Fairview is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Washington County, Maryland, United States. Its population was 76 as of the 2010 census.

Major highways in Western Maryland include Interstate Highways I-70, I-81 and I-68; U.S. Highways U.S. 11, U.S. 40, U.S. 40 ALT, U.S. 219 and U.S. 50; as well as various state highways.

Montgomery Township is a township that is located in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 5,740 at the time of the 2020 census, an increase from the 4,949 figure that was counted during the 2000 census.

Hagerstown Speedway is a 0.5-mile-long (0.80 km) red clay oval auto-racing track, 6 miles (9.7 km) west of Hagerstown, Maryland, situated on US Route 40. It hosts weekly local racing of Late Model Sportsman, Pure Stock, and Hobby Stock divisions, and throughout the season hosts regional and national touring series such as the Lucas Oil Late Model Series, International Motor Contest Association, and FASTRAK. Along with the car-racing schedule during the year, Monster Jam has used the track for events for several decades, along with various concerts and special events. The speedway has also hosted World of Outlaws, ARCA, and NASCAR races in the past.

Wilson's Bridge is a bridge near Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, United States. It originally carried the Hagerstown and Conococheague Turnpike, the National Road, across Conococheague Creek 7 miles (11 km) west of Hagerstown. The five-arched structure, the longest of the county's stone bridges, is 210 feet (64 m) in length and is constructed of coursed local limestone. The bridge was erected in 1819 by Silas Harry, who had built similar bridges in Pennsylvania. The bridge was closed in June 1972 when it was damaged by floods which occurred during Tropical Storm Agnes.Wilson's Bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Wilson School is a historic one room school building at Clear Spring, Washington County, Maryland, United States. It is a rectangular brick building, one room wide and three bays deep above a random rubble limestone foundation, built by merchant Rufus Wilson, 1859–1860. The school is representative of a vernacular interpretation of the Greek Revival style. It was incorporated into the county's public education system in the 1890s and remained in use until it closed in 1950, the last operating one-room school in Washington County.The Wilson School was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.

Rufus Wilson Complex is a group of historic buildings located at Clear Spring, Washington County, Maryland, United States. The property includes a complex of mid-late 19th century buildings which create the center of a small rural settlement named Conococheague located on the National Road. The main house is a large brick dwelling with a mansard roof. This house incorporates a 2+1⁄2-story limestone dwelling built about 1850 by Rufus Wilson, which was enlarged to its present Second Empire style in the last quarter of the 19th century. Adjacent to the house is a brick post office and store, built about 1880 by Wilson, with an attached feed room of frame construction with weatherboard siding. A carriage house built about 1882 is located immediately behind the store and a bank barn and grazing area are located at the rear of these buildings. Also on the property is a small frame corn crib.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

Rock Hill Farm, also known as the Davis-Stauffer Farm Complex, is an historic, American home and farm and national historic district located in Montgomery Township in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

Wilson-Conococheague is a census-designated place (CDP) in Washington County, Maryland, United States. The population was 2,262 at the 2020 census.

Plumb Grove, also known as the Nesbitt-Warner House, is a historic house and farm near Clear Spring, Maryland. The house was built about 1832 in the Federal style on a property called "Nesbitt's Inheritance." The lands and house remained in the Nesbitt family until 1893, when they were sold to Rosa E. Warner. The Warner family occupied the house until 1967, when the property was purchased by the Washington County Board of Education as the site for Clear Spring Middle and High Schools.Plumb Grove was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 7, 2011. It is owned by the Clear Spring District Historical Association. It has been restored and is open to the public.

The Robert Kennedy Memorial Presbyterian Church, also known as the Welsh Run Presbyterian Church, is an historic, American Presbyterian church that is located in Montgomery Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
