Geel (Dutch pronunciation: [ɣeːl] (listen)) is a city located in the Belgian province of Antwerp, which acquired city status in the 1980s. It comprises Central-Geel which is constituted of 4 old parishes a/o towns: Sint-Amand, Sint-Dimpna, Holven and Elsum. Further on around the center are the parish-towns of Ten Aard (N), Bel (E), Winkelomheide (SE), Stelen, Oosterlo and Zammel (S), Punt (SW) and Larum (W). In 2021, Geel had a total population of 40,781. The total area is 109.85 km2 (42 sq mi). Geel’s patron saint, the Irish Saint Dymphna, inspired the town’s pioneering de-institutionalized method of care for the mentally ill.

De Leunen is a football stadium in Geel, in the Belgian province of Antwerp. It has a capacity of 8,000 after the most recent renovation works. It used to be the home ground of K.F.C. Verbroedering Geel until the club went into liquidation in 2008. Subsequently, the neighbouring club of FC Verbroedering Meerhout left their Kattenstadion in Meerhout to play at De Leunen. The club then changed its name to Verbroedering Geel-Meerhout. In 2012 the club changed its same again to ASV Geel.

The Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen (KH Kempen, KHK) was a university college where students could obtain a professional bachelor's degree (3 year education) in several domains. There was also the opportunity to study for a master's degree in engineering (4 years) in agriculture (bioscience) or an engineering degree in electronics. In 2012 the institution fused with Lessius Mechelen and Lessius Antwerp under a new name: Thomas More University College.

't Kuipje (Dutch pronunciation: [ət ˈkœy̯pjə]) is a multi-purpose stadium in Westerlo, Belgium. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Belgian First Division A football club Westerlo. The stadium capacity is 8,035 Around the stadium there are 6 other pitches. They are used by youth teams and by the first team for training.

Meerhout (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈmeːrɦʌu̯t]) is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Antwerp. The municipality only comprises the town of Meerhout proper. In 2021, Meerhout had a total population of 10,279. The total area is 36.29 km² which gives a population density of 264 inhabitants per km². In Meerhout some famous people have lived, like Kate Ryan (well known in France and Belgium, The UK, Turkey, Spain and the rest of western Europe). Meerhout is a part of the Economic Network of the Albertkanaal (Albert Canal, named after King Albert 1).

Tongerlo is a village and deelgemeente (sub-municipality) of the municipality of Westerlo in the province of Antwerp, Belgium. The village is located about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) south-east of the city of Herentals. Tongerlo is best known for Tongerlo Abbey founded in 1128 which became one of the most important abbeys of Belgium.

Ezaart is one of the 12 townships in the municipality Mol in Belgium. It had 3332 inhabitants (31 December 2013). The township also includes "Hessie" which was formerly part of Millegem and therefore Geel.

Dreamcatcher is a roller coaster in Bobbejaanland in Belgium. Originally opening in 1987 as Air Race, Dreamcatcher was designed and built by Vekoma. It was Europe's first suspended roller coaster.

The Illusion is a fully enclosed tubular steel roller coaster, manufactured by Vekoma. It runs on Vekoma's narrow MK-700 track system. Two were built, both in 1989, Chaos in Opryland USA (Tennessee), and Revolution / Mount Mara in Bobbejaanland (Belgium). Only the one in Belgium is still active.

Fury is a triple launched roller coaster in the Belgian amusement park Bobbejaanland. It opened on June 24, 2019. It is the fastest roller coaster inside Benelux with a maximum speed of 106.6 kilometers per hour. Before the ride, passengers can choose with a voting system whether the ride will be done in the forward or backward direction.
