Rothschild Boulevard (Hebrew: שְׂדֵרוֹת רוֹטְשִׁילְד, Sderot Rotshild) is one of the principal streets in the center of Tel Aviv, Israel, beginning in Neve Tzedek at its southwestern edge and running north to Habima Theatre. It is one of the most expensive streets in the city, being one of the city's main tourist attractions. It features a wide, tree-lined central strip with pedestrian and bike lanes.

The Orna Porat Children's Theater is a children's repertory theater established in 1970 by Israel Prize winner and actress Orna Porat and Yigal Alon, the Minister of Education at the time. The theater is the oldest of its kind in Israel.The theater is based at the Yaron Yerushalmi hall of the Suzanne Dellal Center for Dance and Theater in Tel Aviv. The theater is a public non-profit organization, and all of its income is used to sustain its activities and advance its various goals. The theater is supported by the Ministry of Education and the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality. Its central goal is to expose young audiences to theater, presenting them with an artistic experience, as well as national and universal values through an encounter with art. Every year the theater's repertoire of 20 plays is conducted on stage in front of 400,000 people at festivals, events, and theaters all over Israel and overseas. The theater's educational department organizes “theater days,” encounters with artists and authors, and workshops for children and youth. In 2010, the theater initiated the establishment of Yaron Festival – A World of Theater, which takes place annually during Purim and includes world-renowned plays, workshops, encounters with artists and authors, and more. In 2011 the theater moved to the Ohel Shem building on Balfour Street, Tel Aviv. The current CEO of the theater is Ran Gwetta and the current artistic director is Yaki Mechrez.

Pagoda House (Hebrew: בית הפגודה, Beit HaPagoda) is an Eclectic Style building in central Tel Aviv built in 1924. It was the first private residence in Tel Aviv to have an elevator, installed to accommodate the Polish ambassador who resided on the third floor. The building, located at King Albert Square on the corner of Nahmani and Montefiore streets, was designed by the architect Alexander Levy. Over the years, the building fell into disrepair. In the 1990s, it was purchased by Swedish businessman Robert Weil, who restored it. Andrée Putman french creator designed al the interiors including furniture and roof pavillon; Ulrick Plesner was in charge of the architectural renovation . The Pagoda House was built during the architectural boom of the 1920s. It was inspired by a cafe in the United States, combining Oriental and Western style elements.

Lodzia House (Hebrew: בית לודז'יה), also known as HaBayit Ha'adom ("the Red House"), is an historic building located at 43 Nahmani Street in Tel Aviv, Israel.

The Levin House, in Hebrew Beit Levin - Tel Avivians gave it the nickname "the Castle" and later called it the Russian Embassy House - is a historic building located at 46 Rothschild Boulevard on the corner of Shadal Street in Tel Aviv, Israel, and is one of the city's best-known buildings. Levin House is an eclectic building with some neoclassical influences, which is unique in central Tel Aviv. The building was designed in 1924 by architect Yehuda Magidovitch for a wealthy customer, Zvi Yaacov Levin and his family, and is inspired by the late 19th century Italian vacation homes, a distinctive pointy-roofed tower.One of the more striking elements of the building is its pointy-roofed tower. During the building's rehabilitation, the crew discovered that the three parts of the tower could be opened by using a special mechanism, and create an opening over the staircase. The mechanism enabled furniture to be moved into the building. It may also have been used by the religiously observant Levine family to create a succah during the Feast of the Tabernacles.

The First International Bank Tower is a 32-story skyscraper on Rothschild Boulevard in the center of Tel Aviv, Israel. At 132 meters in height over 32 floors, the tower is Israel's 22nd tallest building. It was designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, Nir-Kuts Architects, and Amnon Bar Or Architects. Inspired by the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong, it was primarily designed by the same architectural firm. Construction of the tower began in early 2003, after the plans were approved in October 2002. The plans were restricted in height due to the need to preserve and rebuild two historical neighbouring low-rises of Bauhaus architecture which were given UNESCO World Heritage Status. Included in the design scheme is a public plaza on Rothschild Boulevard. The main occupant of the tower is the First International Bank of Israel. The tower is the first green tower in Israel, and also the first to feature a double curtain wall system.The design of the tower consists of 5 equilateral triangular prisms, set on top of each other at different heights, creating 3 large balconies for the building's occupants. Each prism ends after 8 stories at a different height, correlating to the heights of adjacent buildings and monuments.

Meier on Rothschild is a skyscraper on Allenby Street in Tel Aviv, Israel. The tower is 158 meters (520 ft) and It is the second highest residential building in Israel after Nevve Nof Tower.

The Levinstein Tower is a skyscraper in Tel Aviv, Israel. At 125 metres in height, the tower has 35 floors. The tower was designed by Rapoport Architects, and was completed in 2000 drawing inspiration in its design from the Century Tower in the city. Originally, the tower was set to be a 74 metre tall, 17-storey tower, although this changed to a 35 floor tower, with 5 residential storeys at the top, with a total height of 145 metres. These were dropped, however, due to a lack of demand for luxury apartments at the time. Each floor in the tower is 1000 square metres in size, with the ground floor having a double-height 1,500 square metre lobby.

The Great Synagogue of Tel Aviv is located on 110 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv, just east of the Shalom Tower. The building was designed by Yehuda Magidovitch in 1922 and completed in 1926. It was renovated in 1970 with a new external facade of arches. In the past, the synagogue was at the center of Little Tel Aviv, but today the building lies at the heart of the business and financial center. The emigration of the local residents during the 1960s brought about a recognizable reduction in the number of prayer-goers in The Great Synagogue, such that today the impressive building is used by only few congregants who pray on holidays and special occasions. In recent years, public figures have decided to conduct their Jewish wedding ceremonies at the synagogue.

Allenby Street (Hebrew: רחוב אלנבי Rehov Alenbi) is a major street in Tel Aviv, Israel. It was named in honor of Field Marshal Viscount Allenby. Allenby Street stretches from the Mediterranean Sea in the northwest to HaAliya Street in the southeast. It was first paved with concrete in 1914. During the day, it is a commercial street with many small businesses and clothing stores. At night, its cafés, pubs and restaurants throng with people. Many public buses run along Allenby Street.

The 2002 Tel Aviv outdoor mall bombing was a terrorist attack which occurred on 25 January 2002 in which a Palestinian suicide bomber blew himself up in Tel Aviv, Israel, injuring at least 24 civilians. After the attack, the Islamist Palestinian militant organization Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility for the attack.
