Skelton Junction

Timperley is a tram stop on the Altrincham Line of Greater Manchester's light-rail Metrolink system. In western Timperley about a mile west of the village centre, it opened on 15 June 1992 as part of Phase 1 of Metrolink's expansion.

Wellington School is a mixed secondary school and sixth form with academy status. It is located in Timperley in the English county of Greater Manchester.Previously a foundation school administered by Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council, Wellington School converted to academy status on 1 April 2011. However the school continues to coordinate with Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council for admissions, having a non-selective intake. Navigation Road is a station that serves both Northern Trains and Manchester Metrolink located in the east of Altrincham, in Greater Manchester, England. It consists of a Northern-operated heavy rail station on the Mid-Cheshire Line, and an adjoining light rail stop on the Altrincham Line of Greater Manchester's Metrolink network. The original heavy rail element of the station was opened by the Manchester, South Junction and Altrincham Railway in 1931, and the Metrolink element opened in 1992. A level crossing operates at the southern end of the station.

The school specialises in maths and computing, and is named after Blessed Thomas Holford, a 16th-century priest from Cheshire. The college has a Catholic identity, and all pupils are required to wear uniform.

West Timperley railway station was situated on the Glazebrook East Junction–Skelton Junction line of the Cheshire Lines Committee between Glazebrook and Stockport Tiviot Dale. It served the locality between 1873 and 1964.

It is an active Anglican parish church in the deanery of Bowdon, the Archdeaconry of Macclesfield, and the diocese of Chester. The church is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II listed building.

The Railway is a Grade II listed public house at 153 Manchester Road, Broadheath, Altrincham, Greater Manchester WA14 5NT.It is on the Campaign for Real Ale's National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors.It was built mid-19th century, and was saved from demolition in 1996.

Altrincham railway station served the town of Altrincham (historically in Cheshire), now Greater Manchester, England between 1849 and 1881. The station was built by the Manchester, South Junction and Altrincham Railway (MSJ&AR) and opened on 20 July 1849.This first Altrincham station was located just south of Stockport Road level crossing and its junction with Stamford Street. The station consisted of two platforms and a station building. It served the locality until 3 April 1881 when both it and Bowdon railway station were closed, being replaced by the new large facility named Altrincham and Bowdon (now Altrincham railway station), situated between the two former stations. There are no remains of this station today.

Altrincham Ice Dome is an ice rink in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, England. It has 2,140 seats according to the rink website, and up to 300 standing places. It is currently operated by Planet Ice. The Ice Dome hosts the home matches of the Manchester Storm, Altrincham Aces ice hockey clubs, the university ice hockey team Manchester Metros, as well as junior ice hockey (Manchester Storm Junior Academy), public skating sessions, birthday parties, private events, and skating lessons. It was previously the home of the Manchester Phoenix until a legal dispute arose in 2014-2015 between the management of the Altrincham Ice Dome and the Phoenix team over alleged financial impropriety regarding junior teams at the venue.The rink replaced the original Altrincham Ice Rink, which had closed in 2003. The Dome itself was originally meant to be replaced by a more permanent 3,000 seat facility as part of the Altair development, but changes to the plans have seen the current rink retained, with alterations to be made, including the addition of a 10 pin bowling facility

Broadheath (Altrincham) railway station served Broadheath and the northern part of Altrincham in Cheshire, England, between its opening in 1853 and closure in 1962.

Altrincham Interchange is a transport hub in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, England. It consists of a bus station on Stamford New Road, a Northern Trains-operated heavy rail station on the Mid-Cheshire Line, and a light rail stop which forms the terminus of Manchester Metrolink's Altrincham line. The original heavy rail element of the station was opened by the Manchester, South Junction and Altrincham Railway as Altrincham and Bowdon railway station in April 1881, changing to Altrincham railway station in May 1974. The Metrolink element opened in June 1992. The Interchange underwent a complete redevelopment, at a cost of £19 million, starting in mid-July 2013. The new bus station opened officially on 7 December 2014.
