The Classon Avenue station (locally KLAW-sin) is a station on the IND Crosstown Line of the New York City Subway. Located at the intersection of Classon and Lafayette Avenues on the border of Bedford–Stuyvesant and Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, it is served at all times by the G train.

The Brooklyn Waldorf School is a coeducational, independent, non-sectarian day preschool and elementary Waldorf school located in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York. The School operates on the principles of Waldorf Education, and adapts the traditional methods of Rudolf Steiner. The school was founded in 2005 and currently has a Preschool/Kindergarten and Grades 1–8. In 2011, the Brooklyn Waldorf School moved into its new home at the Claver Castle. Though relatively new to the neighborhood, the Brooklyn Waldorf School strives to maintain an active and mindful presence within Bedford-Stuyvesant through partnerships with local organizations, such as the St. Martin de Porres/St. Peter Claver Parish, and the public events the school organizes, such as Community Basketball nights and various cultural workshops, including social justice training. Broken Angel or the Broken Angel house was a building located at 4/6 Downing Street in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, at the intersection of Downing and Quincy street. Lincoln Club, also known as Mechanics Temple, Independent Order of Mechanics of the Western Hemisphere, is a historic clubhouse in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, New York, New York. It was built between 1886 and 1889 and is a 3+1⁄2-story Queen Anne style masonry building. It is built of Roman brick and rock-faced Lake Superior brownstone with smooth brownstone bands and terra cotta ornament. It has a sunken basement and the front facade features four distinctive arches on the first floor and a 2-story oriel window.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Greene Avenue was a station on the demolished BMT Lexington Avenue Line in Brooklyn, New York City. It was originally built on May 13, 1885, and had two tracks and two side platforms. It was located at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Greene Avenue, and had a connection to the former Green and Gates Avenue trolley line. The station was close to the current Clinton and Washington Avenues station on the underground IND Crosstown Line. It closed on October 13, 1950. The next southbound stop was DeKalb Avenue. The next northbound stop was Franklin Avenue.

Nostrand Avenue was a station on the demolished BMT Lexington Avenue Line in Brooklyn, New York City. It was opened on May 13, 1885, and had two tracks and two side platforms. It was located at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Nostrand Avenue. It also had connections to the Nostrand Avenue Line and Lorimer Street Line streetcars. The station closed on October 13, 1950. The next southbound stop was Franklin Avenue. The next northbound stop was Tompkins Avenue. The current site of the station is mostly residential with the exception of storefronts along the first floors of brownstones on the southeast corner of the intersection.
