General Andranik (Armenian: Զորավար Անդրանիկ) formerly Hoktemberyan, is a Yerevan Metro station. It was opened to the public on 26 December, 1989.

Rossia Mall is an enclosed shopping mall located on Tigran Mets Avenue in the Armenian capital Yerevan. It is the 3rd-largest mall built in Yerevan. The shopping centre was opened on 5 March 2016, with the presence of former Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan. The mall has direct access to the General Andranik metro station, adjacent to the Rossia Theatre. The shopping centre was built by the "Sil Capital" LLC owned by the Armenian businessman Khachatur Sukiasyan. The entire cost of the project was around US$ 15 million.The mall is home to one of the largest jewelry centres in Yerevan.

Yerevan Vernissage (Armenian: Վերնիսաժ Vernisazh) is a large open-air market in Yerevan, Armenia. The name of the market is the derived from the French word vernissage. The market lies along Aram Street and Buzand Street at a length of 350 metres (1,150 ft), connecting the Hanrapetutyun street with the Khanjyan street. The market mainly features a collection of different types of traditional Armenian art works.

The First Republic of Armenia, officially known at the time of its existence as the Republic of Armenia (Armenian: Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն, romanized: Hayastani Hanrapetut'yun), was an independent Armenian state that existed from May (28th de jure, 30th de facto) 1918 to December 2 1920 in the Armenian-populated territories of the former Russian Empire known as Eastern or Russian Armenia. The republic was established in May 1918, with its capital in the city of Yerevan, after the dissolution of the short-lived Transcaucasian Democratic Federative Republic. It was the first Armenian state since the Middle Ages. In its first year of independence, Armenia was confined to a small territory around Lake Sevan after its invasion by the Ottoman Empire during the Caucasus campaign. Following the Armistice of Mudros, Armenia expanded its borders in the wake of the Ottoman withdrawal, leading to a short border war with neighbouring Georgia. During its first winter, hundreds of thousands of refugees in the country who had fled the Armenian genocide died from starvation or exposure. In the spring of 1919, Armenia, with British support, incorporated the formerly occupied regions of Kars and Nakhchivan, thus more than tripling in size since independence; however, Armenian control of these regions collapsed during the Muslim uprisings that erupted in the summer of 1919. In late 1919, the isolated Armenian region of Zangezur came under attack by neighbouring Azerbaijan. However, the fighting subsided until an Armenian uprising was launched in March of the following year in the Azerbaijani-controlled region of Nagorno-Karabakh, ending with the latter's sovietisation in April. In August 1920, Armenian representatives signed the Treaty of Sèvres, which awarded the country an additional 40,000 square miles (100,000 square kilometres) of territory in Western Armenia, although the treaty was never implemented. In late 1920, the republic was invaded by Turkish forces, ending with its partition and sovietisation by the Russian SFSR, with the latter founding the superseding Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic. Shortly thereafter, an anti-Bolshevik revolt resisted Soviet authority from February–July 1921. In the two and a half years of its existence, Armenia formed diplomatic relations with 40 countries, gained de jure recognition, underwent parliamentary elections, and founded its first university. The nation's parliament and government were dominated by the broad Dashnak party (ARF), however, the cabinet posts were initially shared with the "bourgeois" Armenian Populist Party and later Social Revolutionaries.

The Armenian Revolutionary Federation History Museum (Armenian: Հ. Յ. Դաշնակցութեան պատմութեան թանգարան հիմնադրամ) is a museum in Yerevan, Armenia, that displays the history of the First Republic of Armenia and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) with its notable members.

The Government House Number 1 (Armenian: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարական տուն; Hayastani Hanrapetut'yan Karavarakan Tun) is located on Republic Square, Yerevan. It was designed by Alexander Tamanian, who was awarded the Soviet State Award in 1942 for this work.It is the official residence of the prime minister of Armenia.

The Football Federation of Armenia (FFA) (Armenian: Հայաստանի Ֆուտբոլի Ֆեդերացիա, Hayastani Futboli Federats’ia) is the governing body of association football in Armenia. Its headquarters are located in Yerevan. The Federation organizes the Armenian Premier League, the Armenian First League, the Armenian Super Cup, the Armenian Independence Cup, and the Armenian Futsal Premier League. It is responsible for appointing the management of the Armenia national football team, and the Armenia women's national football team. The Armenia national futsal team is also managed by the Federation. The FFA was awarded a synthetic football turf pitch by FIFA through its GOAL programme.

Avetik Isahakyan Central Library, officially Yerevan Municipality “City Central Library after Avetik Isahakyan” communal non-commercial organization (Armenian: Երևանի Քաղաքապետարանի «Ավետիք Իսահակյանի անվան Կենտրոնական գրադարան» ՀՈԱԿ) is a public library in Yerevan, Armenia. It was founded in 1935 at 26 Amiryan Street, with T. Barkhudaryan as its headmaster. In 1955, it was renamed after the famous poet Avetik Isahakyan on the 80th anniversary of the master. Today the library's main building is located at 4/1 Nalbandyan street, with 10 branches located on Baghramyan, Sayat-Nova avenue, Tigran Mets, Komitas and Kievyan avenues and Moskovyan, N. Zaryan, Atoyan, Rustaveli, Norq 5th and Mamikonyants streets. Readers can use free wi-fi service, online library, electronic book databases. Readers are able to purchase modern Kindle E-readers to read books in electronic format. Isahakyan library is also a place for meetings and a cultural corner for literary discussions and various cultural events focusing on the themes preservation of the nation and its traditions, the importance of the books and writing. The library serves up to 1500 visitors daily.

Armenia Sports Union (Armenian: Հայաստան Մարզական Միություն), formerly known as Spartak Sports Union (Armenian: Սպարտակ Մարզական Միություն) between 1935 and 1999, is a sports society and organization in the city of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. It is located on Agathangelos Street of the central Kentron District of the city.

Mordechai Navi Synagogue (Armenian: Մորդեխայ Նավի սինագոգ), lit. 'Mordechai Navi synagogue', also called the Mordechai Navi Jewish Centre, is a Jewish synagogue in the Armenian capital Yerevan, and the centre of the Jewish community of the city. Located in the central Kentron district, it was opened in June 2011.
