Sunset is a locality immediately to the east of the town of Kington, Herefordshire in England. It is bordered by the River Arrow.

Kington railway station was a station in Kington, Herefordshire, England. Replacing an earlier terminus station which had been opened in 1857, the station was opened in 1875 and closed in 1964. The final passenger service had been on 5 February 1955, and passenger services were withdrawn two days later.The 1857 station building can still be seen on what is now the Hatton Gardens Industrial Estate. A model of the station, as it appeared in the mid-1940s, may be viewed at the nearby Kington Museum.

Rushock is a small village in Herefordshire, England. It lies about 1 mile north-east of Kington. The population of the civil parish was 131 at the 2011 census.Rushock was mentioned in the Domesday Book under the name of Ruiscop, when the place was said to be waste. It was later a hamlet in the parish of Kington, and since 1894 has been in the civil parish of Kington Rural. Rushock Hill rises to the north-west of the village. A well-preserved section of Offa's Dyke crosses the hill, which some scholars claim is the southern end of the dyke. Offa's Dyke Path also crosses the hill. Rushock Hill has extensive evidence of ridge and furrow ploughing which extends into a lot of surrounding woodland. Other features include the uncommon site of dry stone walling (not a common local feature) and specimen trees and earthworks which suggest 18th century landscaping. Capability Brown is known to have visited Eywood House in the valley below in Titley and though no evidence of any work being done by him exists the substantial evidence of landscaping suggests that great wealth and imagination was used to greatly alter the hill and surrounding area and would benefit from some modern archaeological investigation.

Ye Olde Tavern is a Grade II listed public house at 22 Victoria Rd, Kington, Herefordshire, England, built in the late 18th/early 19th century.It is on the Campaign for Real Ale's National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors, and features a parlour, public bar, plus a side-room, into which beer is provided via a serving hatch.The Herefordshire branch of the Campaign for Real Ale made it their Pub of the Year for 2009.

Titley Junction railway station was a station in Titley, Herefordshire, England. The station was located nearly two miles south of Titley village. The station was opened in 1856 and closed completely in 1964. Immediately to the east of the station, the line split for trains traveling south to Eardisley (at least until 1940, when that portion of the line closed) and north-west to Presteigne, Wales. Since closure the station has been restored with track reinstated as a short private railway. Charles Beeks started his GWR career at Titley Junction as a porter before joining the Royal Flying Corps. For his service in the trenches, Charles Beeks was awarded the Mons Star and King Albert’s Belgian Cross. He received the Distinguished Flying Medal for his flying heroism. He never returned back to the railway and settled in Oxfordshire, the family and relatives still continued to live in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Kington Museum is a volunteer-run local history museum in the market town of Kington, Herefordshire, England. It opened in June 1986 and occupies the stable block of the former King’s Head Inn (demolished 1885). The building was extended in 1988, 1991 and 2005.

Lyonshall railway station was a station in Lyonshall, Herefordshire, England. The station was opened in 1874 and closed in 1940. It is located on the A480, south east of the village.

Titley Pool is a lake in Herefordshire, England. It is situated at Titley, 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) north west of the town of Kington. It is a naturally formed kettle lake which was enlarged into a reservoir by the construction of an earth embankment dam at its eastern end during the 18th century as part of the landscaping of the grounds of Eywood House Estate. The lake is one of the largest bodies of open water in the county of Herefordshire and an important wetland ornithological site.

The Recreation Ground is a cricket ground in Kington, Herefordshire. In 1996, Herefordshire played Wales Minor Counties in the grounds first Minor Counties Championship match. From 1996 to present, the ground has hosted 6 Minor Counties Championship matches and 3 MCCA Knockout Trophy matches.The ground also hosted a single List-A match in 1999, when Herefordshire played Yorkshire in the NatWest Trophy.In local domestic cricket, The Recreation Ground is the home ground of Kington Cricket Club.
