Au, Zürich

Au ZH railway station is a railway station in Switzerland, situated in the village of Au in the municipality of Wädenswil in the canton of Zürich. The station is located on the Lake Zürich left bank railway line, and is served by line S8 of the Zürich S-Bahn.As conventions change, the station's name "Au ZH" was previously written "Au (ZH)" or "Au (Zürich)".

Zurich International School (ZIS) is an independent non-profit day school in Switzerland for students aged 3 to 18 in the greater Zurich area. Over 1,300 students from more than 50 countries are enrolled in the school. The school has two campuses: a Primary campus in Wädenswil for Early Childhood and Lower School students aged 3 to 11 and a Secondary Campus in Adliswil for Middle School students aged 11 to 14 and Upper School students aged 14 to 18. As of 2011 it is the largest international school in the Zurich area.

Bocken Estate (German: Landgut Bocken) is a country estate in the municipality of Horgen of the Swiss canton of Zurich. It is a Swiss heritage site of national significance.From 1912 on Alfred Emil Schwarzenbach, a wealthy businessman in the silk industry and his wife Renée Schwarzenbach-Wille, horsewoman and amateur photographer, lived here with their family of five children. One of their daughters, novelist, travel journalist and photographer Annemarie Schwarzenbach grew up on the estate.

Wädenswil railway station is a railway station in Switzerland, situated near to the banks of Lake Zurich in the municipality of Wädenswil in the canton of Zurich. It is located on the Lake Zurich left bank railway line, and is the junction station for the Südostbahn's Wädenswil to Einsiedeln line.The station is served on the lakeside line by an hourly long-distance InterRegio service between Bern and Chur. It is also served by Zurich S-Bahn services S2, S8 and S25 on the lakeside line, and is the terminus of the S13 on the Wädenswil to Einsiedeln line.

Meilen District is one of the twelve districts of the German-speaking canton of Zurich, Switzerland. It lies to the south of the canton in the Pfannenstiel region, forming much of the northern shore of Lake Zurich. The district capital is the town of Meilen.
