Kunratice (Prague)

Kunratický les is a forested area of three square kilometres in Prague. It is located in Kunratice district. The forest is separated from other forested areas by urban settlements. Kunratický les is visited by 678,000 people per year who use the forest for recreation, sports activities (running, cycling, etc.) or tourism.

Westfield Chodov, previously known as Centrum Chodov, is a shopping center in the Chodov district of Prague, Czech Republic. It is located near the metro station of the same name, between the streets U Kunratického lesa, Roztylská and the D1 motorway toward Brno. Westfield Chodov is the largest shopping center in the Czech Republic with 300 shops, and the retail floor area is 100.000 m2, the second largest in the country behind shopping centre Letňany. The owner of Westfield Chodov is the company Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. It was built in 2005, with a major expansion occurred in 2017. It receives 13 million customers annually, employing approximately 8,000 people.There is free WiFi throughout Westfield Chodov. It houses fashion shops, a Cinema City multiplex cinema, perfume and makeup boutiques, fast-food restaurants, cafes, restaurants, flower shops, bookstores, jewellery boutiques, electronic shops, sporting goods, dry cleaners, and shoe repair services. There are also banks, travel agencies, mobile phone operators, children's corners, and hairdressers.

Sapa, fully TTTM Sapa (Vietnamese: Trung Tâm Thương Mại Sapa), is the Prague's Little Hanoi, sometimes simply called Prague's Hanoi, the largest Vietnamese enclave, trading center and market in the Czech Republic, located in Libuš and Kunratice districts. It was created in the area of a former poultry farm around 2000 and is often referred to as a "city within a city" by media. After Ukrainians and Slovaks, the Vietnamese are the third largest ethnic minority in the country, with Sapa being the so called Czech "Vietnamese capital". Sapa offers many restaurants, food stands, specialized grocery stores, a warehouse club called Tamda foods, warehouses, tutoring and child care services, places for meetings, social events and a Buddhist temple. The total area of Sapa is 35 hectares (86 acres) and around seven thousand people work there.

Chodov (Czech pronunciation: [ˈxodof]) is a suburb of Prague in the Czech Republic. It lies in the south-east of the city, and became part of the Prague municipality in 1968. In terms of the Prague districts defined in 1960, it lay in administrative district 4, and its postal address is still Prague 4. However, since 2001 it has been placed in the administrative district Prague 11; within that, it lies in the Prague 11 municipal district. It has a Metro station, on the C line. It is principally an area of large high-rise post-Second World War housing developments, but since the Velvet Revolution of 1989 there has been rapid development of commercial sites such as car dealerships; there are also some areas of detached housing. There are a number of hotels in the district, some of them large establishments catering to the congress and package holiday trade. Notable buildings include: the Chodovská vodní tvrz or Chodov fort, a round building with its origins in the 13th century (though heavily restored) which now serves as a cultural centre and includes a gallery and a small recital room. the new location (opened on 1 January 1999) of the National Archives, in a striking modern building Centrum Chodov, the Chodov Shopping Center – one of the biggest shopping malls in Prague and in the whole Czech Republic with more than 210 stores; located above the Chodov metro station.

Galerie Cesty ke světlu is a modern art gallery in Prague. It was founded by the Czech painter and psychologist Zdeněk Hajný in 1994. It covers the work of the artist and includes Cristal caffetery used for spiritual lectures.

Libuš (Czech pronunciation: [ˈlɪbuʃ]) is one of the municipal districts of Prague. It is located in the southern part of Prague in the administrative district of Prague 4 and consists of the cadastral areas of Libuš and Písnice. Both Libuš and Písnice were once independent villages near Prague. Libuš was attached to Prague in 1968 and Písnice in 1974; now they are both part of the Prague City in Prague-Libuš municipal district. The history of Libuš goes back probably to the 13th century, but it is not documented. The first written information is from 1321, when Prague citizens gained power over the Libuš fort. Better information begins in the 17th century, when there was a pub on the road from Prague to the south. Area: 5.24 km² Population: 9,702

Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine (In Czech: Institut klinické a experimentální medicíny – IKEM) is the largest Czech medical research and clinical hospital located in Prague–Krč. It is directly managed the Ministry of Health and it was established in 1971 as a part of nearby Thomayer Hospital. It focuses on the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, organ transplantation, diabetology or metabolic disorders. IKEM is made up of 3 specialized centers, 8 departments, 15 specialized departments, work bases and laboratories. It has around 1450 members of staff. There are a total of 312 beds available, of which 83 beds are in intensive care units as of 2020. As of 2019, it was the largest transplant center in Europe, transplanting 540 organs to 486 patients in 2019. Roughly 70% of all transplants in the country happen in IKEM.

Roztyly (Czech pronunciation: [rostɪlɪ]) is a Prague Metro station on Line C. It was opened on 7 November 1980 as part of the extension from Kačerov to Kosmonautů (currently Háje).The station was formerly known as Primátora Vacka after communist politician Václav Vacek.

Opatov (Czech pronunciation: [ˈopatof]) is a Prague Metro station on Line C, serving Jižní Město. The station was formerly known as Družby. It was opened on 7 November 1980 as part of the extension from Kačerov to Kosmonautů (currently Háje).

Písnice (German: Piesnitz) is a borough of the city of Prague, and a cadastral subdivision of Libuš and the municipal district of Prague 12. It was an independent municipality until its amalgamation into Prague in 1974. There are 42 streets and 496 addresses registered, and a population of over 4,000.

London Booster is an art installation by Czech artist David Černý. It's a bus fitted with hydraulic arms, allowing it to do push ups, accompanied by audio-visual effects. It was created to celebrate the 2012 Summer Olympics and inspire the Czech Republic Olympic team. It was installed outside the Business Design Centre in Islington, which for the duration of the games was transformed into 'Czech House'. Past the Olympics, the bus is publicly located in Prague neighborhood Chodov. It is located in front of the building of Agrofert company of Andrej Babiš which was a sponsor of the work (next to the bus stop Benkova). It exercises everyday from 3 to 3:30 PM, except for cold days (below 5°C), rainfall, snow cover or strong wind.

The National Archives (Czech: Národní archiv) is the central archive institution of the Czech Republic. It depends of the Ministry of the Interior. The institution have documents dating to the Early Middle Ages. It is located in Prague.
