The Old Beta Theta Pi Fraternity House is a historic building in Eugene, Oregon, United States. It is an American Foursquare in the American Craftsman (or American Craftsman Bungalow) style, showing considerable Prairie School influence. It was built in 1906-1907 by John B. Kronebusch, for between six and seven thousand dollars. Kronebusch leased it to the Beta Theta Pi fraternity for 15 years. It was then purchased by the Delta Zeta sorority, who occupied the house for six years from 1923 to 1929. A two-story addition was constructed in the mid-1930s, of materials compatible with the original house. In 1936, the upper two levels were turned into apartments separate from the first level and were given their own address of 1176 Mill Street. The exterior and all of the apartments retain a high degree of integrity, with minor modifications made mostly before 1937. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

The Daniel and Catherine Christian House, located in Eugene, Oregon, is a house listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Constructed c. 1855, the house is the oldest residential structure in Eugene and one of six remaining classical revival houses in Lane County.Daniel Christian was among the early settlers in the Eugene area. In 1853 he built a log cabin on his Donation Land Claim, and in 1855 he built the subject house at the edge of what became the Christian Addition on early maps of downtown Eugene.

The First Congregational Church building, of Eugene, Oregon, is a former church building listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It was built in 1925. Also known as the Old Congregational Church and more recently as the Willcox Building, it includes Late 19th and 20th Century Revivals and Mediterranean Revival architecture. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. Having ceased to be used as a church, the building was sold in 1956. It then served as a memorial chapel from 1956 to 1979. After being sold again in 1979, to Associated Management, Inc., it was put to use for other activities. It was renamed the Willcox Building, after the architect who designed it, Walter R. B. Willcox (1869–1947).From 1980, the building was occupied by a theater known as the Bijou Art Cinema. The Bijou permanently closed in 2021.According to its NRHP nomination, it "is significant for its architectural excellence. It is the best of the remaining local structures designed by Walter R. B. Willcox, a Northwest architect and educator of considerable renown, and considered to be his only ecclesiastic building in Oregon."

The first Alpha Tau Omega fraternity house in Eugene, Oregon is a 2.5-story building in the craftsman style completed in 1910. The wood-frame, hip roof building was constructed by Eugene blacksmith George Lill and features seven varieties of decorative cement blocks applied to the exterior surface. Lill manufactured the blocks himself by a process meant to simulate fine ashlar stone masonry.Alpha Tau Omega was the fourth fraternity to open at the University of Oregon. The club occupied the house from 1910 to 1922, when a new fraternity house was constructed closer to the university.The house was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The Alpha Tau Omega chapter at the University of Oregon closed in 2000. The fraternity has since reestablished its presence at the University of Oregon by colonizing on February 6, 2015.

The Christian–Patterson Rental Property is a two-story, Italianate house built about 1890 in Eugene, Oregon. The house was constructed by Daniel Christian as a rental property for his daughter, Ethenda. Sarah Patterson, another of Christian's daughters, purchased the property in 1903. Patterson had married Abram S. Patterson, an early Eugene mayor, merchant, and postmaster.A survey of historic resources in the West University Neighborhood found 339 residential structures, but only five of them were historic and in the Italianate style.

The Stratton House is a 1.5-story Vernacular Craftsman bungalow built in 1911 in Eugene, Oregon. Vernacular architecture is a designation that indicates local or folk use of style and materials. The house was designed and constructed by Louis H. E. Stratton for Sarah Patterson, a rental property owner. Patterson rented the house to Stratton until 1920, when records show he became the owner.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

The Eugene Hotel is a historic hotel building in Eugene, Oregon, United States.The hotel was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. In 1983, the building was adapted for use as retirement housing.

The John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts, is a performing arts company, cultural arts center, and community music school in Eugene, Oregon, United States. The institute has three performance venues, various community meeting rooms, and extensive music education facilities. It presents annually an array of culturally diverse festivals, concert series and educational programs that focus on, but are not limited to, American music.

The Quackenbush Hardware Store, located in Eugene, Oregon, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The store opened in 1903 under the name J. W. Quackenbush's, selling farm implements, hardware, and horse-drawn vehicles. Gradually the inventory shifted to kitchen items and dinnerware, toys, and gift items. The store closed in 1980.The 1.5-story building is of red brick construction in an American stretcher bond, commercial style characterized by large display windows on the ground floor. The architect and builder are unknown. In 1969 the building was saved from urban renewal demolition by a group of concerned citizens.

The West University Neighborhood (WUN) is a neighborhood in Eugene, Oregon, United States immediately west of the University of Oregon. The neighborhood encompasses the area west from Kincaid Street to Willamette Street, and north from East 19th Avenue to Franklin Boulevard. 97% of the residences in the neighborhood are renter-occupied. The area has been known in the past as a site of several student riots, most notably in 1998, 2001 and 2002, and has also seen several beautification and improvement efforts over the years.

The Windsor W. Calkins House is a historic house located in Eugene, Oregon. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 9, 1981.

The Wayne Lyman Morse United States Courthouse is a federal courthouse located in Eugene, Oregon. Completed in 2006, it serves the District of Oregon as part of the Ninth Judicial Circuit. The courthouse is named in honor of former U.S. Senator Wayne Morse who represented Oregon for 24 years in the Senate and was a Eugene area resident. Located in downtown Eugene, the building overlooks the Willamette River. Standing six stories tall, the 266,742-square-foot (24,781.1 m2) building contains six courtrooms as well offices for the courts and other federal agencies such as the United States Marshals Service. The courthouse also has offices for Oregon's two U.S. Senators and for the U.S. Representative in the district. Designed by architect Thom Mayne, the building has won several design awards and earned Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification for energy efficiency. The courthouse was the first new federal courthouse to earn LEED Gold certification.
