Lago di Toblino

Calavino (Calavin in local dialect) was a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 18 kilometres (11 mi) west of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,365 and an area of 12.8 square kilometres (4.9 mi2). It was merged with Lasino to form a new municipality, Madruzzo. Calavino borders the following municipalities: San Lorenzo in Banale, Trento, Vezzano, Padergnone, Lomaso, Lasino and Dro.

Madruzzo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Trentino in the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol. It was established on 1 January 2016 by the merger of the municipalities of Calavino and Lasino.

Vallelaghi is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Trentino in the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol. It was established on 1 January 2016 by the merger of the municipalities of Padergnone, Terlago and Vezzano.

Padergnone (Padergnón or Padrignón in local dialect) was a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 10 kilometres (6 mi) west of Trento. It was merged with Terlago and Vezzano on 1 January 2016, to form a new municipality, Vallelaghi.

Vezzano (Vezàn in local dialect) was a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 12 kilometres (7 mi) west of Trento. As of 31 December 2006, it had a population of 2,079 and an area of 31.9 square kilometres (12.3 sq mi). It was merged with Terlago and Padergnone on January 1, 2016, to form a new municipality, Vallelaghi. Vezzano borders the following municipalities: Molveno, San Lorenzo in Banale, Trento, Terlago, Padergnone and Calavino.

Lasino (Lasin in local dialect) was a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 12 kilometres (7 mi) southwest of Trento. As of 31 December 2007, it had a population of 1,298 and an area of 16.0 square kilometres (6.2 sq mi). It was merged with Calavino to form a new municipality, Madruzzo. Lasino borders the following municipalities: Trento, Calavino, Dro and Cavedine.

Cavedine (Cavéden or Cavédem in local dialect) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 14 kilometres (9 mi) southwest of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,799 and an area of 38.3 square kilometres (14.8 sq mi).The municipality of Cavedine contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Brusino, Cavedine, Stravino, Vigo Cavedine and Lago di Cavedine. Cavedine borders the following municipalities: Trento, Lasino, Dro, Cimone, Villa Lagarina and Drena.

Lake Molveno (German: Malfeinsee) is a lake in Trentino, Italy. The only settlement is Molveno, located at the north end of the basin. The lake marks the boundary between the Group of the Brenta Dolomites (Campanile Basso, Croz dell'Altissimo, Sfulmini, Cima Tosa) to the west and the Paganella - Mount Gazza to the south east). In 1952, the lake was drained to allow the construction of collectors and conduits to feed the power plant of S. Massenza. On this occasion a petrified forest submerged at the time of the lake's formation was found on the bed of the lake. The analysis with radiocarbon carried out in the laboratory of nuclear geology of the University of Pisa has established that the formation of Lake Molveno dates back to the early Iron Age. (about 3000 years ago).

Drena (Dréna in local dialect) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 15 kilometres (9 mi) southwest of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 476 and an area of 8.4 square kilometres (3.2 sq mi).Drena borders the following municipalities: Dro, Cavedine, Arco and Villa Lagarina.

The Viote Alpine Botanical Garden (Giardino Botanico Alpino Viote) (10 hectares) is an alpine botanical garden operated by the Museo tridentino di scienze naturali, and located in Viotte di Monte Bondone, southwest of Trento, Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, Italy. It is open daily in the warmer months; an admission fee is charged. The garden was established in 1938, damaged in World War II, and renewed in 1958. Plants are grouped in beds by areas of origin, such as the Pyrenees, the Alps, the Apennines, the Balkans, Carpathians, Caucasus, the Americas, and the Himalayas. American genera include Arnica, Eriophyllum, Lewisia, Liatris, Phlox, Penstemon, and Silphium; Himalayan genera include Androsace, Gentiana, Incarvillea, Leontopodium, Meconopsis, Potentilla, and Veronica. Species of particular interest include Artemisia petrosa, Daphne petraea, Ephedra helvetica, Fritillaria tubaeformis, Linaria tonzigi, Paederota bonarota, Rhizobotrya alpina, Sanguisorba dodecandra, Saxifraga arachnoidea, Saxifraga tombeanensis, Scabiosa vestina, Silene elisabethae, and Viola dubyana. The garden also includes a nature trail (1000 meters) through indigenous vegetation, including Drosera rotundifolia and Pinguicula vulgaris.

Monte Bondone is a mountain of Trentino, northern Italy, located west of the provincial capital of Trento. It has an elevation of 2,180 metres (7,152 ft) and includes a ski resort on one side. It is the highest mountain of the Garda Prealps and with a prominence of 1,685 metres (5,528 ft) qualifies as an Ultra. It lies between the Etschtal valley in the east and the Sarca valley in the west. Due to its location high above the city, it is often called the mountain of Trento.

Bleggio Inferiore (Blec’ de Sota in local dialect) was a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol. On January 1, 2010 it merged, with Lomaso, in the new municipality of Comano Terme.
