Gulf Stream is a town in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. The population was 786 at the 2010 census. Gulf Stream ranked as the eleventh highest-income place in the United States. As of 2018, the population recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau was 880.

The J. B. Evans House (now known as the Sandoway Discovery Center and formerly known as the Sandoway House Nature Center) is a historic house located at 142 South Ocean Boulevard in Delray Beach, Florida, United States. It retains its essential historic architectural integrity, and is a landmark in Delray Beach.

Delray Wreck is a site offshore in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Delray Beach. It is the site of the sinking of the steamship SS Inchulva during a hurricane in 1903. Nine men died in the accident. The wreck is located about 150 yards (140 m) offshore. It is now a popular dive site. A historical marker now stands on the city's multi-use path commemorating the wreck.

The Milton-Myers American Legion Post No. 65 is a historic site in Delray Beach, Florida, United States. It is located at 263 Northeast 5th Avenue. On April 20, 1995, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The Milton-Meyers Post was chartered by the American Legion in 1920. The post was named in honor of two Delray Beach residents who died while in service during World War I. The post building was constructed the next year, and was dedicated at 11:00, November 11, 1922, four years to the hour after the end of World War I. As of 2016, the building remained in use by the post, making it the oldest post in Florida that has always used the same building.

The Colony Hotel & Cabaña Club, in Delray Beach, Florida, is a Spanish Colonial Revival-style hotel dating from 1926, plus a separate beach-side recreation area with pool and cabañas. The hotel features Florida Mediterranean architecture in a three-story building with two domed towers. It has been described as "the best known landmark" in Delray Beach.The hotel, initially known as the Alterep Hotel, was built in 1925 by a group of investors led by Albert T. Repp (for whom the hotel was named). The cost was estimated at $250,000 and another $100,000 for furnishings. It opened in approximately January 1926. After the hotel struggled and went into receivership, it was purchased for $50,000 in 1935 by George Boughton. He renamed it the Colony and owned it until his death in 1986. While under Boughton's ownership, the Colony was open only seasonally from January to April. Boughton owned another hotel in Maine that he operated during the remaining months of the year. The property includes the Colony Hotel, at 525 East Atlantic Avenue, and the Colony Cabaña Club, at 1801 South Ocean Boulevard. The hotel is in the center of the city, and the cabaña club is on the ocean, 2.2 miles (3.5 km) to the east and south from the hotel. Marina Historic District is a national historic district in Delray Beach, Florida in Palm Beach County. Situated on the Intracoastal Waterway and including the town's City Marina, it is bounded by E. Atlantic Ave., Marine Way, SE 4th Str, SE 7th Ave.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

Briny Breezes is a town in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. The population was 601 at the 2010 census. Briny Breezes (or "Briny" as it is known locally) is a small coastal community of approximately 488 mobile homes along State Road A1A. Briny is a private community consisting mostly of "Snowbirds" from the Northeast, Midwest, and Canada. It and Ocean Breeze are the only two mobile home parks in Florida that are incorporated towns.

The Silverball Museum is a museum of pinball machines, located at 19 NE 3rd Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida. It contains a changing variety of restored and newer machines. Admission to the museum gives free play on the machines. There is a second Silverball Museum in Asbury Park, New Jersey.

Old School Square is located in a historic area at 51 North Swinton Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida, United States. The 5-acre site is at the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Swinton Avenue, anchoring Delray's downtown shopping district. The campus includes restored early 20th century school buildings, formerly Delray Elementary and Delray High School, which were re-adapted as the Cornell Art Museum, Crest Theatre and Fieldhouse. The campus also includes the Pavilion in the center grounds, which is an outdoor entertainment stage with grass seating area, as well as the Old School Square Park just to the east. A City of Delray Beach parking garage is located adjacent to the park.

The Delray Beach Open is an ATP World Tour 250 series men's professional tennis tournament held each year in Delray Beach, Florida, United States, and played on hard courts. It was previously known as America's Red Clay Championships, Citrix Tennis Championships, Delray Beach International Tennis Championships. The event was held in Coral Springs from 1993 to 1998; in 1999, it was relocated to the Delray Beach Tennis Center.. American Todd Martin won the tournament's first singles event in 1993. The tournament was previously named the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships (ITC) before being changed to its current name in 2014.

The Delray Beach Public Library is an independent, not-for-profit 501(c)3 library located in Delray Beach, FL in Palm Beach County, FL. The library is funded through public and private partnerships and is not a part of government.

The John and Elizabeth Shaw Sundy House is a historic home in Delray Beach, Florida, United States. It is located at 106 South Swinton Avenue. On January 16, 1992, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
