follows: residential zone- 1.21 km2 (0 sq mi); parks, gardens and green zones- 1.36 km2 (1 sq mi); industrial zone- 0.15 km2 (0 sq mi); public zones including roads, squares and infrastructure- 0.43 km2 (0 sq mi). There 17 elementary and high schools with 8,000 pupils; 7 kindergartens; 6 libraries. The district boasts three churches, the National Polytechnical Museum and several monuments. The economy is very dynamic and is based on services, finance, government and industry. There are several hundred trade shops including the Mall of Sofia, several banks as well as government departments and ministries. The industrial sector contains non-polluting food-processing and shoe factories. The current unemployment is 5,3%.

Opalchenska Metro Station (Bulgarian: Метростанция „Опълченска“) is a station on the Sofia Metro in Bulgaria. It opened on 17 September 1999.

Krasno Selo (Bulgarian: Красно Село) is a Sofia Metro station. It was opened on 26 August 2020 as part of the inaugural section of the line, from Hadzhi Dimitar to Krasno Selo. It is located between Ovcha kupel and Bulgaria stations.

The National Polytechnical Museum (Bulgarian: Национален политехнически музей) is a science museum located in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Ovcha kupel (Bulgarian: Метростанция "Овча купел") is a Sofia Metro station on the M3 line. It was opened on 24 April 2021 as part of the second section of the line, from Ovcha kupel to Gorna Banya. The preceding station is Moesia and the adjacent station is Krasno Selo.
