Tai Po Sam Yuk Secondary School

Tai Po Government Primary School (Chinese: 大埔官立小學) is a co-educational primary school located in Tai Po, Hong Kong.

Tai Po Tau (Chinese: 大埔頭; historically 大步頭) is an area in Tai Po District, Hong Kong. It was named after a village of the same name. However, the village is now known as Tai Po Tau Tsuen (Tai Po Tau village; Chinese: 大埔頭村). The village itself is named after Tai Po. In the past, Tai Po Tau Tsuen and Tai Po Tau Shui Wai (also known as just 'Shui Wai') was one village. However, the village was divided by the Kowloon–Canton Railway British section (now known as East Rail line) in the 1910s.: 54 

King Law Ka Shuk is a Hong Kong historical building situated in Tai Po Tau Tsuen, north of Tai Po in the New Territories. In the past, it was used as an ancestral hall to hold meetings and traditional functions in the village and it is now in full use as a local meeting place. The building was named after Tang King Law, who was one of the ancestors of Tang's Family (or Tang Clan). It occupies a total area of 349.69 square metres (3,764.0 sq ft). It was declared as a monument, under the full legal protection of the Hong Kong SAR Government, on 21 July 1998.The temple was constructed in the early 18th century. Apart from being an ancestral hall for people to show respect to their ancestors and hold clan meetings, it was also a study hall for the Tang clans, who were taught with a Chinese traditional teaching method known as Bok Bok Chai. There were a maximum of 40 students at one time and the building was once the premises of Kai Chi School, which was subsequently relocated in 1953. However, as the Hong Kong Government later implemented an education programme in 1948, the building lost its function of being a study hall. It then solely served as a venue for traditional festive functions and village meetings.

Tai Wo (Chinese: 太和; Cantonese Yale: Taaiwò; pronounced: [tʰaːi˧wɔː˩]) is a MTR station in the western part of Tai Po New Town, in New Territories, Hong Kong. The station is located on the East Rail line, between Fanling and Tai Po Market stations.

Tai Po Sports Ground (Chinese: 大埔運動場) is a sports ground located in Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong. It was the home stadium of Hong Kong Premier League club Tai Po.

Tai Wo Estate (Chinese: 太和邨) is a mixed TPS and public housing estate in Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong, near MTR Tai Wo station. It is one of the public housing estates in Tai Po that is not built on the reclaimed land. The estate consists of nine residential buildings completed in 1989. Some of the flats were sold to tenants through Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 3 in 2000.Po Nga Court (寶雅苑) is a Home Ownership Scheme court in Tai Po, near Tai Wo Estate. It consists of three residential buildings built in 1989.

San Wai Tsai (Chinese: 新圍仔) is a village in Tai Po District, Hong Kong.

Ying Pun Ha Chuk Hang (Chinese: 營盤下竹坑) is a village in Tai Po District, Hong Kong. It comprises two distinct settlements: Ying Pun Ha (營盤下; 'the village below the military camp') and Chuk Hang (竹坑).

Shek Kwu Lung (Chinese: 石古壟) is a village in Tai Po District, Hong Kong.

Tai Po District is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong. The suburban district covers the areas of Tai Po New Town (including areas such as Tai Po Market, Tai Po Old Market, Tai Po Industrial Estate, Tai Wo Estate), Tai Po Tau, Tai Po Kau, Hong Lok Yuen, Ting Kok, Plover Cove, Lam Tsuen Valley, Tai Mei Tuk and other surrounding areas, and its exclaves Sai Kung North, in the northern part of the Sai Kung Peninsula and including islands such as Grass Island (Tap Mun), and Ping Chau (Tung Ping Chau). Tai Po proper and Sai Kung North are divided by the Tolo Channel and the Tolo Harbour (Tai Po Hoi). The district is located in the Eastern New Territories. The de facto administrative centre of the district is Tai Po New Town. Like Yuen Long, the area of Tai Po used to be a traditional market town. Tai Po New Town, a satellite town, developed around the area of Tai Po and on reclaimed land on the estuaries of Lam Tsuen and Tai Po rivers. It had a population of 310,879 in 2001. The district has the third lowest population density in Hong Kong.
