Francis Dewey House

The Charles Allen House is an historic house at 65 Elm Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1870, it is notable as an unusual and well-preserved Second Empire house, and for its association with Massachusetts lawyer, politician, and jurist Charles Allen. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. It now houses professional offices.

The Merrill Double House is an historic two family house at 18-20 West Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. The 2+1⁄2-story Victorian Gothic Revival brick building was built c. 1879, apparently by the heirs of a local shopowner, Enoch Merrill, whose house had previously stood on the lot. The two units are symmetrically laid out on either side of a common party wall. The center of the main facade includes a porch that shelters the paired entrances, and each side facade includes a pavilion that rises a full three stories with a steeply pitched roof.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

It was built in 1870-72 for Isaac Davis (1799-1883), a prominent local lawyer and banker, and is a fine example of Italianate architecture in brick. Oxford–Crown Historic District is a historic district roughly bounded by Chatham, Congress, Crown, Pleasant, Oxford Streets and Oxford Place in Worcester, Massachusetts. The district contains Mid 19th Century Revival, Greek Revival, and Renaissance architecture. The area was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976, and expanded in 1980.Due to its proximity to the city's downtown and the assemblage of historically significant properties, the Crown Hill Neighborhood Association gathered to petition City Council to form a Local Historic District in 2008. In October 2010, the Crown Hill Survey Project commenced and in February 2011 the boundaries were created with the help of the neighborhood's property owners. Approval was granted by the Worcester Historical Commission two years after efforts began.

The Lincoln Estate–Elm Park Historic District is an expansive residential area in northwestern Worcester, Massachusetts. It is centered on Cedar and William Streets, and includes properties on adjacent streets. The area was developed beginning in the late 1830s by former Governor of Massachusetts Levi Lincoln, Jr., a Worcester native who had inherited land in the area. The district was divided and developed by Lincoln until his death, and then by his heirs, and became a popular location for homes of Worcester's wealthy and elite, many of which were designed by architects.The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Katz and Leavitt Apartment House is an historic apartment house at 53 Elm Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. The five story brick building, built in 1926 to a design by the L. W. Briggs Company, is one of the most architecturally distinct apartment buildings in the city. It is faced with buff brick, except for the central section of the main facade, which is faced is decorative glazed tile. The feel of its design is Venetian Gothic, with a pointed-arch entry and other Gothic motifs repeated on the upper levels of the building.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Gov. Levi Lincoln House is an historic house at 4 Avalon Place in Worcester, Massachusetts. This Greek Revival house is one of the first of the style to be built in the city; it was built for Levi Lincoln, Jr., who had recently ended a long tenure as Governor of Massachusetts, and was designed by noted local architect Elias Carter. Lincoln had this house built as a temporary home to live in while a larger Carter-designed mansion was built nearby, and sold it when the latter was finished. The house was moved to its present location in 1878.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on March 5, 1980.
