The Glehn Castle (Estonian: Glehni loss, also Mustamäe Manor, German: Hohenhaupt) is a castle on the hillside of Nõmme, part of Tallinn, Estonia.

Tallinn Observatory (Estonian: Tallinna tähetorn) is an observatory in Tallinn, Estonia. Since 1993, the observatory is a part of Tallinn University of Technology.The observatory was established in 1954. Before using as an observatory, the building was Glehn's lookout tower (see Glehn Castle).

Hiiu Stadium (Estonian: Hiiu staadion) is a multi-purpose stadium in Tallinn, Estonia. The stadium and the administration building are owned by Nõmme district and are operated by Nõmme Sport Centre (Nõmme spordikeskus). It is used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Nõmme Kalju youth teams. The address of the stadium is Pidu tänav 11, Tallinn.The stadium was completely renovated in 2002 and cost 8 million Estonian kroon. In 2006, the old artificial turf was replaced by a 3rd generation turf and an administration building with a stand for 300 people was erected.On 10 September 2011, the highest recorded attendance was set, when 2,730 people watch a football match between hosts JK Nõmme Kalju and FC Flora Tallinn.

The Estonian Information Technology College (EITC) (Estonian: Eesti Infotehnoloogia Kolledž (EIK)) was a private non-profit institution of professional higher education (university of applied sciences) in Estonia, located in Tallinn. EITC provided Estonian applied higher education diploma-level (at least 180 ECTS credit points; equal to the Bachelor's degree under the Bologna process) education in information technology in four main programmes (IT Systems Administration, IT Systems Development, Information Systems Analysis and Technical Communication), carried out shorter-term vocational training programmes as well as various R&D-oriented activities. In 2017 it merged with the Tallinn University of Technology.

Kivimäe (Estonian for "Stone Hill") is a subdistrict (Estonian: asum) in the district of Nõmme, Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It covers an area of 2.20 km2 (0.85 sq mi) and has a population of 4,936 (As of 1 January 2014), population density is 2,153/km2 (5,576/sq mi). Kivimäe has a station on the Elron western route.

Hiiu-Rahu Cemetery is a cemetery in Tallinn, Estonia. The area of the cemetery is 2.2 ha, being one of the smallest cemetery in Tallinn.The cemetery is established in 1919, but inaugurated as late as 1923. The cemetery was designed by Karl Burman.

Kivimäe railway station (Estonian: Kivimäe raudteepeatus) is a station in Kivimäe, Nõmme district, Tallinn, Estonia, approximately 10 kilometers (6,2 mi) southwest from the Baltic station (Estonian: Balti jaam) which is the main railway station of Tallinn, near the Baltic Sea. The Kivimäe railway station is located between Hiiu and Pääsküla railway stations of Tallinn-Keila railway. The station was opened on November 3rd 1924. There are two platforms along the two-track railway, 133 and 146 meters long. Elron's electric trains from Tallinn to Keila, Paldiski, Turba and Klooga-Rand stop at Kivimäe station. The station belongs to the Zone I, within which traffic is free for Tallinners. Kivimäe railway station serves the Kivimäe sub-district which has approximately 4800 residents. There is a possibility to transfer to bus line 27 northwest of the railway station on Pärnu maantee. In 1937 a station building was completed from silicate bricks according to the project of Hendrik Otlood, which in 1997 was declared a cultural monument. Mustamäe Ski Jumping Hill (Estonian: Mustamäe suusahüppemägi) is a ski jumping hill in Mustamäe, Tallinn, Estonia.The first facility was constructed in 1935, it was K12. Later, the facility was changed to K30. During WWII, the facility fell apart.In 1962, a new facility was built with K50. The facility was designed by Peet Samarüütel.The hill record (59 m, 13 March 2010) belongs to Kristjan Ilves.

Tallinn Law School (TLS) (Estonian: TTÜ õiguse instituut) is one of the departments of Faculty of Social Sciences of Tallinn University of Technology and one of three law schools operating in Estonia. Although the law school offers basic education in all areas of law, it is focused in research and specialised studies in European law, public law and technology law. TLS consists of four structural units: Chair of Public Law, Chair of Law & Technology and Jean Monnet Chair of European Law and Human Rights Centre.

The Hiiu railway station is located between Nõmme and Kivimäe railway stations of Tallinn-Keila railway. The station was opened in 1926. There are two platforms along the two-lane railway, both 146 meters long. Elron's electric trains from Tallinn to Keila, Paldiski, Turba and Klooga-Rand stop at Hiiu station. The station belongs to the Zone I, within which traffic is free for Tallinners. Hiiu railway station serves the Hiiu sub-district which has approximately 3900 residents. There is a possibility to transfer to TLT (Tallinn City Transport) bus lines 10, 27 at a nearby bus station on Pärnu maantee. Bus station for bus line 33 is located on Raudtee tänav and Hiiu tänav. In 1929, a station building made of oil shale ash bricks and with a sloping roof was completed, where in 1932 the postal agency also moved. Ticket sales were terminated at the station building in the spring of 1998. In 1997, the building was declared an architectural monument. In 2020, there were approximately 58 train departures per day at Hiiu railway station towards Tallinn city center.

Nõmme-Mustamäe Landscape Conservation Area is a nature park which is located in Harju County, Estonia.The area of the nature park is 201 ha.The protected area was founded in 2004 to protect landforms (including Nõmme Heaths, Mustamäe Slope) and biodiversity of Nõmme-Mustamäe.

Established in 1918, Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech; Estonian: Tallinna Tehnikaülikool) is the only technical university in Estonia. TalTech, in the capital city of Tallinn, is a university for engineering, business, public administration and maritime affairs. TalTech has colleges in Tartu and Kohtla-Järve. Despite the similar names, Tallinn University and Tallinn University of Technology are separate institutions.
