Olympian City

Island Harbourview (Chinese: 維港灣; Jyutping: wai4gong2waan1) is one of the largest private housing estates in Tai Kok Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is one of the property projects in MTR Olympic station Phase I. Developed by MTR Corporation, Sino Land, Bank of China (Hong Kong), Kerry Properties, China Overseas Land and Investment and Capitaland Commercial Limited, it comprises nine high-rise buildings, which were completed in 1998 and 1999. The towers are numbered from one to ten, but there is no tower four due to local superstition. Flats in the development range in size from 609 to 1,215 square feet (56.6 to 112.9 m2). It is the first estate to be completed in the new Reclamation Area which was part of the 1997 Construction Project.

Bank of China Centre (Chinese: 中銀中心; Jyutping: zung1 ngan2 zung1 sam1), or BOC Centre, is a 26-storey office building of Bank of China (Hong Kong) in Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong near Olympic station. It was developed by Sino Land in 2000, but sold to BOC (Hong Kong) at HK$1.6 billion for the back office operations in 2001.

Sham Mong Road (Chinese: 深旺道) is a major road on the new reclamation of the 1990s in western Kowloon and New Kowloon of Hong Kong.

The Long Beach (Chinese: 浪澄灣; Jyutping: long4 cing4 waan1) is a private housing estate in the waterfront of Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It comprises eight residential towers offering a total of 1,829 units. It was developed by Hang Lung Properties in 2006 and started selling to the public in 2008 and 2009. As of November 2016 one tower is still completely unsold, and the developer keeps releasing small batches of apartments - sold as if they were new - every month or so, to keep the price high. The town centre of the Hong Kong Institute of Education is also located there.

Olympic is a station on the Tung Chung line of Hong Kong's MTR. The livery is dodger blue. The station was originally named Tai Kok Tsui in proposals outlined by the government in the Airport Core Programme during the 1990s. In 1996, however, when Lee Lai-shan won the first ever Olympic gold medal of Hong Kong in windsurfing at the Atlanta 1996 Summer Olympics and two Hong Kong sportsmen, Cheung Yiu-cheung and Chiu Chung-lun, also won Gold medals in the Paralympic Games of the same year, the (then-under construction) station was renamed Olympic on 16 December 1996, paying tribute to those achievements of Hong Kong athletes. The station is decorated with the pictures of the 1996 Summer Olympics and is named after the Olympic Games. Olympic is only one of two stations on the Tung Chung line not shared with another line, the other being Tung Chung.

HSBC Centre (Chinese: 滙豐中心; Jyutping: wui6 fung1 zung1 sam1) is an office building of HSBC in Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It consists of a 14-storey and two twin connected 15-storey office towers resting on a 1-level podium with a public transport interchange and a 2-level basement carpark were built.Formerly Tai Kok Tsui Ferry Pier Bus Terminus, the building was developed by Sino Land in 1998 during the development of Olympian City. Later, Sino sold the office part of the building to HSBC at HK$4 billion. Then HSBC's back office started there in 1999.

Tai Kok Tsui Ferry Pier (1972–1992) (Chinese: 大角咀碼頭) was a ferry pier in Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It started operation in 1972, together with an adjacent bus terminus, to replace the Mong Kok Ferry Pier in Mong Kok. It provided a ferry service to and from Central, Hong Kong and Guangzhou, Mainland China. Its cross-boundary ferry terminal position was replaced by the Hong Kong China Ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui in 1988. It was then closed in 1992 to cope with land reclamation work for the Airport Core Programme. The bus terminus remained in use until it was relocated to a new reclaimed area in west Tai Kok Tsui in 1995. The pier has been reclaimed and the HSBC Centre now stands where the former bus terminal used to be. Monty Python comedian Michael Palin passed through the Ferry Pier in June 1988 while filming for the BBC series Around the World in 80 Days. He took a ferry to Guangzhou.

Florient Rise (Chinese: 海桃灣; Jyutping: hoi2 tou4 waan1; formerly Cherry Street Project, 櫻桃街項目) is a private housing estate in Cherry Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District, Kowloon, Hong Kong near Olympic station. It was jointly developed by Nan Fung Group and Urban Renewal Authority (URA) in 2008 and completed the construction in May 2009. It comprises three blocks with a total of 522 units.

Cherry Street is a street in Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It was a street to Tai Kok Tsui Ferry Pier. After the reclamation of the West Kowloon in 1990s, it became a road across the new reclamation and a tunnel was built under the Olympic station. The name of street, cherry, like other streets in Tai Kok Tsui, was named after different kinds of trees. The construction shaft of the Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong Express Rail Link is also located there.

Sir Ellis Kadoorie Secondary School (West Kowloon) (SEKSS(WK)) is a secondary school in Tai Kok Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It was established on 16 October 1916 as The Ellis Kadoorie School for Indians by the Governor of Hong Kong. Its purpose was to educate children of South Asian descent. The school states that its heritage originates from the Kadoorie School set up in Sai Ying Poon in the 1890s.The initial institution was primary only but secondary levels were added in the 1960s. Form 4 came in 1977, and Form 5 came in 1978. In 1980 the Kadoorie School was divided into separate schools for primary and secondary levels.In 1994 Sir Ellis Kadoorie Secondary was the sole state-operated secondary school with a programme catering to non-ethnic Chinese students.

West Kowloon Corridor is part of Route 5 in Hong Kong. Bypassing existing surface roads in West Kowloon, it connects Lai Chi Kok Road in Cheung Sha Wan with the Gascoigne Road Flyover near Yau Ma Tei. The highway was built in 4 phases: Phase 1 (1977) consists of a flyover 1.2 km (0.75 mi) long, linking Gascoigne Road and Ferry Street. This section is characterised by the section of road going through Yaumatei Carpark Building. Phase 2 (1983) includes flyovers between Cherry Street in Tai Kok Tsui and Yen Chow Street in Sham Shui Po. It runs on separate viaducts in each direction: southbound traffic goes over Tung Chau Street and Tong Mi Road, while northbound traffic goes over Cherry Street and Tai Kok Tsui Road before merging over Tung Chau Street. Phase 3 (1987) carries on over Tung Chau Street to meet Lai Chi Kok Road in Cheung Sha Wan. Phase 4 was completed in 1997, connecting the flyovers of phases 1 and 2.To make way for the new Fu Cheong Estate, the off-slips at the old terminus on Yen Chow Street were demolished; they have yet to be replaced. Many red public minibus routes which serve between New Territories West (Yuen Long, Tuen Mun, Tsuen Wan or Kwai Chung) and Kowloon South (Mong Kok or Jordan Road) or Hong Kong Island are routed via West Kowloon Corridor so as to provide faster routes to Mong Kok, Yau Ma Tei and Jordan to avoid traffic congestion in Sham Shui Po.

The Nam Cheong Park is an urban park in the Sham Shui Po area of Kowloon, Hong Kong. The park is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. It is located near Nam Cheong station, Nam Cheong Estate, and Tung Chau Street Park.
