Presently, the group has 100 clinics in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Indonesia, India and Malaysia.In July 2017, the company announced plans for a potential future US$150mm Taiwan IPO. In January 2018, China's Cedarlake Huarong Investment acquired a stake in Novena Global Lifecare for an undisclosed sum.

It offers private medical suites ranging in size from 452 square feet (42.0 m2) to 1,431 square feet (132.9 m2) in size. Prices ranged from between S$3,588 per square foot and S$3,828 per square foot. It introduced Class A single rooms in 2013, priced at S$418, about 35% less than rates for standard single rooms. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, marble bathrooms, mini bar, coffee machines and luxury linen. Limousine transfer services and complimentary massages for maternity patients are also included in the price. About 30% of the patients are medical tourists.

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is Singapore’s second largest acute care general hospital with over 1,500 beds (second only to Singapore General Hospital). TTSH has the busiest trauma centre in the country; 100 trauma cases are seen every day and 100 trauma surgeries are performed daily.TTSH is the flagship hospital of the National Healthcare Group and the principal teaching hospital for the NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. Masjid Abdul Hamid Kampong Pasiran, or Abdul Hamid Kampong Pasiran Mosque (Jawi: مسجد عبدالحميد كامڤوڠ ڤاسيرن) is a mosque in Novena, Singapore. Built in 1932 in an area then known as Kampong Pasiran to replace a surau, it serves the needs of office workers around Newton and Novena. With a capacity of about 300 people, the mosque offers religious studies twice a week.

Newton Suites is a residential skyscraper in Newton Road, Singapore designed by WOHA Architects. It has a height of 120 metres with 36 floors. The Internal Security Department (ISD) is a domestic intelligence agency of Singapore under the purview of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The stated mission is to confront and address security threats, including international terrorism, foreign subversion and espionage. The Police Intelligence Department (PID) is a staff department of the Singapore Police Force (SPF). Its primary purpose is to collate and analyse information obtained from the various departments of the SPF, as well as other sources, to support law enforcement activities in Singapore. The department is also the staff authority on matters relating to intelligence in the Singapore Police Force (SPF).

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) is the national and principal law enforcement agency responsible for the prevention of crime and law enforcement in the Republic of Singapore. It is the country's lead agency against organised crime; human, weapon trafficking; cyber crime; as well as economic crime that goes across domestic and international borders, but can be tasked to investigate any crime under the purview of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and is accountable to the Parliament of Singapore.SPF's main geographical area of responsibilities covers the entire country, consisting of five regions which are further divided into 55 planning areas. The organisation has various staff departments with specific focuses. These include the Airport Police Division (APD), which covers policing of Singapore's main civilian airports of Changi and Seletar, or the Police Coast Guard (PCG), which protects and enforces areas under Singapore's territorial waters and its ports. Formerly known as the Republic of Singapore Police (RSP), the SPF is a uniformed organisation. The SPF has declared its mission and vision as to "prevent, deter and detect crime to ensure the safety and security of Singapore". It is Singapore's point of contact for foreign agencies such as Interpol and other international law enforcement agencies. The organisational structure of the SPF is split between staff and line functions, which is roughly modelled after the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). The SPF currently consists of sixteen staff departments, four specialist staff departments, eighteen specialist and line units as well as seven land divisions. Its headquarters are located at one of the blocks of the New Phoenix Park building in the Novena district, which is located directly adjacent to a twin block occupied by the MHA. Situated within the headquarters are the Police Heritage Centre (PHC), which is open to the public and showcases the SPF's history through its various exhibits and multimedia displays.As of 2019, the SPF has a strength of approximately 11,263 personnel: 9,636 sworn officers and 1,627 civilian staff. The SPF has generally been credited as being the forefront in keeping crime in Singapore low, as well as being relatively transparent in its policing. Accordingly, Singapore has been considered as being one of least corrupt and most safest countries in the world. The SPF also works closely with the Internal Security Department (ISD) and the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB). As of 2022, the current Minister of Home Affairs is K Shanmugam, while the current commissioner of the SPF is Hoong Wee Teck.
