Harborne Academy (formerly Harborne Hill School) is a co-educational secondary school in the Harborne area of Birmingham, in the West Midlands of England.Previously a community school administered by Birmingham City Council, Harborne Hill School converted to academy status in September 2010 and was renamed Harborne Academy. However the school continues to coordinate with Birmingham City Council for admissions. The school is now sponsored by Birmingham Metropolitan College, but continues to coordinate with Birmingham City Council for admissions. The school also has specialisms in science and health.Harborne Academy offers GCSEs and BTECs as programmes of study for pupils.

21 Yateley Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, England is a house built in 1899. It was designed by Herbert Tudor Buckland as his own home, and built by his partnership, Buckland & Haywood-Farmer, which constructed some of the best housing in the Birmingham suburbs in the early 20th century. The architectural style is Arts and Crafts and the house is a Grade I listed building.

Harborne Carnival is a street party, held in the suburb Harborne of Birmingham, within England, UK. Tens of thousands of people attend Harborne carnival on an Annual Basis. Harborne Carnival has been reported as being "the biggest celebration of its type outside London", and as being "one of Britain’s biggest street carnivals – second only to London’s Notting Hill".

Chad Valley is a small area of Birmingham, England, located between Harborne and Edgbaston. It contains a fish pond and the Chad Vale Primary School. It takes its name from the Chad Brook, a tributary of the River Rea and in turn gave it to the Chad Valley toy company.

It is the longest established fertility clinic in the Midlands, marking thirty years operations in the year 2010. The clinic is based in an NHS hospital and provides integrated care to both NHS and private patients; the staff is internationally recognised for their work in treating with infertility. The clinic runs active programmes of egg-sharing, sperm donation and egg-donation.

It was replaced by the new Queen Elizabeth Hospital, nearby. The hospital provided a range of services including secondary services for its local population and regional and national services for the people of the West Midlands and beyond.

The Centre for Human Reproductive Science (ChRS) was established in December 2006 to further develop research and innovation in fertility diagnosis and treatment, working in partnership as the academic and research wing of the Birmingham Women's Fertility Centre at Birmingham Women’s Hospital and the University of Birmingham Medical School. It is one of the largest single-site hospitals in the United Kingdom and is part of one of the largest teaching trusts in England.It is named after Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother, who was queen consort and wife of King George VI from 1936 until his death in 1952. The hospital provides a whole range of services including secondary services for its local population and regional and national services for the people of the West Midlands and beyond. The hospital has the largest solid organ transplantation programme in Europe. It has the largest renal transplant programme in the United Kingdom and it is a national specialist centre for liver, heart and lung transplantation, as well as cancer studies. The hospital has the largest single-floor critical care unit in the world with 100 beds, and is the home of the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine for military personnel injured in conflict zones.

The Queen's Foundation for Ecumenical Theological Education (also called the Queen's Foundation, Birmingham and formerly the Queen's College, Birmingham) is an ecumenical theological college which, with the West Midlands Ministerial Training Course, forms the Centre for Ministerial Formation of the Queen's Foundation for Ecumenical Theological Education. It serves the Church of England and the Methodist Church, and its courses thus have a strong ecumenical emphasis.
