KSTR-DT

KERA-TV (channel 13) is a PBS member television station licensed to Dallas, Texas, United States, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Owned by North Texas Public Broadcasting, Inc., it is sister to NPR member station KERA (90.1 FM), adult album alternative station KKXT (91.7 FM), and classical music station WRR (101.1 FM, which is operated under a management services agreement with the City of Dallas). The stations share studios on Harry Hines Boulevard, while KERA-TV's transmitter is located in Cedar Hill, Texas. The station's signal is relayed on low-power translator station K26NK-D in Wichita Falls, which provides PBS programming to the Texas side of the Wichita Falls–Lawton market.KERA-TV also serves as the default PBS member station for several markets in North and West Texas that do not have a locally based PBS member station, including Abilene, San Angelo and the Tyler–Longview–Lufkin–Nacogdoches DMA, as well as the Texas side of the Sherman–Ada market. KERA is also available on cable in Hillsboro, Waco and Texarkana.

KDAF (channel 33) is a television station licensed to Dallas, Texas, United States, serving as the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex's outlet for The CW. It is owned and operated by network majority owner Nexstar Media Group (based in nearby Irving), although it is not considered the company's flagship station. KDAF's studios are located off the John W. Carpenter Freeway (State Highway 183) in northwest Dallas, and its transmitter is located in Cedar Hill, Texas. KDAF launched in 1980 as KNBN-TV, which aired several types of specialty programs, including business news, subscription television, and Spanish-language programming. Metromedia acquired the station in 1984, converted it to an English-language independent station as KRLD-TV, and made the first of several efforts at local news. When Metromedia's television stations were purchased in 1986, KRLD-TV became KDAF and the Dallas–Fort Worth outlet of Fox; this continued until 1995, when a major realignment of affiliations saw Fox partner with another station and sell off channel 33. Tribune Broadcasting owned the station from 1996 to 2019; during this time, it was one of the most successful affiliates of The WB in the late 1990s and resumed local news production, which continued in some form for nearly two decades.

KDTX-TV, virtual channel 58 (UHF digital channel 21), is a Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) owned-and-operated television station licensed to Dallas, Texas, United States, and serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. The station's studios are located at TBN's International Production Center in Irving, and its transmitter is located in Cedar Hill, Texas.

Cedar Hill High School (CHHS) is a comprehensive public high school located in the city of Cedar Hill, Texas (USA) in Dallas County and is classified as a 6A school by the UIL. It is a part of the Cedar Hill Independent School District located in southwest Dallas County. In 2018-19, the school received a "C" rating by the Texas Education AgencyThe district, and therefore the school, serves most of the city of Cedar Hill and portions of Grand Prairie, Ovilla, Duncanville and Dallas.

KRLD-FM (105.3 MHz, "105.3 The Fan") is a commercial radio station licensed to Dallas, Texas, and serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. KRLD-FM is owned by Audacy, Inc., and airs a sports radio format. The station's studios and offices are located along North Central Expressway in Uptown Dallas, and the transmitter site is in Cedar Hill. The station airs local sports talk shows most of the day and evening, and carries nationally syndicated programming from Infinity Sports Network during the late night and overnight hours. KRLD-FM is the flagship station of the Dallas Cowboys Radio Network and the Texas Rangers Radio Network. Some early hours on weekends are paid brokered programming. In the sports radio format, KRLD-FM's chief rival is Sportsradio 1310/96.7 The Ticket. KRLD-FM broadcasts in HD Radio. It carries the news/talk format of its sister station 1080 KRLD on its HD 2 subchannel. Its HD 3 subchannel is devoted to coverage of the Dallas Cowboys football team, with additional programming from the Infinity Sports Network (formerly CBS Sports Radio).

KERA (90.1 MHz) is a National Public Radio member FM station serving North Texas. KERA also relays its programming to three separate FM relay translators, extending the coverage area of KERA's programming into the Sherman-Denison area, Wichita Falls, and Tyler.

KBFB (97.9 FM) is a commercial radio station with an mainstream urban radio format, known as "97.9 The Beat." It is licensed to Dallas, Texas and serves the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. KBFB is owned by Urban One. The studios and offices, along with sister station KZMJ, are in the Galleria Area in North Dallas. KBFB has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 100,000 watts. The transmitter is off Plateau Street in Cedar Hill, amid the towers for other Dallas-area FM and TV stations. KBFB broadcasts using HD Radio technology. The HD2 digital subchannel simulcasts the Urban AC format of co-owned KZMJ.

KDGE (102.1 FM) is a commercial radio station licensed to both Fort Worth and Dallas, Texas. It is owned and operated by iHeartMedia, and broadcasts a mainstream adult contemporary radio format, switching to Christmas music for much of November and December. The station's studios are located along Dallas Parkway in Farmers Branch, Texas (although it has a Dallas address). The transmitter site is off West Belt Line Road in Cedar Hill. KDGE broadcasts using HD Radio technology. Its HD2 digital subchannel carries an alternative rock format, known as The Edge.

KPLX (99.5 MHz, "99.5 The Wolf") is a commercial FM radio station broadcasting a gold-based mainstream country radio format. It is licensed to Fort Worth, Texas, and serves the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. KPLX is owned by Cumulus Media, with studios and offices in the Victory Park district in Dallas, just north of downtown. Cumulus owns two FM country stations in the radio market, but both KPLX and KSCS maintain separate staffs and musical directions. KPLX has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 100,000 watts. The transmitter is off West Belt Line Road in Cedar Hill, Texas, amid the towers for other FM and TV stations. KPLX broadcasts using HD Radio technology. The HD-2 digital subchannel carries the talk format of sister station WBAP (820 AM).

KXAS-TV (channel 5) is a television station licensed to Fort Worth, Texas, United States, serving as the NBC outlet for the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. It is owned and operated by the network's NBC Owned Television Stations division alongside Dallas-licensed Telemundo station KXTX-TV (channel 39). Both stations share studios at the CentrePort Business Park in eastern Fort Worth, while KXAS-TV's transmitter is located in Cedar Hill, Texas.

KXTX-TV (channel 39) is a television station licensed to Dallas, Texas, United States, serving as the Dallas–Fort Worth market's outlet for the Spanish-language network Telemundo. It is owned and operated by NBCUniversal's Telemundo Station Group alongside Fort Worth–licensed NBC outlet KXAS-TV (channel 5). Both stations share studios at the CentrePort Business Park in Fort Worth, while KXTX-TV's transmitter is located in Cedar Hill, Texas.

KAZD (channel 55) is a television station licensed to Lake Dallas, Texas, United States, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex with a simulcast of Spectrum News 1. Owned by Weigel Broadcasting, KAZD maintains offices on McKinney Avenue in downtown Dallas, and its transmitter is located south of Belt Line Road in Cedar Hill.
