The Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart - University of Applied Sciences (German: Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart, HFT Stuttgart) is one of ten institutes for higher education in Stuttgart. It was founded in 1832 as a school for construction craftsmen (Winterschule für Bauhandwerker) and was inaugurated as a University of Applied Sciences in 1971. The campus is located in downtown Stuttgart.

The University of Stuttgart Library (German: Universitätsbibliothek Stuttgart, also UB Stuttgart) is the central library of the University of Stuttgart, a leading research university in the south of Germany which has a strong focus on natural sciences and technical fields of study and research. It provides faculty members, researchers and students of the university's 10 faculties and 150 institutes with literature and other resources. The library is also open to interested individuals outside the university.

The Versatel building was a building in Stuttgart which was demolished in 2011, having stood vacant for over 3 years. Stuttgart mayor Wolfgang Schuster referred to the building as an "urban sin".The building was an office building erected in 1966, situated in central Stuttgart and consisted of 13 storeys and 3 underground storeys.In July 2007, Carlyle Group bought the building from EnBW, with the intention of demolishing it and redeveloping the site after Versatel's lease ended in 2009. Demolition of the building began in October 2011. Schuster commented on the buildings demolition by expressing being pleased regarding the buildings demolition. The Carlyle Group plan to replace the building with an eleven-story office building, to be called "Citygate".

Renitenztheater is a theatre in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Most events consist of guest appearances by comedians and singers. In addition, each year it features a satirical play produced by the theater itself. One of the annual highlights of the theater is the "German-Turkish cabaret week."

The Kunstmuseum Stuttgart is a contemporary and modern art museum in Stuttgart, Germany, built and opened in 2005.

The Linden Museum (German: Linden-Museum Stuttgart. Staatliches Museum für Völkerkunde) is an ethnological museum located in Stuttgart, Germany. The museum features cultural artifacts from around the world, including South and Southeast Asia, Africa, the Islamic world from the Near East to Pakistan, China and Japan, and artifacts from North and Latin America and Oceania. The museum traces its origins to the collection of objects amassed by the Verein für Handelsgeographie (Association for Trade Geography) in the 19th century. The namesake of the museum is Karl Graf von Linden (1838–1910) who, as president of the Stuttgart Verein für Handelsgeographie, took an interest in assembling and organizing the collection, and invited explorers of the caliber of Sven Hedin and Roald Amundsen to Stuttgart. In 1911, the collection was established as a private museum and its current building was constructed. After suffering extensive damage during World War II, the building was restored in the 1950s and the municipality became its custodian. Since 1973, the museum has been jointly administered by the city of Stuttgart and the state of Baden-Württemberg.

Stuttgart Cathedral or St Eberhard's Cathedral (Domkirche St. Eberhard, previously Stadtpfarrkirche St. Eberhard) is a church in the German city of Stuttgart. It is dedicated to Saint Eberhard of Salzburg. Since 1978, it has been co-cathedral of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart, whose main cathedral is Rottenburg Cathedral - the church's promotion marked the 150th anniversary of the diocese and its renaming as the Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart. The parish dates back to the Medieval era while the current building was completed in 1955, eleven years after it was mostly destroyed by Allied air raids in 1944.

Stuttgart-Center (German: Stuttgart-Mitte) is one of the five inner boroughs of the Germany city of Stuttgart. It is located at the very center, between Stuttgart-North, West, East and South, of the city on the banks of the Neckar about an hour from the Black forest.
