Tai Yuen Estate

SALEM-Immanuel Lutheran College (ILC; Chinese: 南亞路德會沐恩中學) is a Hong Kong Aided Co-educational Christian Secondary School with primary and secondary sessions, founded in 1983. The college serves both boys and girls. The campus is now located in Tai Yuen Estate, Tai Po, New Territories.

New Territories Heung Yee Kuk Tai Po District Secondary School (Chinese: 新界鄉議局大埔區中學) is a government secondary school on Ting Kok Road in Tai Po, Tai Po District, Hong Kong. It has a 5,500-square-metre (59,000 sq ft) property with a classroom building with six storeys.

Tai Po Mega Mall (Chinese: 大埔超級城) is the largest shopping mall in Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is owned by Sun Hung Kai Properties and located at On Pong Road, the centre of Tai Po New Town. Opened in 1985, it is made up of five different zones, with a total of 600,000 square feet (56,000 m2) of retail space. The largest tenants in the Mall are YATA and Park'n Shop.

Carmel Pak U Secondary School (Chinese: 迦密柏雨中學; Jyutping: gaa1 mat6 paak3 jyu5 zung1 hok6; Abbreviated as CPU) is a Protestant fundamentalist co-educational secondary school in Tai Po, Hong Kong established in 1979. The current principal is Wong Wai-keung.

Tai Po District is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong. The suburban district covers the areas of Tai Po New Town (including areas such as Tai Po Market, Tai Po Old Market, Tai Po Industrial Estate, Tai Wo Estate), Tai Po Tau, Tai Po Kau, Hong Lok Yuen, Ting Kok, Plover Cove, Lam Tsuen Valley, Tai Mei Tuk and other surrounding areas, and its exclaves Sai Kung North, in the northern part of the Sai Kung Peninsula and including islands such as Grass Island (Tap Mun), and Ping Chau (Tung Ping Chau). Tai Po proper and Sai Kung North are divided by the Tolo Channel and the Tolo Harbour (Tai Po Hoi). The district is located in the Eastern New Territories. The de facto administrative centre of the district is Tai Po New Town. Like Yuen Long, the area of Tai Po used to be a traditional market town. Tai Po New Town, a satellite town, developed around the area of Tai Po and on reclaimed land on the estuaries of Lam Tsuen and Tai Po rivers. It had a population of 310,879 in 2001. The district has the third lowest population density in Hong Kong.

San Wai Tsai (Chinese: 新圍仔) is a village in Tai Po District, Hong Kong.

Nam Hang (Chinese: 南坑) is a village in Tai Po District, New Territories, Hong Kong.

Sun Hing Garden (Chinese: 新興花園) is a Home Ownership Scheme and Private Sector Participation Scheme court built on reclaimed land of Tai Po Hoi in Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong near Fu Shin Estate, Chung Nga Court, Ming Nga Court, New Territories North Regional Police Headquarters and Fu Shin Sports Centre. It has a total of five residential blocks built in 1986.

Tai Wo Estate (Chinese: 太和邨) is a mixed TPS and public housing estate in Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong, near MTR Tai Wo station. It is one of the public housing estates in Tai Po that is not built on the reclaimed land. The estate consists of nine residential buildings completed in 1989. Some of the flats were sold to tenants through Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 3 in 2000.Po Nga Court (寶雅苑) is a Home Ownership Scheme court in Tai Po, near Tai Wo Estate. It consists of three residential buildings built in 1989.

Tai Po Sports Ground (Chinese: 大埔運動場) is a sports ground located in Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong. It was the home stadium of Hong Kong Premier League club Tai Po.

Fu Shin Estate (Chinese: 富善邨) is a mixed TPS and public housing estate in Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong, built on the reclaimed land of Tai Po Hoi. It consists of six residential blocks built in 1985. Some of the flats were sold to tenants through Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 6B in 2005.Ming Nga Court (明雅苑) and Yee Nga Court (怡雅苑) are Home Ownership Scheme housing courts in Tai Po near Fu Shin Estate, built in 1985 and 1993 respectively.

Norwegian International School (Chinese: 挪威國際學校) located in Hong Kong was established in 1984. Originally named The Norwegian School, its purpose was primarily to provide an education for the children of Norwegian missionaries. During this period of the school's history, Norwegian was the medium of instruction, with English lessons conducted by teachers of English.
