Bogusławki [bɔɡuˈswafki] is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Gostyń, within Gostyń County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Gostyń and 57 km (35 mi) south of the regional capital Poznań.

Podrzecze [pɔˈdʐɛt͡ʂɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Piaski, within Gostyń County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It lies approximately 4 km (2 mi) south-west of Piaski, 2 km (1 mi) south-east of Gostyń, and 60 km (37 mi) south of the regional capital Poznań. Approximately 100 graves dating from ca. 12th century BC have been discovered near Podrzecze. Often the deceased were put on a pyre and in the grave the items he used in his life. Nearly 140 different types of items were found. There were also animal graves - it is one of six animal mass graves in Poland dating back to the Lusatian culture, including the only one in Poland for horses.

Gostyń [ˈɡɔstɨɲ] (German: Gostyn, 1941-45: Gostingen) is a town in western Poland, seat of the Gostyń County and Gmina Gostyń in the Greater Poland Voivodeship (from 1975 to 1998 in Leszno Voivodship). According to 30 June 2004 data its population was 20,746. The total area of Gostyń is 10.79 square kilometres (4.17 sq mi). The town comprises 1% of the area of the county and 8% of the commune, according to Główny Urząd Statystyczny. Piaski (Polish pronunciation: [ˈpjaskʲi]) is a village in Gostyń County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Piaski. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Gostyń and 59 km (37 mi) south of the regional capital Poznań. Historically, the town had a large Jewish population, partially because for many years Jews were not permitted in the nearby town of Gostyń. Over time, this restriction was relaxed, and many of the families who remained in the area relocated. However, the late 19th century was a time of great emigration, as anti-Semitic rules and regulations were reestablished. The last Jewish family in the area of Gostyń / Piaski was that of Ewald Jacubowski, who moved to Germany (later Brazil) in 1927 Oscar Robert Hugo Renner was baptized here in 1845. He was the father of Oscar Herman Renner, co-founder of The SQR Store in Anaheim, California, United States, for half a century the largest department store in northern Orange County, California.
