Saint-Romain-le-Puy (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ ʁɔmɛ̃ lə pɥi]) is a commune in the Loire department in central France. The town is located 8 km (5.0 mi) from Montbrison along the D8. It was originally built on the volcanic peak (le puy), but has since migrated to the plain.
