The Antholzer See (Italian: Lago di Anterselva; German: Antholzer See) is a lake in the Antholzertal in South Tyrol, Italy. It belongs to the municipality of Rasen-Antholz.

The Patscher Spitze is a mountain of the Rieserferner group on the border between Tyrol, Austria, and South Tyrol, Italy.

The Barmer Spitze is a peak of the Rieserferner group on the border between Tyrol, Austria, and South Tyrol, Italy.

The Fenneregg is a peak of the Rieserferner group on the border between Tyrol, Austria, and South Tyrol, Italy.

Staller Saddle (Bavarian: Schtolla Sottl; German: Staller Sattel; Italian: Passo Stalle), at 2,052 m (6,732 ft), is a high mountain pass in the High Tauern range of the Central Eastern Alps, connecting the Defereggen Valley in East Tyrol with the Antholz Valley in South Tyrol. The pass forms the border between Austria and Italy, it separates the Villgraten Mountains in the southeast from the Rieserferner Group in the northwest. The pass road is open only from May to October from 5:30 am to 22:15 and prohibited for trailers and caravans. On the Italian side it is very narrow, at points only one way, with traffic lights regulating the contraflow. Starting in 2007, a toll of 5 euros was planned for cars and motorcycles, the revenue to be split between Italy and Austria, but has not yet been implemented.

The Rieserferner Group (Italian: Gruppo delle Vedrette di Ries, German: Rieserfernergruppe) is a mountain range in the Austrian Central Alps. Together with the Ankogel Group, Goldberg Group, Glockner Group, Schober Group, Kreuzeck Group, Granatspitze Group, Venediger Group and the Villgraten Mountains the group is part of the High Tauern. The Rieserferner mountains extend across the Austrian state of Tyrol and the Italian province of South Tyrol (Trentino-South Tyrol region). The mountains mainly lie in South Tyrol, where the greater part is protected within the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park. The Rieserferner Group forms the southwesternmost part of the High Tauern, its foothills running towards the southwest as far as Bruneck in the Puster Valley. Its name is derived from the Rieserferner, a glacier on the northern flank between the Hochgall (highest summit in the range at 3,436 m s.l.m.) and the Schneebiger Nock (3,358 m s.l.m.). The Rieserferner Group is rather small in comparison with other Alpine ranges. It is, however, popular with climbers and hikers due to its prominent and steep, partly glaciated summits.

The Hochgall is a mountain of the Rieserferner group in the High Tauern. the summit is in South Tyrol, Italy, just 500 m from the Austrian border.

The Wildgall (Italian: Collaspro) is, at 3,273 metres above sea level, the third highest peak in the Rieserferner Group, a range in the western part of the High Tauern. It lies within the Italian provinces of South Tyrol in the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park (Parco Naturale Vedrette di Ries-Aurina) and appears from the south as a massive pyramid with prominent arêtes. It is the most difficult of the summits of the Rieserferner Group to climb. As a result, it was conquered relatively late. Its first recorded ascent was on 18 August 1872 by Victor Hecht from Prague and mountain guides Johann and Sepp Ausserhofer from Rein in Taufers. Today the mountain may be climbed from the Kasseler Hut (Italian: Rifugio Roma alla Vedrette di Ries) to the north in about four hours, but it is rarely attempted.

The Schneebiger Nock (Italian: Monte Nevoso), in old literature also called the Ruthnerhorn, is 3,358 metres high and, after the Hochgall, the second highest mountain of the Rieserferner Group, a range in the western part of the High Tauern. The mountain rises in the Italian province of South Tyrol in the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park (Parco Naturale Vedrette di Ries-Aurina). It was first climbed on 6 October 1866 by Archduke Rainer Ferdinand of Austria, Count Heinrich Wurmbrand, and mountain guides, Georg Auer, Johann Oberarzbacher from Rein in Taufers and Georg Weiss, an innkeeper from St. Johann im Reintal. Today the Schneebige Nock may be reached from the Kasseler Hut (also Hochgall Hut) to the northeast or from the Rieserferner Hut to the south. Thanks to its prominent pyramidal shape and its distinct arêtes it is a frequently visited viewing summit.

The 2011–12 Biathlon World Cup – World Cup 6 was held in Antholz, Italy, from 19 January until 22 January 2012.

Antholzer Tal (Italian: valle di Anterselva) is a side valley of the Upper Puster Valley in Rasen-Antholz municipality, South Tyrol, Italy. It is part of Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park and named after the village of Antholz.

The Schwarze Wand is a mountain of the Rieserferner group in South Tyrol, Italy.
