One Capital Center

The Idanha Hotel is a historic building in downtown Boise on the corner of 10th and Main Street, built in Boise, Idaho in 1901. The Idanha Building opened and functioned as a hotel until it was transformed into an apartment building in the 1970's. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.The building is a six-story red brick French-Chateau structure with round turrets on its three prominent corners and a mansard roof. Built on a sandstone basement and foundation, it is one of the only few buildings left in downtown Boise with a sandstone foundation. The building is currently an apartment building with the Bombay Grill and Guru Donuts on its 1st floor and 10th Street Station Bar in its basement.It was designed by architect William S. Campbell. When built in 1901 at cost of $125,000, it was the most expensive building to date in Boise.

The H.H. Bryant Garage in Boise, Idaho, was a 2-story brick building designed by Tourtellotte & Hummel and constructed by contractor J.O. Jordan in 1917. The garage, also known as the Ford Building, originally was a showroom and service center for Ford cars and trucks. The building featured nine window bays on Front Street and seven bays on 11th Street, and the bays were separated by ornamented, stone capped pilasters that terminated at the second floor roof and well below the flat parapet. Parapet crests over the corner bays featured outset coping and notched shoulders. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1982. The building was demolished in 1990.

The Mitchell Hotel in Boise, Idaho, was a 2-story, brick and stone building designed by Tourtellotte & Co. and constructed in 1906. The building featured segmentally arched fenestrations with "denticulated surrounds of header brick." The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1982.Considered a modern hotel in 1906, the building included steam heat and plumbing in each of 40 second-floor, "cozily furnished" rooms. The first floor contained a restaurant and a barbershop, and later a millinery shop occupied one of the storefronts. The building also served briefly as a polling place for precinct four in local elections.Edward Mitchell was the first proprietor of the hotel, and he sold the building within a year after opening.In 1974 Good Medicine Natural Foods opened in the building, followed by Natural Foods Cafe. The restaurant had closed by September, 1976. After its listing on the NRHP in 1982, the building was demolished and replaced by a parking lot.

Alexanders is a two-story, Second Renaissance Revival style commercial building designed by architects Tourtellotte & Hummel and constructed in Boise, Idaho, in 1924. The brick building is clad in white terracotta.Alexanders was a men's clothing store chain begun in 1891 by Moses Alexander. After construction, the building at 826 Main Street contained Alexanders' flagship store, although Alexanders had operated a store prior to 1924 at the same corner.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

The Ada Odd Fellows Temple stood at 109-1151⁄2 N. 9th Street in Boise, Idaho. Built in 1903 by the prominent local architecture firm of Tourtellotte and Co. (later Tourtellotte & Hummel), it served as the clubhouse of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of Ada Lodge No. 3. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, due largely to its association with Tourtellotte. Its sandstone masonry was quarried from nearby Table Rock.In 1953, the north half of the building was demolished, and construction began on the First Security Building (now known as Plaza 121) in its place. Also demolished at the time was the building's original ornate, Gothic-style entrance. In 1990, the Odd Fellows sold the remaining building to First Security (now part of Wells Fargo). Over the objections of some members of the Idaho State Historical Society, First Security demolished the remaining Odd Fellows building in 1994, citing concerns about the building's condition.In its place, First Security created a "pocket park" that included a low wall made from some of the temple's original sandstone. The remainder of the stone was donated to the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, which used it in the construction of its outdoor theater on Warm Springs Avenue, and to the Boise School District, which used it in the restoration of the Bown House, an 1879 building on the campus of Riverside Elementary School. The park only existed for a little over a decade; in 2005, the First Security Building was renovated and expanded to become Plaza 121, which covers much of the lot, although the wall built from the Odd Fellows Temple's sandstone can still be seen in front of the Berryhill & Co. restaurant that now occupies the ground floor of the site.

Eighth & Main is an 18-story building in Boise, Idaho. At 323 feet, it is the tallest building in the state. It houses the Idaho headquarters of Zions Bank, as well as Holland & Hart and other companies. Construction was completed in early 2014, and a grand opening celebration was held on February 15. The location, formerly known as "the pit" and the "Boise Hole", had sat vacant since 1987. Besides Zions Bank, other tenants include Holland & Hart LLP, Ruth's Chris Steak House, CTA Architects Engineers, First American Title Company, Clenera, LLC, and the Idaho Technology Council. Half of the top floor (17th Floor), known as the Idaho & Snake River Rooms, is available for limited public rental focused on non-profit and community oriented events.

Downtown Boise is the central business district of Boise, Idaho, located north of the Boise River. It is the largest city center in the state of Idaho.

Boise Centre is Idaho's largest convention center. It is located in downtown Boise. The Centre offers 50,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, and is currently expanding to add 36,000 additional square feet of space. Upon completion, it will be able to accommodate groups from 10 to 2,000. The expansion was scheduled for use from September 2016. Boise Centre is an operating entity of the Greater Boise Auditorium District.

The John Tourtellotte Building in Boise, Idaho, is a 1-story, reinforced concrete commercial space designed by Tourtellotte and Hummel and constructed in 1928. Plans for the building were drawn at the firm's Portland office with some participation from local Tourtellotte & Hummel architects. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, and its nomination form describes the structure as representing "the classicizing impulse of the 1920s in interaction with new structural systems and the functional aesthetic which accompanied them." The Tourtellotte Building is veneered with cast panels placed to resemble stone blocks, and the upper facade includes a "continuous frieze of swags and discs."At the time of construction of the John Tourtellotte Building, John Tourtellotte had been living and working in Portland, but the Boise office, managed by partner Frederick Hummel, continued to be a major influence in local architectural development.

Jack's Urban Meeting Place (JUMP) is a creative activity center in the western United States, located in Boise, Idaho, with facilities for public meetings, workshops, and exhibition space. An amphitheater and multi-purpose studios for art, movement, and cooking are included. A collection of 52 tractors are on display at various locations in the facility.

Idaho Central Arena (originally Bank of America Centre, formerly Qwest Arena and CenturyLink Arena) is a multi-purpose arena in the western United States, located in Boise, Idaho. Its seating capacity is 5,002 for ice hockey, 5,300 for basketball, 5,732 for end-stage concerts, 6,400 for boxing, and up to 6,800 for center-stage concerts. With 4,508 permanent seats, it was built for $50 million. In downtown Boise, its street level elevation is approximately 2,700 feet (825 m) above sea level. Opened 25 years ago, it has been the home arena of the Idaho Steelheads of the ECHL since 1997. Other tenants include the Boise Stallions of the Indoor Professional Football League in 2000 and 2001, the Idaho Stampede of the NBA Development League from 2005 to 2016, and the Boise Burn of the af2 from 2007 to 2009. Originally the Bank of America Centre, it became Qwest Arena in 2005. With CenturyLink's takeover of Qwest Communications in 2011, the venue was renamed on August 18 that same year. On September 16, 2020, Idaho Central Credit Union purchased the naming rights, giving the building its current title.

The US Bank Building is a high-rise building located in Boise, Idaho, formerly the tallest building in the state. Completed in 1978 and renovated in 2004, it rises 267 feet (81 m) spanning 19 floors. It was the tallest building in the state for over thirty years, until surpassed by the 323-foot (98 m) Eighth & Main Building.
