St. Ignatius Church is a historic Roman Catholic Church located at Forest Hill, Harford County, Maryland. It is a rubble stone, one-story rectangular structure of five bays, with a tall tower at the west end and a rubble stone two-story rectangular addition. The original 35 feet by 50 feet church was built between 1786 and 1792. A major addition was made in 1848 and the tower was added in 1865. The parish hall wing was constructed in 1822 and a small frame sacristy was added in 1887. It is the oldest extant church in the Archdiocese of Baltimore.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

Harford Day School

Harford Day School is an independent educational institution in Bel Air, Harford County, Maryland which is known for its dedicated faculty, strong philosophies, impressive academic record, and superior athletic program. Harford Day School is accredited by the Association of Independent Maryland and DC Schools and a member of the National Association of Independent Schools. The school was founded in 1957 by three women: Sara Brumfield, Sidney Tynan, and Mignon Cameron. The school initially occupied a rented building on Hays Street in Bel Air before moving to its current location on Moores Mill Road in 1962. Harford Day School enrolls boys and girls from 3 year olds through eighth grade on a 12-acre (49,000 m2) campus in Bel Air, MD. The campus comprises a Lower School building with an attached gymnasium and library, which also houses the school's administrative offices, a Middle School building, a 12,600-square-foot (1,170 m2) wing that includes a multi-purpose room and 2 science labs, an Early Childhood building, two playgrounds, three athletic fields, and a small wooded area beside Moores Mill Road. The school is divided into three divisions: Early Childhood (Little Dragons - K), Lower School (1-5) and Middle School (6-8). As of the 2023-2024 school year, the Head of School is Mrs. Susan Kearney.
