Dutch Neck is an unincorporated community located within West Windsor Township in Mercer County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The community is centered about the intersection of Village Road and South Mill Road and has in the vicinity numerous churches, West Windsor Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, Dutch Neck Elementary School, and many residences. The community was founded by the Voorhees and Bergen families c. 1737.In October 2019, the Historical Society of West Windsor published an online museum exploring the history of West Windsor, including that of Dutch Neck.

West Windsor is a township in Mercer County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Located within the Raritan Valley region, the township is an outer-ring suburb of New York City in the New York metropolitan area, as defined by the United States Census Bureau. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 29,518, its highest decennial count ever and an increase of 2,353 (+8.7%) from the 27,165 recorded at the 2010 census, which in turn reflected an increase of 5,258 (+24.0%) from the 21,907 counted in the 2000 census.West Windsor and adjacent East Windsor were established by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on February 9, 1797, and incorporated on February 21, 1798, as two of the state's initial group of 104 townships, by partitioning provincial Windsor Township.The Borough of Princeton (now part of Princeton) was formed from a portion of the township on February 11, 1813. The township is closely associated with that now much more widely known town and several localities within West Windsor use Princeton in their name, the most notable of those being Princeton Junction. The Princeton 08540 post office facility is located within West Windsor, and covers parts of the township designated by Princeton mailing addresses.A portion of Princeton University, covering 400 acres (160 ha) south of Lake Carnegie, is located in West Windsor. The university agreed in 2009 to make an annual payment in lieu of taxes of $50,000 that would be indexed to inflation to cover 81 acres (33 ha) of land in the township that the university had purchased in 2002.West Windsor is frequently ranked among the highest-income municipalities in New Jersey. In 2008, Forbes listed West Windsor as the 15th most affluent neighborhood in the U.S. Using 2012–2016 data from the U.S. Census Bureau, NJ.com listed the township as the 9th highest-income in the state in its January 2018 article "The 19 wealthiest towns in New Jersey, ranked." Based on data from the American Community Survey for 2013–2017, West Windsor residents had a median household income of $175,684, ranked 4th in the state among municipalities with more than 10,000 residents, more than double the statewide median of $76,475.

West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South, commonly referred to locally as South, is a four-year comprehensive public high school located in the Princeton Junction section of West Windsor in Mercer County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, serving students in ninth through twelfth grades. The school is part of the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District, a regional school district serving students from West Windsor and from Plainsboro Township (in Middlesex County). It is one of two high schools in the district, the other being West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North. Students at High School South outperform other students in New Jersey on academic performance and college admissions tests. New Jersey students score on average 1080/1600 on the SAT, whereas High School South students score on average 1351/1600. The school offers several honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses in various subject areas. The school determines both unweighted and weighted GPAs for students and does not rank students with the exception of the top five in every graduating class.

Edinburg, also known as Edinburgh, is an unincorporated community located within West Windsor in Mercer County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The community is located at the junction of Old Trenton Road (County Routes 526 and 535), Edinburg Road (CR 526), and Windsor Road (CR 641). In October 2019, the Historical Society of West Windsor published an online museum exploring the history of West Windsor- including that of Edinburg.

Berrien City, also known simply as Berrien, is an unincorporated community located within West Windsor in Mercer County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The area is located within the Princeton Junction census designated place centered about the intersection of Alexander Road and Scott Avenue, located within walking distance of the Princeton Junction train station and Princeton-Hightstown Road (County Route 571). It was developed as an upper-middle class development after World War I and features homes constructed about 100 years ago. Most of the homes still exist with some small businesses located along Alexander Road with the West Windsor Arts Center operating its facilities out of the former Princeton Junction Fire Company fire station.

Grovers Mill is an unincorporated community located within West Windsor in Mercer County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is centered around the intersection of Clarksville Road and Cranbury Road, adjacent to the community's mill-pond.

Princeton Junction station (signed as Princeton Junction at West Windsor) is a railroad station in Princeton Junction, New Jersey, located in West Windsor Township. It serves NJ Transit (NJT) and Amtrak on the Northeast Corridor (NEC), and NJ Transit on the Princeton Branch.

The Richard J. Coffee Mercer County Park is a recreational park located in West Windsor Township and small western sections of Hamilton and Lawrence Townships in Mercer County, New Jersey. Originally and still more commonly known as Mercer County Park, the park was renamed in October 2009 in honor of New Jersey State Senator Richard J. Coffee.The park encompasses over 2,500 acres (10 km2) covering much of southern West Windsor, with portions extending into adjacent Hamilton and Lawrence. Mercer Lake, located within the park, is the home for the US Olympic Rowing Team's training center. The National Softball Association honored the Mercer County Park Commission with its "Outstanding Parks Award" for the softball fields and facilities in Mercer County Park. It has served as the home field for the New Jersey Pride of the Major League Lacrosse for one game in 2004, 2005 and 2006. It has also hosted semi-professional Minor League Cricket matches.

The John Rogers House, built in 1761, is a historic home believed to be the oldest existing structure in West Windsor Township, New Jersey. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 31, 1978.The home has been listed by Preservation New Jersey on its list of endangered historic sites, as the local and county historical societies disagree about the preservation of the building. The structure was deeded to Mercer County in 1970 when the lands around the house became Mercer County Park. The building was not maintained since it became part of the park; tarps were placed over the roof to protect it from weather. Between 2017 and 2019, the roof of the building was removed and its walls were preserved to create a "constructed ruin" interpretive center.

Princeton Junction is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within West Windsor, in Mercer County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2010 United States Census, the CDP's population was 2,465.
