Żabno [ˈʐabnɔ] is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Przytoczna, within Międzyrzecz County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.

Twierdzielewo [tfjɛrd͡ʑɛˈlɛvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Przytoczna, within Międzyrzecz County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Przytoczna, 10 km (6 mi) north of Międzyrzecz, 32 km (20 mi) south-east of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 67 km (42 mi) north of Zielona Góra.

Jewish cemetery in Skwierzyna is one of the largest Jewish cemeteries in Lubusz Voivodeship. The cemetery covers an area of about 2.23 ha. In 2002 there were 247 tombstones (massebot). The tombstones located there are among the most valuable monuments in Skwierzyna. The oldest preserved massebot on the cemetery date back to the beginning of the 18th century, although the cemetery probably existed since the 15th century. The cemetery functioned until the 1930s and was one of the few not to have been devastated during World War II. It was not until the 1970s that the local authorities began a "cleanup" of the cemetery area, which would lead to its complete liquidation. Attempts to renovate the cemetery were made in 1992, but there were no funds for this at the time. Only the financial and organizational support of several charitable institutions made it possible to restore the cemetery in 2002. Just a year later, the cemetery was again vandalized by unknown perpetrators. Restoration efforts of a limited nature were carried out in the following years.

Skwierzyna [skfʲɛˈʐɨna] (German: Schwerin an der Warthe) is a town of 9,671 inhabitants (2019) in Lubusz Voivodeship in western Poland, the administrative seat of the Gmina Skwierzyna. It is located at the confluence of the Obra and Warta rivers, about 18 km (11 mi) north of Międzyrzecz and 23 km (14 mi) south-east of the regional capital Gorzów Wielkopolski. The town is situated in a particularly green part of Poland. Extensive forests and numerous lakes can be found in the vicinity.

It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Skwierzyna, 19 km (12 mi) north of Międzyrzecz, and 26 km (16 mi) south-east of Gorzów Wielkopolski.

Popowo [pɔˈpɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bledzew, within Międzyrzecz County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) east of Bledzew, 13 km (8 mi) north-west of Międzyrzecz, 40 km (25 mi) south-east of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 80 km (50 mi) north of Zielona Góra.

Krasne Dłusko [ˈkrasnɛ ˈdwuskɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Przytoczna, within Międzyrzecz County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Przytoczna, 17 km (11 mi) north of Międzyrzecz, and 29 km (18 mi) south-east of Gorzów Wielkopolski.

Obra is a river in west Poland, a left tributary of the Warta river (in Skwierzyna), with a length of 171 kilometres and a basin area of 2,760 km2. The river is popular with canoe and kayak enthusiasts and an established canoe trail exists.
