WITI TV Tower

WPXE-TV (channel 55) is a television station licensed to Kenosha, Wisconsin, United States, broadcasting the Ion Television network to the Milwaukee area. It is owned and operated by the Ion Media subsidiary of the E. W. Scripps Company alongside NBC affiliate WTMJ-TV (channel 4), with engineering and some master control operations run out of WTMJ-TV's Radio City facility on East Capitol Drive in Milwaukee. WPXE's transmitter is located on the WITI TV Tower on East Capitol Drive in Shorewood, Wisconsin.

WVCY-TV (channel 30) is a religious independent television station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, owned by locally based VCY America, Inc. The station's studios are located on West Vliet Street in Milwaukee. Through a channel sharing agreement with Fox owned-and-operated station WITI (channel 6), WVCY-TV transmits using WITI's spectrum from an antenna on East Capitol Drive (just north of WIS 190) in Shorewood.

WITI (channel 6) is a television station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, airing programming from the Fox network. Owned and operated by the network's Fox Television Stations division, WITI maintains studios on North Green Bay Road (WIS 57) in Brown Deer (though with a Milwaukee postal address), and its transmitter is located on East Capitol Drive (just north of WIS 190) in Shorewood.

WYMS is a non-commercial radio station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, broadcasting on 88.9 FM. The station currently airs an eclectic adult album alternative music format, branded as "88Nine Radio Milwaukee". The station's license is owned by Milwaukee Public Schools, though it is managed and programmed by an outside group, also named Radio Milwaukee. In addition, WYMS airs weekly school board meetings on the over-the-air signal as a condition of MPS leasing the signal to Radio Milwaukee. The station broadcast in the HD Radio (digital hybrid) format, with its second subchannel carrying a locally-based automated AAA format.WYMS transmits from the WITI TV Tower in Shorewood and has their studios at 220 E. Pittsburgh Avenue in the Walker's Point area, with backup facilities maintained at the former main studios in the MPS administration building on W. Vliet Street in the Washington Park neighborhood. The Vliet studios continue to be maintained for school board meetings and for FCC correspondence, which remains under the purview of MPS. The public radio station announced its purchase of the new studio facility in March 2013. It includes four recording studios, among other amenities. The move was completed in August 2013, with the station's first music awards ceremony held in the winter of 2013.

The Benjamin Church House (also known as the Kilbourntown House), a modestly sized Temple-style Greek Revival home, was built in 1843–1844 by a pioneer carpenter of that name in Kilbourntown, a settlement on the west side of the Milwaukee River. In 1846, Kilbourntown merged with Juneautown on the east side of the river and Walker's Point to the south to create Milwaukee, today the largest city in Wisconsin. The house is thought to be Milwaukee's earliest surviving home.

WTMJ-TV (channel 4) is a television station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, affiliated with NBC. It is owned by the E. W. Scripps Company alongside Kenosha-licensed Ion Television station WPXE-TV (channel 55). WTMJ-TV's studios are located on Capitol Drive (WIS 190) in Milwaukee (an Art Deco facility that is known as "Radio City", in tribute to the New York complex of the same name), and its transmitter is located approximately four miles (6.4 km) north of downtown Milwaukee. From its inception until October 31, 2018, WTMJ-TV was a sister station to WTMJ radio (620 AM) and WKTI (94.5 FM). The radio stations are now owned by Good Karma Brands, but continue to share studios and some operations (including a long-term weather forecasting agreement and engineering staff) with Scripps and WTMJ-TV; Good Karma's WAUK (540 AM) moved to Radio City in 2019 to consolidate their local operations. In January 2021, it became a sister station to WPXE-TV, after Ion and its stations were purchased by Scripps; WPXE-TV currently operates out of separate studios in Glendale, Wisconsin, though it had been operated from the WTMJ-TV studios under a joint sales agreement (JSA) from 2000 to 2005.

WKTI (94.5 FM) – branded 94.5 ESPN Milwaukee – is a commercial sports radio station licensed to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, serving the Milwaukee metropolitan area. Owned by Good Karma Brands, WKTI is an affiliate for ESPN Radio. WKTI is known as ESPN Milwaukee; also jointly identified as ESPN Wisconsin alongside Madison-based sister station WTLX, which simulcasts much of WKTI's local programming. WKTI also serves as the flagship station for the Marquette Golden Eagles; and the radio home of Mark Chmura, Mark Tauscher, Tony Smith and Steve True. WKTI shares its transmitter and tower facility with WTMJ-TV from its former studio located off of Capitol Drive (Wisconsin Highway 190) in Milwaukee, an Art Deco facility known as "Radio City", in tribute to the New York complex of the same name. WTMJ radio, WKTI and WGKB moved to a new studio within the Third Street Market Hall in downtown Milwaukee at the end of 2022. In addition to a standard analog transmission, WKTI broadcasts in HD Radio and rebroadcasts their AM sister station on its second subchannel.

WMIL-FM (106.1 MHz) is a commercial radio station licensed to Waukesha, Wisconsin, and serving the Greater Milwaukee/Southeast Wisconsin radio market. It carries a country music radio format and is owned by iHeartMedia. The studios and offices are located in the Milwaukee suburb of Greenfield. WMIL-FM has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 12,000 watts. The transmitter site is in Milwaukee's North Side off Humboldt Boulevard near Estabrook Park and the Milwaukee River. WMIL-FM broadcasts in the HD Radio hybrid format. The HD2 digital subchannel carries new country music. The HD3 subchannel airs alternative rock from the 1990s and 2000s as "Alt 2K."

WLDB (93.3 MHz "B93.3 FM") is a commercial FM radio station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is owned and operated by the Milwaukee Radio Alliance, a partnership between Shamrock Communications and All Pro Broadcasting. WLDB airs an adult contemporary radio format. Its studios are located in Menomonee Falls. WLDB has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 16,000 watts. The transmitter site is in Milwaukee's North Side off Humboldt Boulevard near Estabrook Park and the Milwaukee River. WLDB broadcasts in the HD Radio hybrid format. The HD2 digital subchannel carries sister station WZTI 1290 AM's oldies format. It also feeds FM translator W262CJ 100.3 MHz, broadcasting from the same site as WLDB's transmitter.

Shorewood High School is a comprehensive public high school located in the village of Shorewood, Wisconsin. It is part of the Shorewood School District. As of the 2010–11 school year, the school had an enrollment of 615 students and 34.5 classroom teachers on a full-time equivalent basis, giving a student to teacher ratio of 17.83. The school's original colors were blue and gold but were changed to red and grey in 1930. Among options for extra curricular activities for students are 23 sports and more than 40 co-curricular clubs and activities.

WIWN (channel 68) is a television station licensed to Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States, but primarily serving the Milwaukee area as an affiliate of Cozi TV. It is owned by CNZ Communications as sister to Milwaukee-licensed low-power, Class A station WMKE-CD (channel 21). Both outlets share studios on West Stratton Drive in suburban New Berlin, while WIWN's transmitter is located on North Humboldt Boulevard in Milwaukee's Estabrook Park neighborhood.

WMVS, virtual channel 10 (VHF digital channel 8), is a Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) member television station licensed to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. Owned by Milwaukee Area Technical College, it is a sister station to fellow PBS member WMVT (channel 36). Collectively branded as Milwaukee PBS, the two stations share studios at the Continuing Education Center on the MATC campus on North 8th Street in downtown Milwaukee, and transmitter facilities on North Humboldt Boulevard in Milwaukee's Estabrook Park neighborhood. WMVS and WMVT operate separately from the PBS Wisconsin state network owned by the University of Wisconsin Extension and serves the rest of the state; however, WMVT runs instructional television programs from PBS Wisconsin, and Milwaukee Area Technical College and Milwaukee PBS coordinate instructional television efforts for their broadcast area.
