West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North, also known as WW-P North, is a four-year public comprehensive high school located in Plainsboro Township in Middlesex County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The school serves students in ninth through twelfth grades. The school joins West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South as the two secondary schools of the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District, a school district serving students from West Windsor (in Mercer County) and Plainsboro Township (in Middlesex County). As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,495 students and 121.8 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 12.3:1. There were 54 students (3.6% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 16 (1.1% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North opened in September 1997. An addition was added in 2000. The first class to graduate was the Class of 2002. The facility covers 240,000 square feet (22,000 m2) and contains all core facilities. The school is located on an 80-acre (320,000 m2) tract on Grovers Mill Road in Plainsboro, across from Community Middle School and the Millstone River Upper Elementary School. The school mascot is the Northern Knight, and the school colors are Royal Blue and Silver. The mascot was chosen as voted on by the original three graduating classes, the Classes of 2002, 2003, and 2004.

The school is part of the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District, a regional school district serving students from West Windsor and from Plainsboro Township (in Middlesex County). It is one of two high schools in the district, the other being West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North. Students at High School South outperform other students in New Jersey on academic performance and college admissions tests. New Jersey students score on average 1080/1600 on the SAT, whereas High School South students score on average 1351/1600. The school offers several honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses in various subject areas. The school determines both unweighted and weighted GPAs for students and does not rank students with the exception of the top five in every graduating class.

Berrien City, also known simply as Berrien, is an unincorporated community located within West Windsor in Mercer County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The area is located within the Princeton Junction census designated place centered about the intersection of Alexander Road and Scott Avenue, located within walking distance of the Princeton Junction train station and Princeton-Hightstown Road (County Route 571). It was developed as an upper-middle class development after World War I and features homes constructed about 100 years ago. Most of the homes still exist with some small businesses located along Alexander Road with the West Windsor Arts Center operating its facilities out of the former Princeton Junction Fire Company fire station.

Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center (PMC), formerly known as the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro, is a 355-bed non-profit, tertiary, and academic medical center located in Plainsboro Township, New Jersey, servicing the western New Jersey area and the Central Jersey area. The hospital is owned by the Penn Medicine Health System and the only hospital of such in New Jersey. PMC is a major university hospital of the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School of Rutgers University and has a helipad to handle transport critical patients from and to other hospitals via PennStar.
