Songdo Beach is a man-made beach in Busan, South Korea. It was created in 1913. The name "Songdo" (the Island of Pines) was given due to the thick pine forest covering the island. Songdo Beach was the first beach in Korea, and was developed by the Songdo Amusement Co., Ltd. In 1964, a cable car passed directly over the beach connecting Geobuk (Turtle) Island with Songdo, and a girder bridge linking Songlim Park with Geobuk Island were completed.

The Busan Cooperative Fish Market (BCFM; Korean: 부산공동어시장) is the largest fish market in South Korea. It adjoins the South Harbor in Busan. More than 30% of the country's fish production passes through the market. In recent years, a large percentage of the catch has been made up of yellowtail, due to warming waters in the Sea of Japan. The market occupies an area of 166,420 m2, of which about 10% is a refrigerated working area.The market first opened on November 1, 1963, at the present-day site of the Busan International Ferry Terminal. It moved to its present location in 1973.

Gamcheon-dong is a subdivision of Saha-gu district in central-west Busan, South Korea. It is known for Gamcheon Culture Village, which features steep streets, twisting alleys, and brightly painted houses. Some painted street murals, art installations, cafes, stores, museums, workshops, and craft boutiques have also sprung up in the area. The area was previously known as Taegeukdo Village, and was affected by poverty, so in 2009 the government of Korea funded the "Dreaming of Machu Picchu in Busan Project". Subsequently the area has won several regional awards including the 2012 UN-HABITAT Asian Townscape Award and a cultural excellence award from Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Namhangdaegyo (남항대교) is a girder bridge in Busan. It spans Yeongdo-gu and Seo-gu and is 1.8 km long in total with four lanes of traffic (two in each direction).

Gamcheon Culture Village (Korean: 감천문화마을) is a town within Gamcheon-dong, Saha District, Busan, South Korea. The area is known for its layered streets, twisted labyrinth-like alleys, and brightly painted houses, which have been restored and enhanced in recent years to attract tourism. Built on a steep mountain-side slope, the village has been nicknamed "Korea's Santorini" and the "Machu Picchu of Busan".

Nampo-dong is a central commercial and shopping area in Busan, South Korea. Nampo-dong is in Jung District ("Central District") in the southern center of the city, bordering the city river on the north side. Served by two bridges connecting Yeongdo District to the south, Nampo-dong is also accessible by Nampo Station subway. The area mainly consists of a long north-to-south street with a large walking area with shops, cafes, restaurants, and statues or other seasonal or permanent exhibits. Side streets also have numerous camera shops, and heading south the streets turn into Kangtong Market ("Tin-can Market") and Gukje Market, with foreign goods and street food, as well as Jagalchi Market, with fresh seafood for sale or dining as the streets approach the harbor. On the north end of Nampo-dong is the new Lotte Department Store. On the west side a narrow elevator leads up to Yongdusan Park with its tower. Nampo Station also has an extensive series of underground shops. Nampo-dong tends to attract a cosmopolitan crowd of Japanese tourists, Russians, and westerners. As the area has restricted car access and is in a choke-point between the two halves of the city and Yeongdo Island to the south, parking is a continuing difficulty, though the area is easily walkable and reachable by bus or subway.

Toseong Station (Korean: 토성역; Hanja: 土城驛) is a station of Busan Metro Line 1 in Toseong-dong, Seo District, Busan, South Korea. The station opened in 1988 as Toseongdong Station (토성동역) but was changed to its current name in 2010.

Jagalchi Fish Market (Korean: 자갈치시장) is a fish market in Busan, South Korea. The market is located on the edge of Nampo Port (남포항), Busan. It is considered to be the largest fish market in South Korea.The name is said to have originated from jagal (자갈; lit. gravel) because the market used to be surrounded by gravel. This is one of the ten landmarks of Busan, so many tourists visit there to shop.Various good are found in this market, which spans 3 kilometers. Near the Yeongdo Grand Bridge can be found dehydrated anchovies, sea laver, and various shellfish. Across from the city hall, shops sell herbal medicine and animal-based remedies. The market is known for their female vendors, who are called "Jagalchi Ajumma". The term dates back to the post-Korean War, when women would sell goods on the street in this area.The market hosts the Busan Jagalchi Festival in autumn. The festival’s slogan is "Oiso! Boiso! Saiso!" ("Come! See! Buy!"). Individuals can participate in singing, dancing, catching fish, and eating fresh fish.There is two floors of underground parking.

The Provisional Capital Memorial Hall (Korean: 임시수도기념관; Hanja: 臨時首都記念館) is a museum in Busan, South Korea. The building was used by the President of South Korea, Syngman Rhee, when Busan was the provisional capital of South Korea during the Korean War.The hall was initially used as the Gyeongnam provincial governor's official residence since its completion on August 10, 1926. For 3 years, Busan was the Korean provisional capital during the time of the Korean War. During this period, this building was used as the president's residence. In 1984, this building became the Provisional Capital Memorial Hall, and exhibited pictures and other artifacts from the Korean War. This building was renovated from April 2000 to November 2001 to its current state. During the renovation, the Photographic Gallery section was added. The gallery houses a collection of photographs from the Korean War. The Provisional Capital Memorial Hall is Designated Artifact #53 of Busan Metropolitan City.
