The Peak Tram is a funicular railway in Hong Kong, which carries both tourists and residents to the upper levels of Hong Kong Island. Running from Garden Road Admiralty to Victoria Peak via the Mid-Levels, it provides the most direct route and offers good views over the harbour and skyscrapers of Hong Kong. Operated since 1888, it was the first funicular railway in Asia. The Peak Tram is owned and operated by Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels (HSH), the owner of Hong Kong's Peninsula Hotel along with other properties. The line, along with HSH's Peak Tower leisure complex at the line's summit, is promoted using the brand The Peak.The Peak is currently being upgraded to have longer cars and wider platforms. Since 22 July 2019, the funicular railway has been reopened for service, using a temporary platform for Garden Road. In the absence of tram service, the New World First Bus non-stop route X15 may be operated between Admiralty and the Peak in addition to the regular bus and minibus services, and other temporary traffic measures may be taken.

Grenville House is a mid-rise (14 floors) apartment complex at 1-3 Magazine Gap Road in the Mid-levels area of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong and completed in 1971.From 1997 to 2006 a four bedroom unit belonging to Tung Chee-hwa served as the official residence of the Chief Executive of Hong Kong and thus left Government House, Hong Kong vacant. Tung choose to live at Grenville House as he was comfortable remaining at his then current home and believed the bad Feng Shui at Government House.

MacDonnell Road is an intermediate station on the Peak Tram. It is located on MacDonnell Road, in Mid-Levels, Hong Kong, 95 metres above sea level. The station comprises a single platform on the western side of the single track. MacDonnell Road passes over the tramway at the downhill end of the station on a stone arch bridge, with the Magazine Gap Road overpass at the uphill end. The station is a request stop at which tram cars will stop only if passengers have pressed the request button inside the tramcar or at the station. No ticketing equipment is provided on the platform.

MacDonnell Road (Chinese: 麥當勞道; Cantonese Yale: mak6 dong1 lou4 dou6, formerly 麥當奴道) is a street in the Mid-Levels area of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. MacDonnell Road is one of the most expensive roads in Central Mid-Levels, together with Old Peak Road, Magazine Gap Road, Tregunter Path, Bowen Road, Borrett Road and May Road.

The Aigburth (Chinese: 譽皇居) is a skyscraper located in the Mid-levels district of Hong Kong. The tower rises 48 floors and 196 metres (643 ft) in height. The building was completed in 1999. It was designed by architectural firm Wong Tung & Partners, and was developed by Kerry Properties Limited. The Aigburth, which stands as the 66th-tallest building in Hong Kong, is composed entirely of residential units. It is an example of postmodern architecture.

St. Paul's Co-educational College (Chinese: 聖保羅男女中學), (often abbreviated as St. Paul's Co-ed., St. Paul's or SPCC) is an Anglican secondary school located at 33 MacDonnell Road, Mid-Levels, Hong Kong. It is one of the most prestigious schools in Hong Kong, and is highly selective. Founded in 1915, it was a girls-only college until after World War II. The college offers the HKDSE and IBDP curricula in parallel. It produced the greatest number of top scorers in the HKDSE examinations from 2012 to 2021 and was also the highest achieving IB school (with students obtaining an average score of 43.3 out of 45) globally in 2021. It is the first Round Square school in greater China. Since 2001, it has been under the Direct Subsidy Scheme. It has an affiliated primary school, making it a school of the "through-train" system.

Union Church (Chinese: 香港佑寧堂) is an English speaking, interdenominational church in Hong Kong, which was established in 1844. The latest Union Church building was the 4th generation building. It was located at No. 22A Kennedy Road, Mid-Levels, up the hill from Central and Admiralty, and next to where the Peak Tram bridge intersects with Kennedy Road. Demolition work started in 2017 and a residential building including a church at its base is to be built at the same location.

The Tregunter Towers (Chinese: 地利根德閣) is a complex of three residential buildings located in The Peak on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. All three highrises, named Tregunter 1 (地利根德閣第一座), Tregunter 2 (地利根德閣第二座), and Tregunter 3 (地利根德閣第三座). Tregunter 1 and 2 were developed by Hong Kong Land, designed by Chun Wah Nam Architect and constructed by John Lok and Partners, both completed in the year 1981 and both buildings have similar floor counts at 34 and 33 respectively. The last building of the complex, Tregunter 3, was completed in 1993 or twelve years after Tregunters 1 and 2. The (Tregunter) tower 3 was designed by Rocco Yim Architects Ltd and constructed by Hip Hing Construction Co. Ltd. Tregunter 3 stands significantly taller than the first two buildings of the complex at 220 m (721 feet) with 66 stories. The top floor of Tregunter 3 stands 327 m (1,073 ft) above sea level. Upon its completion, Tregunter 3 was the world's tallest all-residential building, taking the title from the Lake Point Tower in Chicago. Tregunter 3 held this distinction until the completion of Trump World Tower in 2001. Standard apartments range from 1600 square feet to over 2500 square feet in size. The three Tregunter towers share the common facilities which often regarded as one of the most complete in the area especially for older buildings. The common facilities include a clubhouse, an outdoor tennis court and an outdoor swimming pool. Within the clubhouse, there are other sport facilities such as badminton, squash, table tennis, basketball, weight training, aerobics, etc. The clubhouse also has a restaurant, and function rooms reserved for the use by the Tregunter residents. There are also two shuttle bus routes between the complex and Central and the complex and Admiralty.

Zetland Hall (Chinese: 雍仁會館) is the name given to two buildings in Hong Kong, one historic, the other modern. Both have housed Masonic Lodges.

Kennedy Road is an intermediate station on the Peak Tram. It is located on Kennedy Road, in Central, Hong Kong, 56 metres above sea level. The station comprises a single platform on the western side of the single track. The platform is longer than the trams currently used on the line, with a disused section of platform at the downhill end blocked to public access. Kennedy Road passes underneath the tramway at the south end of the station, the tramway crossing the road on a steel truss bridge. The station is a request stop at which tram cars will stop only if passengers have pressed the request button inside the tramcar or at the station. No ticketing equipment is provided on the platform.

Kennedy Road is a road in the Mid-Levels on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is named after Arthur Kennedy, the seventh governor of Hong Kong.

Victoria Hospital was a hospital in Hong Kong. Previously called Victoria Jubilee Hospital, the hospital was named to commemorate the jubilee of Queen Victoria. The foundation stone for the hospital was laid on 22 June 1897. Operation commenced on 7 November 1903 and in December 1947. The hospital buildings were severely damaged during the Second World War and it was decided that the buildings (except for the maternity block) should be demolished to make way for civil servant housing.
