Streetsville GO Station is a GO Transit railway station on the Milton line in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. It is located in the community of Streetsville in Mississauga. Like most GO stations, Streetsville offers parking for commuters, a bus loop, a station building housing ticket sales and a waiting room. There is limited external exposed shelter for bus passengers. A new lot with 135 additional spaces was constructed in 2015.Although ridership on the Milton line has grown beyond GO's expectations, it is not possible to run more trains because the tracks are already busy with Canadian Pacific Railway freight traffic. In order to increase capacity, GO plans to extend the platforms to accommodate trains with twelve carriages rather than the current ten. As a temporary solution, extensive train-bus services help alleviate congestion.Streetsville is one of several stations on the Milton Line, along with Dixie and Milton to offer facilities for mobility challenged passengers.

St. Joseph Secondary School, colloquially known as St. Joe's is a Catholic high school located in the Streetsville community of Mississauga, Ontario. The school is administered by the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board. St. Joseph Secondary School is one of few schools in the province of Ontario to offer Pre-Advanced Placement courses starting in grade 9 while most schools offer the option of Advanced Placement (AP) level classes in grade 12. Students who graduate in any course with an AP level exam completed will earn university level credits in said course. The school is also a provider of the Business and Transportation Specialist High Skills Majors (SHSM), granting students who complete the major with a Ontario Secondary School Diploma including a recognized seal for employment opportunities after graduation.Like other members of the district, students who attend St. Joseph C.S.S. receive teaching on religion, family life and prayer in addition to the standard curriculum found in public schools. The school is linked with the St. Joseph's Parish in Streetsville, which is a part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Toronto. Its scriptural motto is "Be Not Afraid... Come Follow Me". Some extra-curricular programs include: Model United Nation (MUN), Future Business Leaders Association (FBLA), The Mirror (school newspaper), Culture Shock, Green Team, L.I.F.E. Ministry, SafeSpace, Yearbook Committee, Annual Christmas talent Show, Artsapalooza, Artsfest, School Musical, Peer Tutoring, Jazz and Marching Band and the Nicaragua Project. Also, the school LINK Crew Ambassadors are a successful widespread organization, and assist with tours and parent evenings. The school is built almost exactly like Philip Pocock Catholic Secondary School also in Mississauga. The school was attended by Trooper Marc Diab, who was killed by a roadside bomb while serving his country in the War in Afghanistan. The park behind the school was renamed Trooper Marc Diab Memorial Park, in his honour.In June 2013, St. Joe's was awarded the 2012–13 Premier's Award for Accepting Schools on behalf of Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne. The Premier's Awards for Accepting Schools are awarded annually and recognize schools that have demonstrated initiative, creativity and leadership in promoting a safe, inclusive and accepting school climate. Streetsville (pop. 47,327) is a neighbourhood located in the northwestern corner of the city of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, on the Credit River. Although Streetsville occupies the west and east banks of the river, the majority is located on the west bank of the river. A town prior to the 1974 amalgamations that formed the City of Mississauga, it seeks to keep a "small town" charm by retaining a variety of historical buildings and streetscapes. As part of this attempt to maintain a separate identity from the larger city, the names of two main Mississauga streets, as they pass through Streetsville, retain the names they had when Streetsville was an independent village: Mississauga Road and Bristol Road, which remain as Queen Street and Main Street respectively. Other main thoroughfares that pass through or near Streetsville include Britannia Road, Creditview Road, Eglinton Avenue, and Erin Mills Parkway.

This riding is centred on the villages of Streetsville and Meadowvale. Mississauga—Streetsville is one of the most affluent ridings in Ontario, along with Mississauga—Erin Mills and Mississauga—Lakeshore.

Britannia landfill, now BraeBen Golf Course, and previously Britannia Hills Golf Course, was a garbage dump located in the city of Mississauga and later transformed into a golf course. The site is located on Terry Fox Way south of Britannia Road West. Opened in 1980 by Peel Region, the 200-acre (0.81 km2) site took garbage from Peel and Metro Toronto. It closed in 2002 and was used to create a 27-hole golf course. The City of Mississauga has a 99-year lease on the facility. Gases from the dump are to be used to generate electricity. The Erin Mills Town Centre Bus Terminal is located in western Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It is situated on the northeast end of Erin Mills Town Centre. Despite being a major bus terminal, it does not contain a building. Instead, it is composed of benches and one bus shelter on the opposite side. It is also not directly connected to the mall and requires walking through the parking lots. The terminal, along with South Common Centre, could possibly be relocated to the Erin Mills BRT Station of the Mississauga Transitway, for more connectivity with other routes that are planned to serve the station.

Rick Hansen Secondary School (RHSS) is a public high school located in the southeast corner of Streetsville, a community in Mississauga, Ontario. Rick Hansen is home to graduates from Fallingbrook Middle School, Fairwind Senior Public School, and Hazel McCallion Senior Public School. The school opened in 1999, and in 2002, the school expanded with a new wing on the west side of the school, which added 14 classrooms, 2 dance studios, and 2 art rooms. Nearly 2,000 students attend this school. The school is a sister school to Rick Hansen Secondary School in Abbotsford, British Columbia and their mascot's name is stormy

Credit Valley Hospital is a regional hospital located in Mississauga, Ontario. Officially opened on November 5, 1985, it is now part of the Trillium Health Partners hospital group and primarily serves the communities of north Mississauga: Streetsville, Meadowvale, Erin Mills and the surrounding area. In 2012, it was ranked as the best hospital in the Greater Toronto Area in a study conducted by the Canadian Institute for Health Information.

John Fraser Secondary School is a public high school (serving grades 9-12) located on Erin Centre Boulevard, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. John Fraser features 2 gymnasiums, a fully equipped fitness center, an auto shop, as well as 12 portables due to increased enrollment over the years. A newly renovated rubberized track was also constructed on the north-western side opposite to the main building in 2019. Sumble Kaukab is the principal as of September 2019. Apart from regular day school, John Fraser offers co-op, Advanced Placement (AP), summer school, and night school programs. The school facilities are also regularly used by private sports and tutoring organizations during off-school hours. As of 2018, it is ranked 14th among high schools in Ontario by the Fraser Institute.

Erin Mills Town Centre is a shopping mall located in Erin Mills, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, at the corner of Erin Mills Parkway and Eglinton Avenue West. It is the second largest mall in Mississauga, after Square One. The mall can be accessed from the 401, 403, and 407 series highways. Erin Mills Town Centre Bus Terminal is located directly at the back of the mall.
